Apartamento Sol y Paz

Básico pero excelente, tranquilo, limpio, excelente servicio, bar en el interior que también ofrece comida y noches de eventos, piscina con muchas tumbonas, centro de Europa al otro lado de la calle con muchas tiendas y bares, siempre nos quedamos aquí, parada de taxis también afuera, 3/4 euros cuesta abajo.

Habitaciones anticuadas, servicio de limpieza no muy bueno. Las sábanas tenían agujeros y necesitan colchones nuevos y habitaciones renovadas. Excelente ubicación y pequeña piscina agradable.
El pequeño bar es lo único sorprendente y hace que la gente regrese. Hayley es brillante y nada es demasiado para ella. Grandes noches de fiesta y buena comida. Muy amable y servicial.

Me alojé en solo Paz en marzo, ubicación perfecta para nosotros, habitaciones impecables, básicas pero cómodas, todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones con cocina personal, todo encantador, servicial y amable que se hospedará nuevamente en octubre.

Muy anticuado, las camas son viejas y extremadamente incómodas, las habitaciones son muy básicas y los muebles se caen a pedazos. Nunca volveré.

Me encanta este lugar vino solo por mi cuenta hace 2 años, fue un personal amable y brillante, la habitación estaba limpia y el centro de Europa sobre la carretera era ideal. Soy
Volveré la próxima semana con mi pareja y no puedo esperar a conocerlos a todos nuevamente para celebrar mis 50 años. X

Love sol y paz basic but clean. Hayley behind the bar is a pleasure to know food is lovely.all staff and cleaners go out there way to help you.been going for years upgraded it a bit now.just need some new beds lol

Wow! This apartment was pure gold! The location was perfect, very close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants. The main taxi rank is just across the road and for only €5 you’re at the beach! The BBQ and curry nights are a great treat too. We shall definitely be back!

For a budget room with a pool, you couldn't ask for much more. Clean and tidy. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for Coque, the manager, our stay wouldn't have been as good as it was. A big thank you to him and the cleaning staff. The location is excellent. I would highly recommend hiring a car to get around unless you plan to do nothing but sunbathe. Directly across the road, there are are restaurant's, souvenir shops, and cash machines. The typical Spanish entertainment for the holidaymakers, bingo, live singers & cheap drinks. The only negative was a crowd of locals with children, a dog who didn't stop from early morning till very late at night. The noise levels got so much that we left the apartment and travelled away for the day. They conquered the swimming pool and all the sun loungers and made us feel very uncomfortable. I think it's just potluck who your neighbours are.

Great location just across the road to the Europa centre where there are bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms are basic but clean and adequate. The pool bare run by Hayley is great, good value for money and a very good breakfast. Small complex so friendly with plenty of sun beds (also 2 sun beds on each balcony/terrace. Would definitely return.

Para una habitación económica con piscina, no se puede pedir mucho más. Limpio y ordenado. El personal es excepcionalmente amable y servicial. Si no fuera por Coque, el gerente, nuestra estancia no habría sido tan buena como fue. Muchas gracias a él y al personal de limpieza. La ubicación es excelente. Recomiendo encarecidamente alquilar un coche para desplazarse a menos que no planee hacer nada más que tomar el sol. Justo al otro lado de la calle hay restaurantes, tiendas de souvenirs y cajeros automáticos. El entretenimiento típico español para los turistas, bingo, cantantes en vivo y bebidas económicas. Lo único negativo fue una multitud de lugareños con niños, un perro que no paraba desde primera hora de la mañana hasta bien entrada la noche. Los niveles de ruido aumentaron tanto que dejamos el apartamento y nos fuimos por el día. Conquistaron la piscina y todas las tumbonas y nos hicieron sentir muy incómodos. Creo que es una cuestión de quiénes son tus vecinos.

My Husband and I have Been staying at Sol Y Paz throughout the Winter Months from November through to April. It is a Very Friendly Clean Appartment Block where Nothing is too much Trouble for the management and staff. There are many Return Guests and we have never had any problems that aren’t dealt with asap. We always look forward to our return visits and we feel like it is our second home. There is a Friendly Snack Bar with Good Food and Drink where there are two nights of Entertainment too. So Thank You Coque, Gonzalez, Adriana and Roan for always making us so Welcome xx

Fantástico lugar para hospedarse y todos amables, tiene 40 habitaciones. Estuvimos allí en febrero. Muy divertido. Coque fue muy servicial. Hayley en el bar de la piscina hizo todo lo posible para preparar una comida deliciosa. Gracias Coque y Hayley.

3rd time here and already booked for September. Clean rooms, very friendly staff with a great pool bar and close to all amenities

¡Guau! ¡Este apartamento era oro puro! La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca del supermercado, bares y restaurantes. La parada principal de taxis está justo al otro lado de la calle y ¡por sólo 5 € estás en la playa! Las noches de barbacoa y curry también son un gran placer. ¡Definitivamente regresaremos!

Horrible! El apartamento sucio, descuidado y los muebles muy antiguos. No viene nada equipado, tan solo un hervidor de agua y unos cuantos cubiertos. Ni cafetera, ni microondas, ni nada. El baño asqueroso, las cortinas de la ducha agujereadas y el techo con varios agujeros tapados con papel higiénico. Las sábanas sucias y las camas incómodas. No vuelvo aquí ni aunque me paguen la estancia.

Had a wonderful weeks stay. Apartments where basic but clean and staff very friendly. Haley n bar staff where wonderful, friendly and fun had a great bingo night there with lots of banter and laughter would defo go back again. Sarah n ally room 17

Una gran decepción, cucas, olores raros en el apartamento, también el baño horrendo se le caía el techo y un gran agujero, después la limpieza deja mucho que desear, los muebles pegajoso, una gran basura de apartamento en todo los sentidos, yo me quería ir desde el primer día, los muebles del año que franco hizo el bautizo no se lo recomiendo para nada

If your heading out here good luck. Our first week was good until the Spanish came on Saturday. Our last day tomorrow and carnt wait to go home. Why should we pay for an holiday and they can come for free different families turn up everyday and use the pool and facilities for free it's wrong. There very loud and took over the complex. They targeted me and my partner for us to move but stood up for ourselves which makes us now the victims. Where ever we go they go horrible bunch. They all seem to hang round room 33.

Having been to Puerto Rico several times I wouldn't rate this complex as highly as some of the previous places we have stayed it is in need of some fresh decor inside the rooms and air con would be a big plus we stayed at the end of July and could not get sun beds by the pool as everyone takes them to their apartment s also we had some Spanish families down who seem to take over the complex and whatever sun beds there are left around there is also a shortage of parasols for those that wish to sit in the shade we bought our own umbrella but then had to look a base for it all in all pretty disappointed love the island the people the weather maybe just not the sol Y Paz

Fantastic place to stay, great staff and Manager, Basic, yes but beautiful. Great shopping centre oppsite with everything you need. Perfect 10 day holiday Thankyou Sol Y Paz.

Hi to Everyone at Sol y Paz Me and a Friend Spend 2 Wonderful Weeks at This Hotel We Would Describe it as Cheap and Cheerful The Manger Coque Was Very Helpful Thru Out Are Stay Nothing was To Much for him Haley Runs a Good Bar on Site The Food was Very Good and We Enjoyed are Breakfast and Lunch there So Thank Use Both The Rooms are Dated But Cleaned 3 Days a week and Bedding Changed on Second Week i Read People Complain About this Complex Over Cracked Tiles Kitchen to Small In my Opinion These People are Looking 5 Star Accommodation For 2 Star Prices We Had a Great Relaxing Time and Meat Other Guests who were Friendly and Were of the Same Opinion as Myself We give 4 Stars Because of the Above and Would Definitely Go Back to Sol Y Paz New Beds are Needed Overall we had a great time And Europa Center is just Across The Road Thank use Again Coque and Haley Tom and Gerry Room 16

Second stay here, a bit dated but happy enough with the rooms you only sleep there, as out all-day friendly staff, good honest food at the poolside bar, Europa center and bar's just across the road nice gated pool will be returning, Solo traveller

Upgraded to 5 star coz I'm nice.

It was a young, growing child who was myself fell into a pool at this very hotel and nearly drowned. This hotel did nothing to make sure i was okay. Safe to say the only thing i came out of this holiday with was a concussion and a fear of drowning

Lovely place to stay with local shops and bars right across the road. Pool bar has good selection of food and great friendly staff

We did not completely dislike these apartments.it's just that they could be better equipped and they are badly in need of modernisation.for a start they have no kind of heating whatsoever so if you go in January as we did.even with the sunshine we had the appartments are cold.

Went over St. Patrick, s day holidays was everything the wife and I expected. Apartment was clean and tidy, it was 2 seconds away from the Europa centre and staff were friendly. Would go back.

Absolutely spotless, very friendly staff, right across from the europa centre but not loud, breakfast was delicious the only thing I would change is that it’s a little older fashioned and very basic but it’s safe and clean and perfect for all ages.

Son humildes pero cerca de todo, el personal de limpieza muy atento y el recepcionista y el personal del bar piscina tb. Cerca del centro comercial europa con bares y supermercados y cerca de taxi a 50 m del mirador de puerto rico y cerca del restaurante picasso o la farmacia.
Lo que no me gustan son las escaleras.

Very clean great location opposite Europa center, good bar with good food plenty of sun beds but no Aircon or TV in room, but overall very good.

Our apartment needed gutting.
The worst, dirtiest place we have been unfortunate to stay in.
We could live with the scruffy 1970s style. But the lack of proper cleaning got to us.
Do not go barefoot in this place.

Stayed for 10 nights with my daughter rooms were basic but don't let that put you off as they were spotless and the bar area was very friendly day and night

A very friendly centre with friendly approachable staff. Very close to local amenities, highly recommended.

L{ove Sol Y Paz, basic but clean, fantastic bar and food, very friendly staff and very near to Europa Centre with brill bars, shops and restaurants, what's not to love ️️️

A location far from the ocean, the yard swimming pool is locked by a fence and key, you can sit at the pool between 10am and 20pm, the rooms are not very clean, the beds are rather bad, not the very welcoming people from the recipe, the inmates in my opinion, Overall, it is relatively acceptable

Buenas estado 13 días hay la berdad que el sitio está bien le falta un poco más de limpieza el personal de limpieza muy agradable pero lo peor que tiene que el dueño o los encargados tiene en cuenta ya que nos dicen que estudiemos idiomas alas del puesto que también aprendan español por que también bamos españoles aparte de alemanes y más que no hay información para los españoles y encima no saben lo que es un cortado o un cafen pero si saben decir que dos cafen tres euros da vergüenza que estando hay unieron actividades para los que estábamos hay pero todo en inglés y alemán Alós españoles que le den aparte que es un sitio para descansar no pudimos ya que nos tocó dos alemanas que se pegaban hasta las tantas de la madrugada de fiesta y que no uviera un control o algún responsable que controle eso la verdad que sí se esmeraran un poco más estaría genial y los aparcamientos solo para tres coches y creo que le pusieran un poco más de cariño ya que los apartamentos están un poco hecho polvo sería mejor

Literally across the road from Europa Centre with many shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets including Hiper Dino and Spar.
Mary Ds bar has happy hour all day up to 7pm with Alambra lager and local spirits at 2€ and wine at 2.50€
