Apartamentos Aloe Lanzarote

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Aproximadamente 7 minutos a pie hasta el Strip. Las habitaciones son básicas pero satisfacen todas sus necesidades. El lugar es muy tranquilo y pacífico con una entrada cerrada con llave. El balcón era como una trampa para tomar el sol para el desayuno por la mañana o para relajarse por la tarde o tomar una copa antes. Las áreas de la piscina, etc., están limpias y son muy tranquilas, es casi como si tuviéramos una villa privada en ocasiones. Supermercado cerca a 5 minutos y 10 a 1 más grande. No hay aire acondicionado, por lo que recomendaría alquilar un ventilador si se hospeda en los meses más calurosos.

Estamos disfrutando mucho de nuestra estancia en los apartamentos Aloe. Están en una buena ubicación, a pocos pasos de la calle principal y de la playa. Los apartamentos están muy limpios y el personal es muy servicial, especialmente Antonio en recepción.

Primera vez en estos apartamentos y en Lanzarote. Todo el lugar es completamente seguro y tienes una llave para atravesar las puertas. A su llegada, debe presionar el timbre y proporcionar sus datos, luego ir a recepción y presionar nuevamente el timbre (dependiendo de la hora a la que llegue) para obtener un código para su llave en las cajas fuertes. La zona del jardín y las piscinas se ven muy bonitas y limpias. Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas y básicas, pero eso es lo que obtienes por el precio, no hay comodidades en la habitación ni agua de cortesía (no puedes beber agua del grifo), así que es mejor tener algo de antemano. El supermercado más cercano está a 5 minutos a pie (derecha) desde la puerta. Las camas estaban bien, la cabecera no estaba unida a la base de la cama y la ropa de cama solo se cambiaba una vez cada 7 días. Las toallas son cada 2 días. Si en la planta baja pasa todo el mundo y puedes oír todo desde la habitación de al lado y desde arriba incluso desde el baño.

Es tranquilo y limpio. Pero me parece una barbaridad pedir el dinero para Internet en 2023. Ha sido estándar durante mucho tiempo.
Además, no hay jabón en absoluto. Entras en la habitación y ni siquiera puedes lavarte las manos. En primer lugar, le costaría al titular 0,65 centavos. Ojalá se tenga en cuenta.

Encantadores apartamentos limpios y junto a la piscina, todo lo que necesitas, un pequeño complejo, el personal es muy servicial y amable.

Sí, estuvimos en junio pasado.
Y estaremos allí el 4/5/23 durante 1 semana, un lugar encantador, terrenos muy bien cuidados y citas impecables, myna en el escritorio fue muy amable y servicial.

Pequeños detalles por cuidar en los apartamentos: menaje de cocina, jabón en el lavamanos, etc. De resto, es un sitio muy tranquilo, con amable atención y buena limpieza.

Recently back having booked a new year's break at relatively short notice, it was a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, jet 2 had already text me my room number as the reception is only manned until 3pm also there is a list on the outside of people arriving that day with their room allocation, apartments are good size with a 2 ring hob and a microwave in the kitchen, just short of a couple of wine glasses was the only down side, good outside area with a table and 2 chairs, spotlessly clean with rooms cleaned and towels changed every 2 days, it was a 10 minute walk down to the strip with either a left or right turn out of the apartment depending on which end of the strip you are heading, will definitely be back.

The apartment was spotless on arrival and was cleaned every other day. The grounds and swimming pool were also immaculately maintained throughout. The location is in a quiet area yet it’s only a short, ten minutes walk from the “strip” with it’s many bars and restaurants so you get best of both worlds. The receptionist and cleaning staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool has recently been upgraded, some of the other reviews show an older different shape pool with a barrier around. Would definitely go back.

Unos apartamentos muy tranquilos, luminosos… lugar muy tranquilo. Recomendable 100% para pasar unos días y conocer la isla. Estuvimos 3 semanas, como en casa.

Just what we needed. A week in the sun. Nice clean apartments. 10 minute walk to large supermarket which has a nice, lively pub above it called the spinnaker with sea views. Quiet area ni e pool. Only negative is weak shower.

Stayed here for a week over New year. The apartment resort is very well kept with a nice pool and small pool for little children. The area is quiet which will suit many looking for a more relaxed holiday. Reception staff are lovely and offer great help and assistance. Walk out of the apartments and turn right then left to take you down to the sea front for shops, bars and restaurants, this is around a 6 to 7 minute walk. Dino supermarket is also mid point in this walk for all essentials.

Apartments clean and tidy when arrived reception lady very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble.
Was disappointed that there was no English news channels couldn't watch the telly as kept breaking up shower was a bit of a nightmare as hot water didn't last ling enough to wash my hair then had to went up to half hr for more hot water.
Rooms was suppose to be cleaned when the cleaner come in all she did was make the bed and flip round the bathroom floors wasn't swept at all and she was very grumpy no smiles just looked at you.
Grounds are well kept.
Sofa in living area very uncomfortable if these things where to change it would be perfect

Basic, clean, spacious apartment. Quiet location. Clean and tidy pool area.

No heating and it gets cold in the evenings and no basic supplies eg: washing up liquid, hand soap. Realistically the hot water lasts for a maximum of 5 minutes, so you have to be in and out of the shower.

Overall, good value for money.

Sitio perfecto para descansar muy tranquilo y céntrico, sitio para tener en cuenta nos gustó bastante.

El apartamento está bien el único pero que por un lado es bueno porque te levantas pronto es el colchón y las almohadas que te levantas más cansado de lo que te acuestas

Good inexpensive apartments. Well situated for the beach, restaurants and bars. Very helpful and friendly lady on reception.

Just what I wanted to escape the cold weather from the UK in December. Yeah sure, there is a little noise from next door neighbours, but otherwise it is perfectly peaceful and close to the ‘strip’. The apartment is really well equipped and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. I also need to say that it is very clean and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Only on Day 2 of my holiday and can’t wait to come back here, brilliant!

Beds hard and shower got cold after 5 mins. However only 10 mins walk to beach. Receptionist nice friendly.

Wonderful apartments clean and in a quiet area but perfect to relax and unwind. With only a 10 minute walk to all local ammenties.
