Apartamentos Arena Dorada

Teníamos un estudio, tendremos un apartamento junto a la piscina si volvemos allí, el baño no tenía ventana ni extractor, así que no es bueno.

Agradecer la empatía y atención de Conchi, que se ha preocupado en todo momento por nuestra comodidad. Gracias al personal de mantenimiento que hacen lo posible porque todo esté perfecto.
Repetiremos de nuevo.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo, como restaurantes y la playa. Tiene su propia piscina, lo cual fue genial. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y las limpiaban regularmente. No hay aire acondicionado, pero se proporcionan ventiladores que ayudaron.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí, una habitación grande y bonita con un balcón con vistas al mar a solo 30 segundos a pie. Comprar a la vuelta de la esquina también es muy útil. El registro fue muy fácil y todo el personal fue muy amable. El único inconveniente fue que la piscina estaba helada.

Te registras y te vas a tu propio dispositivo, necesitábamos almohadas y tuvimos que esperar tres días de pedir constantemente que nos dijeran que el hotel estaba lleno, así que no había almohadas de repuesto.
He estado dos veces pero no volveré.

Room was not cleaned properly, shower had grim and was dirty. Always short of toilet paper? ! Had to ask for it daily. The bed broke and it was badly put together. Very disappointed as we stayed last year and it was spotless. Won't be back

Great location, though there for a week bed sheets hadn’t been changed the whole week (when I asked we had to be there over a week) sheets where not clean on the day we arrive.floors where only brushed not mopped through out our stay. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms.

Buena ubicación cerca de la playa y con piscina. Nos adelantaron la entrada, lo cual fue fantástico.
Puntos en contra: mobiliario antiguo, encontramos una cucaracha y no ofrecían gel ni champú. Del restaurante no podemos ni opinar porque llegábamos a las 19 h y ya estaba cerrado.

Just had a great fortnight here. We were only a couple of minutes from the beach and the strip. All the apartments were south facing with their own parasol. The rating was about right. Apartment itself was a little basic (the kitchen was tiny) but the beds were clean and comfy, the shower was hot and modern, the sanitarywear was clean and working and the cleaners efficient and pleasant. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area clean and had adequate sun beds. Now onto the pool bar and restaurant- well Omar who ran it was a joy! He was always happy, welcoming and hardworking- from breakfast through till 6 when happy hour finished he couldn’t do enough for you. My husband and I would have no hesitation in coming back here.

The standards seem to have dropped over the last 2yrs since we last stayed, bedding not changed, room not cleaned as efficiently so we had some visitors? Had to ask for loo rolls and clean towels, no shower mat, only 2 chairs for the outside table when rooms hold 4, there would have been3 of us in our room but I was ill and couldn't go, the manageress was grumpy, arrived from a early flight, the room wasnt ready which was ok except the girls then had to go elsewhere taking their luggage with us, no offer to store it pending it being cleaned. THere were no facilties to shower before leaving for a late flight, no soap in the toilets either, sadly we will not book again.

El lugar es bonito pero habían mini cucarachas en todo el apartamento, el baño no tenia ni papel higienico y mucho menos gel de ducha. Las recepcionistas muy majas e intentaron solucionarlo (sin exito) pero no es un lugar donde volveria

Situation so near the strip a positive. No charge for WiFi or safe also positive. Bar snacks etc good and reasonable prices. But the accomodation is basic and not particularly clean
Bathroom needed a good scrub. No floor towelSofa had a musty odour as did pillows. Wouldn't return.

Lovely apartment complex, situated 5 min stroll to the main strip in PDC! Clean and Reasonably priced.friendly staff and gorgous friendly cats

Was clean & comfortable, ideal location close to the sea front, nice little pool bar where you could get buffet breakfast & all day snacks, nice cocktails.
Only problem there was no air-conditioning & no courtesy room for late flights, we had to be out of our room by 12 & not picked up till around 6. The only shower was the one by the pool & no where to change apart from the toilet. Not very good as there was quite a few people leaving at the same time all wanting to use the only 2 (4 with mens) toilets for changing at once.

Stayed there for 2 weeks the staff very friendly. The food at pool area wasnt great, and had to be out early if u wont a sunbed, no one at the desk after 10, the room was ok only thing needs aircon, and had to pay for a fan from a drifferent compey, the rooms where small the wif didnt work, no where to shower if u have a late flight home, only good thing the place was near the strip over all the place needs up date not going to stay there again

Firstly the staff are really helpful.
We arrived after the reception had shut (10pm) and they had out directions to our room in the main door.
The apartments are decorated in a simple blue and white theme, our room had everything we needed for bed and breakfast, loads of space for 2 people.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, including buffet English breakfast or continental breakfast.
Pool is really easy to get to and we had no problems getting a sun bed whatever time we arrived.
The apartments are about a 2 minute walk to the beach if that and the straight in to the main strip.
We will definitely return.

Acabo de pasar las vacaciones con mi familia en estos apartamentos, ubicación inmejorable, trato del personal desde la recepción al personal de limpieza y buena relación calidad-precio si volviera a Lanzarote repetiría este establecimiento

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Only downside was the scramble to get a sunbed by the pool. Would not return in August but maybe when the kids are back in school. Apartment was clean and functional and was cleaned regularly.

El restaurante de los apartamentos muy bien, los desayunos muy completos y la gente que nos están sirviendo muy atentos, auténticos profesionales, recomendable, gracias por ser bien atendidos

Guests put towels out around the pool then don't come vack to them for hours. Staff didn't seem to care or act on this
Close to amenities and good eating places though and supermarket nearby.

Great location with the sea front and strip within a minutes walk. We were also upgraded to a sea view room to get the most out of the apartment complex
Cleanliness of room upon check in could have been slightly better and I'd also recommend some complementary hair/body wash.
Pool is spacious & regularly cleaned and all staff we came across were very friendly.
Highly recommended apartments if you're looking or something reasonably priced and close to the strip.

Nice, clean apartment in a great location. The pool is nice, although small, with some good food and drink on site with great service from the friendly Omar!

Ha sido una experiencia de un 10. Nos han atendido maravillosamente y preocupados de nuestra comodidad.
La recepcionista Conchi es un encanto, amable, profesional.
Todo bastante limpio. Desayunos buenos, los camareros muy amables. Volveremos sin duda.

CUCARACHAS. Tuvimos cucarachas durante toda la estancia. Avisamos en recepción para que solucionasen el problema y lo único que hicieron fue decirnos que fuésemos a comprar insecticida y que les pasásemos el coste y que al día siguiente mandarían a alguien a limpiar. Es verdad que lo mandaron, pero limpiaron de forma superficial. No fumigaron, ya que al día siguiente nos volvimos a encontrar cucarachas correteando por el baño.
Por otro lado, en este alojamiento se ofrece vistas al mar (motivo por el que elegimos este alojamiento y no otro), a la piscina y jardín. Nuestro apartamento tenía vistas al edificio de enfrente. No os fieis de las vistas que pone. Ellos dicen que tiene vistas a alguna de las 3 cosas (en nuestro caso a ninguna de las 3). Por supuesto que lo comentamos en recepción nada más llegar, pero nos dijeron que no nos podían cambiar de habitación porque las que tenían vistas estaban ocupadas, que teníamos que haberlo dicho en la reserva (lógicamente cuando reservas un alojamiento con vistas al mar, no se te ocurre pedir que tenga vistas al mar, porque se supone que ya las tiene).

Stayed here in March for the fourth time a great location, nice spacious clean apartments and very friendly staff which means everything.

Me encantó, sin duda para repetir. Personal encantador, tranquilo, a dos minutos del mar. Y con un gato vigilante del lugar. Merece la pena. Le faltó que no había ni jabón en el baño, ni sal en la cocina

Location is excellent, with a lovely pool area and bar service, only issues are the bath towels are the size of a postage stamp and there is no hand soap or any shower gel on arrival so be warned!

Just off the strip, with not to bad a hill to get to, apartments are modern and clean with good outside space and pool in the hotel. Staff are friendly but pool bar is a quiet.

Close to the beach, to the restaurant and to what is left of Puerto del Carmen night Life. The staff Is Always smiling and friendly. Wifi was very good in my apartment and i was able to work with no issues whatsoever

Absolutely love these appartments x The staff are amazingly friendly and so helpful x always a smile and acknowledgement x the accommodation is always clean x and towel changes too x under 2 minutes walk to the local supermarket x and the same for the main strip x it's isn't noisy one bit x to say you are so close to restaurants and the beach x we always stay in the C Block area number 2 x which we love x but went in D block this time.and you have your own sun loungers x which are really good x and straight outside your apartment room x just have to walk up some steps.a little further up x on the whole x Thank you Arena Dorada?

Reasonably clean, very good location, didn't use the pool or the pool bar but both were nice, apartments a bit on the small side but if you can get the C block you get a pool view

Friendly, respectful, covid conscious, will return next year.

It's a lovely complex, staff are very helpful. Location is brilliant for all amenities. Beach is 2mins away.

Stayed here from 16th sept 19 until 1st oct 19, in the first week the cleaners only can in once to change the sheets on our beds but they DIDNT change the covers on the duvets all they did was turn them over, when we went to reception and told them they said that they would make sure that the cleaners would be in the next day and change ALL the bedding not just the sheets but low and behold they just turned the duvets over again cos one had a dirty mark on which was at the bottom when we went out for the day bur when we came back in later it was at the top.
The complex it nice for location and is nice and clean but if the cleaners have did this too us how many other guest's have they did this too?
We wont be coming back here again because of the cleaners which is a shame as its a nice little resort in the perfect location.

The second week was abit better cos there must of been different cleaners on as every other day they where in the apartment changing the towels and cleaning up but they only changed the bedding once that week

Just got back from staying at Arena Dorada apartments, it was my first time staying there and can happily say it definitely wont be my last. Had an amazing time the apartments are so spacious and was kept very clean. The staff was so friendly. We stayed in D15 and had a beautiful view and could enjoy this on the spacious balcony. Location was fantastic. Already recommended these apartments to my friends and family. Thankyou for an amazing stay we will be returning

Great location staff were brilliant and friendly, very clean spacious apartment would highly recommend as its only a 2 minute walk to the strip I will definitely be coming back

Hi just home from the Arena Dorada apartments exellent spotless clean, staff lovely cleaners came everyday, lovely sea view from our apartment, would absolutely stay there again, and would highly recommend Margaret.

Perfectly located in Puerto del Carmen. 1 minute walk to the beach, same distance to restaurants and bars. Quiet and calm at night. Rooms are spacious but quite old, some partially renovated. Good value for the money you spend.

These apartments are perfectly placed, literally across the road from the beach, and minutes from Centro. The breakfast was lovely, fresh and lots of choice. The staff are all excellent, very helpful and friendly. Nice sized apartment with all amenities. Will definitely try to book here again.

Están un poco viejos y descuidados, excepto los que están reformados, claramente. El personal de recepción y de limpieza es bastante agradable, y el encargado de mantenimiento es muy simpático. La zona de la piscina está bien. El desayuno de tipo bufet es caro para lo que ofrece. Lo mejor es la situación, cerca de la playa, y la tranquilidad. Llevamos 5 veranos consecutivos viniendo, y de momento estamos muy contentos. Lo recomiendo.

Fantastic apartment and clean great views, staff very very helpfull would highly recommend to anyone, WiFi works in room, 2mins walk to shop and sea front.

Love everything about it. Great location brilliant staff especially the cleaner and chef/barman they make me laugh every day. The pizzas are beautiful from the pool bar try them you won't be disappointed.

Muy bien situado a 4 min andando de la playa y cerca de restaurantes. La piscina muy bien. Lo peor que no funcionó el wifi en toda la semana y no tiene aire acondicionado!

Lovely staff, cleaners are relentlessly trying to get into my room early when trying to sleep. Manager is very nice woman and very helpful.

ME ENCANTA! Año tras año vamos a Lanzarote y disfrutamos de estos apartamentos genialmente localizados con un gran servicio. Si quieres tranquilidad y comodidad, es idóneo. Además, a diferencia de sus competidores.los precios son muy buenos. Les doy 5 estrellas.

Clean but was bit to bits. Cleaner robbed a Micheal Korrs watch on my partner. Pool very clean. Staff friendly. Rooms are lay out lovely but you need a fan. I had to go out buy Moskito spray, a plug for the wall and also keep d doors nd windows closed. Other than this I'd go back. I stayed in b15

Great location for everything in Puerto del Carmen. The staff are absolutely wonderful nothing is too much trouble. Really relaxed atmosphere with no worries about getting to a sun lounger early doors. Always room for sunbathing. I spent 10 days here with my son and it was perfect

This our second time staying with our family and will be definitely be staying. The location is excellent, friendly staff lovely clean clean and perfectly save for our 3 young children. Our apartment is good and clean and had the option of adding beds for two of our older children but they staying on the couches that were perfect for them.
