Aqualava Water Park

El parque es bonito, no grande pero muy divertido. Por otro lado el restaurante, si podemos llamarlo restaurante, francamente no es bueno, deberíamos revisar el concepto, o permitir bocadillos, o la posibilidad de salir y volver. El personal es muy agradable.

Visité durante noviembre y fue agradable y tranquilo, un pequeño parque acuático, pero fue lo suficientemente bueno como para mantenernos entretenidos durante 5 horas (50,47 y 2 x 16). No estoy seguro de que sea un lugar al que iríamos más de una vez si tuviéramos un descanso más largo.

Los toboganes de agua fueron muy divertidos, aunque a la cúpula le vendría bien un poco de suavizado de las uniones de las secciones y un poco áspera en la parte posterior.

Una pequeña y agradable piscina de olas activa cada hora durante 10 minutos, ¡me divertí sentándome en las aguas poco profundas y dejando que las olas me cubrieran!

El río lento era relajante con tubos individuales y en pareja para recorrer, aunque el agua podría ser un poco más rápida.

Café bastante simple, resulta que ordenar adentro es más rápido que la máquina de autoservicio afuera, necesitarás usar una blusa y calzado si deseas entrar.

Las duchas no eran las mejores, algunas no funcionaban, pero lo peor era el olor a orina que salía de las trampas.

Hermoso parque acuático para grandes y pequeños, tiene su propio restaurante y un hermoso tobogán, realmente vale la pena.

Sitio muy agradable con lo necesario para niños pequeños. Limpio y personal atento salvo la mujer del chiringuito de los refrescos entrando a la derecha cuya atención al cliente deja mucho que desear y en mi opinión no va acorde con el resto de la plantilla (Adriana).

No muy grande ni espectacular. El personal de la entrada muy antipático. Bastante limpio. Comida excelente y asequible. Si coges el autobús desde el propio parque, regresa a las 15.00 horas. Eso en sí fue mucho tiempo, porque no es un parque muy grande. No se permite traer nada para comer/beber, revisarán las bolsas. Caja fuerte por 4 euros + 4 euros de fianza.

Esta buen para pasar el día. Tiene varios toboganes grandes para adultos y adolescentes.
También hay toboganes y piscinas para más pequeños.
Por otro lado también hay cafetería para comer.
Los baños son muy limpios.
Hay tumbonas y sombrillas

Lleve en una mochila unas tortitas sin gluten, palitos sin gluten, unos platanos y una magdalena sin gluten para mi hija celíaca.no me lo dejaron entrar y tuve que salir con la niña a comerlo fuera.en la acera de la entrada del paque.porque lo unico que quieren es que consumas la comida basura que te ofrecen ellos.la Celiaquía no se escoge señores! Para mi ya no merece puntuación alguna. No me han dado explicación alguna solo que son las normas y ellos ofrecen comida sin gluten (pizza, hamburguesa y patatas) sano, sano…
EDITO: he podido salir afuera es cierto y comer en la entrada, no teníamos pensado comer en las atracciones, ya que entiendo las normas de higiene, pero si llevar la poca comida de la niña a la zona de cafeteria,
La opción sin gluten que ofrecen es la descrita, burger, perrito, una ensalada y fruta…. Si quiere algo diferente olvídense, asi que mi reseña no se aleja tanto de la realidad.aunque no les guste….

El menú que tienen es carísimo; entre otros; una porción de lasaña, precio 8'50€ sin patatas y el Aquarius caducado! Todo eso obligándote a comer y beber dentro lo ellos que te ofrecen, el servicio de restauración es pésimo teniendo en cuenta que debes consumir allí, de pena vamos, para ir un par de horas y los niños disfruten y nada más!
Edito: y de los Aquarius caducados que nos vendieron? No comentan nada, es cierto q reclame el dinero ya que por iniciativa propia no salió de uds

Lovely little water park, suitable for under 10's and my 3 and 6yr old grandsons loved it. Clean, well maintained and lots of staff available.

À 15€ par personne repas et transfert inclus grâce à l'hôtel relaxia, la prestation est excellente. En revanche, je ne sais pas si j'aurai ue la même impression en payant tout plein tarif comparé à de plus gros parcs aquatiques. L'eau est bonne, même en novembre, le parc est propre et le personnel sympathique. Idéal pour les familles.

El agua está helada, dicen que 24°, pero aún así insuficiente para esta época, debería estar a 28 mínimo para que te apetezca usar sus instalaciones, los toboganes de adultos raspan en las uniones de tubos. Edito, volví a ir otro día y la piscina de olas y el río estaban más calientes, se podía estar bien, la de niños helada igual. La comida del buffet bastante mala

Great little water park. 5 slides, 2 of which you use a rubber ring. They have a wave pool and also a lazy river. Also a nice area for smaller children to play.

I would strongly recommend getting the half day pass. Mainly down to the size of the park. You would have need a full day. 2/3hrs is plenty.

Ok park your younger children, some of the bigger slides including the bowel are very painful, they require urgent repair to avoid injury. I would stick to using the inflatables to avoid a painful experience, could be so much better with more investment.

Limpio y cuidado exigentes con el tema covid muy bien, pequeño pero acogedor en esta época muy poca gente y eso q al lado hay un hotel, y tienen entrada libre, mini piscina de olas, parque para niños con toboganes de agua y cubo en caída, así como un río de flotador muy lento pero bien para niños, 4 toboganes dos para persona uno destapado, otro cerrado y dos más para flotadores de una o dos persona, con bufet bien, se puede ir para un día

Para ir con los peques de la casa.las instalaciones no son muy grandes y la comida que cabe esperar de estos sitios. Está muy cuidado ya que pertenece a un complejo hotelero.

Poor with action for children below 120 cm. We took a day pass but after 1 hour kids wanted the beach instead.

Overcrowded. Nowhere near enough rings for the rides. Most people gave up waiting for a ring for the slides. The lazy river was a chaotic mess of standing in the cold water and waiting for someone to get off a ring so you could have it. Water temp was apparently 21 degrees in the kids pool but there was no chance that was 21 degrees. Everyone around us had same complaints today. Waste of money, left after 2 hours.

Fantastic way to spend Christmas day. Friendly staff, incredibly clean and safe, good food (Christmas BBQ). Water temperature was just sufficient for 5 hours without getting cold.

Park itself was ok but make sure you call them upfront and ask for water temperature. I didn't do it and we ended up there with 23 deg water temperature so it was quite hard to enjoy it. I'd recommend to publish this on water park website.

3 year old and parent cannot go on big slides because kid is too small, but adult cannot accompany child on the small slides? !? So nothing you can do there, very poor.

Venir desde fuerteventura, expresamente, a pasar un día en familia y encontrarnos con el agua fría, y cuando digo fria me refiero a que las piscinas del hotel donde nos alojamos, que no están climatizadas, tienen mejor temperatura. No llevaba termometro, pero debían de estar a 18 grados o menos.
Para mí fue una decepción. Deberian utilizar otro metodo para climatizar las piscinas, ya que he comprobado que la geotermia no funciona.

Great enjoyable place, staff very friendly plenty of Life guards around. Loads of stuff to do and 5 massive water slides for the adults. Prices are reasonable considering if you stay at the resort that is attached it's free. Very good Al round would recommend any family to go.

Very bad experience! It will be the last time going there! The personal doesn't tell you a lot of information which you need, and we stayed 30 minutes and paid 31 euros for that half an hour and just said "apologies, there is nothing what we can do? " at least let the people know that you close in 30 minutes and maybe we will not go inside.

Was great for small kids up to maybe 10/12 years.but don't believe the lies about heated pools it's definitely not heated not any part of it. Also charge €6 for a locker

DISGRACEFUL. My family and I (4 people) decided on visiting. We booked through an excursion company and paid the company a deposit of €15 and the balance on arrival. When we entered we discovered the the 4 main slides were closed due to "maintenance". These slides were the main attraction for us. All that was left was a lazy river, a wave pool (that only came on once per hour for a few minutes) and a few smaller kids slides. I went back out to enquire about receiving a refund or another solution but was immediately refused. I was told by the very ignorant reception staff that I would not be receiving a refund as its out of their control and my children should be happy with the smaller slides. I asked to see the manager and she refused to come out to speak with me. A few other couples also asked for refunds and were also refused. We should have been informed about this before we handed over our money and entered. I would not in any way recommend this water attraction and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff and especially the ignorant manager that refused to speak with us and was speaking through her reception colleague. Do yourself a favour and go to the professional water park in Costa tiguise. I only gave 1 star because I had to, to be able to write a comment. I GIVE THIS ZWRO OUT OF 10.

Only came as part of the hotel we stayed at. Clean, food was ok but again as part of the all inclusive holiday. Kids actually got bored with it after a couple 9f days

Over priced staff rude rip off 21euros to get in nothing in there total waste of time say 6 euro for locker refundable then you only get 2 back terrible place

Not bad but very much for young kids and half a day more than enough time. Can't bring in food and drink and def needing a €2 half pint by the end of it. Wouldn't put you off going but don't expect too much.

El parque esta bien, pequeñito, pero bien aprovechado. Lo malo que la entrada supera los 20€
Las hamacas son gratis pero para coger alguna tendras que entrar de los primeritos.

Searching for backpacks. Seriously? You can’t even bring your own water. And prepare yourself for 30 minutes of waiting in the queue to buy anything inside.
The service of the pool bar did not allow us to enter being "inadequately dressed". Really? What is the right clothing for outdoor pool bar? I have to wear a suit?

Poor, unclean facilities, also got raw chicken in a kebab. Very few slides, lazy river closed. All in all an expensive day out which was poor lesson learnt, will not be going back!

El parque está bien para los más pequeños sobre todo. La única pega que le encuentro es que no se puede meter merienda y la comida de dentro es «comida rapida» poco donde elegir.

Muy pequeño para el precio que cobran. 21€ adulto, 14 € niño. Sólo merece la pena usar unconjunto de cuatro toboganes. La piscina de olas solo funciona una vez cada hora

Very expensive for what it is 5 slides little kids play slides a lazy river and wave machine. Cost us 57 euros for 2 adults and 1 child. You can't take your own drinks or food in they take it off you at the gate. I'd say 30 euros for a family ticket is more than enough for this water park.

Not very big 5slides for adults that's it and a lazy river.also wave machine and kids part with slides.went here as it was newer than the one at teguise should of just gone to teguise as they have more slides for adults
