Es la segunda vez que voy y volveré.
Un equipo increíble de trabajadores Caty una persona muy amable, cercana y resuelve dudas muy rápido.
Domingo, también muy cercano y amable.
Recomiendo para ver delfines son muy puntuales y el barco muy cómodo y limpio.

Lugar increíble, ambiente encantador. Personal muy amable y divertido. Siempre sabes adónde ir y qué hacer. La vista es preciosa. El precio definitivamente lo cubre todo. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Paseo en barco muy relajante que ofrece bebidas, snacks. Preciosas vistas, buena música y buen rollo. Personal amable. ¡Muy recomendable!

Una experiencia muy bonita, vimos delfines y una ballena! El trato de los trabajadores es increíble, todos muy simpáticos, es una excursión que recomiendo y merece la pena hacerla :)

Quería hacer kayak dos veces para que me dijeran que el mar estaba demasiado agitado, a pesar de que el segundo día que fuimos, el mar estaba más tranquilo que nuestra piscina y muchas otras compañías estaban practicando kayak.aunque intenté vender motos acuáticas y otras actividades, no lo hagas. Pierde tu tiempo/dinero para que te decepcionen.

Estábamos en el hotel al lado de la playa y queríamos hacer la actividad del sofá loco para 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes, 8 minutos por 25 euros por persona.
Recepción promedio, el sofá es arrastrado por un scooter. ¡así que no hay emoción para esta actividad que normalmente debería ser! Y estuvimos más cerca de 5 minutos.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica y un trato excelente, repetiría sin duda

Este lugar fue tan útil que no podría hablar mal del lugar y el paseo en moto acuática y los buggy son increíbles.

Tour combinado
El recorrido en buggy fue genial otra vez.pero desafortunadamente, el jet ski no fue lo que nos ofrecieron. Reservé un recorrido de una hora con dos motos de agua y se anunciaba como "excursiones a cuevas y playas negras", por ejemplo, Pueto Rico o Destacada Maspalomas. Al final navegamos por el mar durante 45 minutos y vimos una playa sucia con una casa de pescador desmoronada.y Guido hizo 1-2 trucos frente a ella.

Que burla. Hoy hicimos el paseo en barco supercat. El barco estuvo bien y el viaje estuvo bien. Lo peor de todo. Personal. Literalmente nos maldijeron, nos gritaron y nos llamaron locos. Lo sentimos, pero esto no es ninguna forma de amistad con el cliente.

Maldecir: quisimos entregar un formulario que aparentemente debimos dejar y inmediatamente nos gritaron en español (después alguien nos lo tradujo a "por el amor de puta" como en qué sois idiotas) esto para una fila de personas. ¿Qué tan vergonzoso quieres que sea?

Grité: habíamos reservado el parasailing y estábamos haciendo cola para subir al barco. Gritaron mi nombre y respondí que sí. Y me gritó que me diera prisa. Repito, estaba en la fila y había 3 personas más delante de mí.

Lo llaman loco: antes del parasailing tuvimos que leer las reglas, que decían 18 euros por las fotos tomadas a bordo, después si queremos comprar las fotos son 20 euros. A lo que miramos inquisitivamente y decimos ¿Eh, 20 euros? La respuesta fue: sí, es una tarjeta SD de 36 gigas con 25 fotos, ¡¿estás loco o algo así? ! Por supuesto, son 20 euros. *Esperemos que haya fotos ahí, porque no las muestran.

Cada vez que tenías que hacer algo (ir al barco, conseguir comida, tomar fotos, etc.) tenías mucha prisa, mientras todos estaban allí para relajarse, creo. No puedo contar cuantas veces se ha dicho:
¡Rápido, date prisa!

La comida era pésima, una ensalada de pasta, ni siquiera me atrevía a comerla yo, pero escuché a mucha gente a mi alrededor quejarse o dejarse medio plato.

El parasailing fue divertido durante los 2 minutos completos en los que te quedaste suspendido en el aire solo para regresar y luego te gritaron nuevamente que te dieras prisa y llegaras a tu asiento.
También nos llevaron de regreso del parasailing al catamarán, estábamos con 4 personas y los 4 aguantamos para salvar nuestras vidas porque regresaron a una velocidad tan alta sin previo aviso ni una forma decente de agarrarnos.

Lo único bueno de este viaje es que vimos delfines y fue una grata sorpresa.
El hombre detrás de la barra también era un gran tipo, desafortunadamente era el único en el equipo.

Y luego, al final, caminar por la borda como un mendigo en busca de propinas. Demasiado ordinario.

We were jetskiing with 6 men 4 jetski's worked just fine but the other 2 didnt work.
We talked with the guy behind the desk and he Said that it was inposible to get a refund.
He didnt offer anything.
Its basicly a scam. You pay for 6 jetski's but 2 are not werking

Jetski shut off every 100 meters, couldn't do a single lap with full speed. They refused to pay any amount of money back.

Wonderful trip, had the 4 hour trip included a great free ride on the banana boat! Lovely food and staff.

Best boat trip! Music, sangria and beer all day included, free banana boat, water sports at good price including parasailing and jet skis, lunch included was soo nice, chciken, potatoes salad and an unknown sauce that was so yummy. Picture taken at begining too. Good price for the best boat trip day. Staff are very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to show up whales and dolphins. Get booking.

We got a perfect day at the boat. We saw Dolphins and had a funny Day with the Crew. Also Pablo is a rallye nice guy at the Bar. Captain Yojan, jonathan and Layonet did a good Job today.

We had an incredible time aboard, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks were good and the aqua sports and dolphin watching was amazing

Française français passer votre chemin immédiatement et aller chez la concurrence nous avons était abandonner sur le quai après une heure de balade avec nos affaire sur le catamaran nous avons prit un taxi pour rentrer les explication en français son incompréhensible le bateau et vieux il propose des soft bas de gamme et de la sangrila degeulasse il faudra payer pour le gobelet nous avons payer 120€+20€ pour un lit pour 1h de catamaran au lieu de 4h et 18€ de taxi pour rentrer et surtout du temps de perdu en compensation il nous on proposer de faire de la banane foutage de geule jusqu’au bout du bout! Tester le Afrikaat ou le five stars magnifique bateau

Don’t usually write reviews as people seem to moan about the smallest things - Spent €100 on flyboarding for 20 mins there was a hole in the pipe near the foot jets so didn’t go to high abd the jet ski kept smoking so i kept being put back in the water to cool it down the chap who was operating the jet ski was nice and polite enough i also went to ask if i could take my 4 year old son on a jet ski with me “Yes that’s fine” so i booked it he’s quite a thrill seeker i didn’t tell him what his surprise was when i took him down i was then told he needed to be 6 which was the whole reason i spoke to them earlier to see if there was a height weight or age requirement we have a 60mph drift buggy at home that we love and he has no fear so i knew he would love it overall really disappointing i’ve waited 4 years to flyboard due to canceled holiday Covid etc - absolutely gutted the girls i got back on the boat with were parasailing and the rope snapped so they ended up in the sea and cut short no offer of an alternative or discount on another service to make up for the problem just really poor things happen i understand that but u could do something about it to make it a little better

Jetski Tour a éviter! To avoid!

Conducteur arrivé 20 min en retard, conduite dangereuse! Arrivés sur place, zéro explication, pas du tout un safari, juste à suivre un bateau pendant. A duré beaucoup moins qu’une heure. Surtout, les jets skis ne fonctionnent pas…
Bref, ne surtout pas faire cette activité!

We waited a very long time on the boat under the hot sun untill we started. The man in the ship's bar had monday and was not nice.very dirty toilets and floor on the whole boat.

Un consejo, no contraten con esta empresa, no se responsabiliza de nada, si sale bien la excursión perfecto, en caso contrario te dejan en tierra u no quieren saber nada, mucho cobrar eso si

Motos de agua en perfecto estado y el safari divertido, lo único te dejan a 20 metros de la orilla que tienes que hacer nadando, pero merece la pena

They don't return money. We could not use parasaling, because of bad weather. They say we have 1 year to use it. No refunds.it was only like 80 euro. It's just sad they act this way.

Una vergüenza, una atención pésima no, lo siguiente barrio bajera es lo único que puedo decir de la señorita en cuestión aparte de ser unos estafadores.y se niegan a dar hojas de reclamación pero si sabe mandarte a la mierda y grutar delante de todos los turistas.y pondré denuncia no solo telefónicamente como ya está echa. Y en un sitio como es Mogán pueblo idílico. Una pena dar con gente así.

Una y porque no se puede dejar cero estrellas. Soy canaria y me avergüenza profundamente que existan empresas como esta, que lo único que hacen es dañar la imagen de nuestra isla y dejar una amarga experiencia en el turista que viene a disfrutar de las bondades que podemos ofrecer.
Vienen unos amigos desde Galicia. Amigos que conocen el mar, son gente de mar y profesionales del sector. Deciden hacer una excursión en barco con esta gentuza y algo de snorkeling. La travesía en barco fue un desastre y podía haber costado algo más que unas horas vomitando, puesto que el mar estaba horrible y las olas rompían a lo bestia contra la costa, habiendo AVISO AMARILL Todo el pasaje terminó vomitando, cuando lo normal era NO HABER ZARPADO bajo esas condiciones de mala mar. Que no llevan cabras, señores, que llevan personas.
Luego, por esa mala mar, les dicen que no pueden hacer snorkeling (menos mal) pero NO LES DEVUELVEN UN CÉNTIMO. Eso, en mi tierra se llama ESTAFA.
Se ha puesto a personas en peligro. Se les ha robado, literalmente, el dinero. No han puesto reclamación porque regresaban de vuelta a su tierra.
Es una VERGÜENZA que este tipo de negocios estén tratando a los turistas, que son nuestra principal fuente de ingresos, de esta manera. Luego lloraban, cuando el coronavirus, porque no había turismo. ¿Y cuando lo hay esto es lo que les espera? Ojalá alguien los empure a base de bien, estafadores.

I did Combo A. It was one of the best adventure in my live. Great scheduling of all 3 activities and support. Thanks to the guy in the shop in Taurito who speaks perfect german.

Fraudsters.

These guys have no refund policy at all. We could not go on a parasailing trip because of weather. They did not, under any circumstance wanted to refund us. This is absolutely illegal in any civilised country.

Unfair car rental. First was waiting over one hour and after that we get much worse car then we paid for and we were promised to get without any price reduction. Ski jets are also in bad condition

Experience started badly with a standoffish driver who picked us up, but was grumpy about it, in a van that stunk of cigarette smoke.

To get on the jet skis you need to take a banana boat out into the sea about 500m off shore. Then get off the banana boat and onto the jet ski in the waves.

I fell when trying to get on the jet ski and seriously injured my leg. I was unable to do the tour. The staff refused a refund and offered to book me on a tour the next day, which while kind was not possible as I couldn’t walk…

The experience really ruined the last days of my holiday.

I’d avoid booking here.

We rented a car. Wanted to see more of the Island. Car wasent clean. Like they didn't care.
Now to the Dolphin trip. We waited for nearly an hour for the bus to take us to Puorto Rico. Totally uorganised. Got some cool pics and videos of the dolphins. Great experience. Sailed to Puorto Mogan. So nice a place. Should meet at the blue bridge. We waited again. Finally a guy showed up. We followed him to were bus should pick us up. A van from the company came he talked with the man and jumped into the van and drove away. Without telling us anything. After half an hour 15 of us took a taxi to hotel. What a service. First and last time using Aqua Sports.

Gran experiencia. Nos lo pasamos muy bien y creemos que el precio es acorde a las horas de la mañana que estuvimos. Hicimos el combo A (banana+yet ski + parasailing).

Tremendo sablazo nos dió esta gente.
130€ una moto que no iba bien para una pareja.por ese dinero estuvimos 4 horas en un catamaran con comida incluida.
Buscar este tipo de actividades con Grupon.
Te paran varias veces para hacerte fotos y te piden 20€ por ellas.innecesario ese negocio.
El chofer que vino a recogernos conducía muy rápido y mirando el movil.
Muy poco seguro y profesional.

Cogimos el paquete de catamarán que te venden que ves a los delfines, haces snorkel, montas en la banana, tienes descuentos en las actividades, tienes comida, fruta y bebida.
El personal es majo y educado, los delfines no los ves a no ser que el mar esté en calma ya que no pueden alejarse más de la cuenta, el snorkel es de risa, la comida es poco variada pero rica, la fruta no existe, por lo demás es lo esperado.

Día de catamarán estupendo: 85€ barra libre y almuerzo + moto acuática + paracaídas sobre el agua del mar + banana propulsada por lancha motora. Muy divertido. Personal amable, muy simpáticos, hacen amena la experiencia. Hacen fotos (es opcional comprarlas).

! A ÉVITER! ATTENTE MONSTRE ASSURÉE
Arrivé 14h et réservation dans la foulée, au guichet une jeune fille nous propose une place pour 14h30. Nous revenons sur place et départ 16h pour jet ski, 2h d’ATTENTE sur un canapé avec un autre client dans le même cas. Le personnel s’en contre fiche et ne prends pas soin de ses clients. Nous demandons un remboursement, la personne au comptoir ne veut pas nous rembourser et propose plutôt de revenir un autre jour. Bref à éviter si vous ne voulez pas passer l’aprem midi à attendre!

1h de réservation safari jet ski pour n en faire en réalité que 35 min. Je suis un peu dégoûté vu le prix payé.

Cometimos el error de no leer las reseñas, para el costo del paseo en Catamaran, el servicio ofrecido por el paquete deprimente y en lo relacionado a la diversión no aburrido lo siguiente. No lo recomiendo para nada.

El personal excelente. Nunca me he divertido tanto en mi vida. Los chalecos salvavidas están limpios y los desinfectan cada vez que se usan. La posibilidades que brindan de llevarte las fotos por 35 euros es genial. Yo me he llevado un recuerdo muy bonito. Gracias a todo el personal. Son un verdadero equipo, coordinación y armonía fue el ambiente que yo particularmente respiré ese día. Mil gracias.

1 hour jetski "safari"

STAY WELL AWAY!
It was our last trip on our holiday and we always wanted to go on a jet ski safari so we decided to give it a go, not what we were expecting at all. We got talking to Elaine, whom is the jet ski safari representative and was very easy to talk. We got told that we couldnt get transport as they fully booked so we had to pay extra money for a taxi from Puerto Rico to Taurito. When we landed to their main "hut" on the beach front, we were approached by a woman with short blonde hair, we asked her a few questions on watersports they do and about jetskis etc and she was extremely rude and abrupt. She had a disgust look on her face constantly and has NO people skills whatsoever! When we were ready to go we hopped on a banana boat which took us to our jetskis.we were told we would go towards Tasarte which is on the right side of the beach.but once we got on the jet skis the guide took us the opposite way, to the left towards Anfi beach. Not only were disappointed with that, we could only drive in straight line, near NO caves (which we were told we were going in around to get pictures etc). We got told by elaine that we would get professional photos that are amazing quality, little did we know the guide only took photos when we were stopped which was boring and extremely bad quality not what we were expecting at all especially when paying so much money for the jetskis and photos. We had two stops which were 10 minutes each, having to wait on the guide to take photos of everyone on the safari.before the "safari" we got told by Elaine that we would be able to view our photos immediately after but once we landed back at the hut and asked the blonde haired woman behind the desk to view our photos she laughed in our face and refused. We were fed up so we left and decided to go back up to elaine, in which was gone so we came across her colleague. We explained the situation to him so he rang the woman whom we were talking to behind the reception, after talking with her he began to accuse us of lying when we said we went towards anfi beach and started getting extremely arrogant to my boyfriend, who was only trying to understand why we got told one thing and done the opposite?

I will never set foot back in AquaSports Taurito. Not only is the "safari" expensive, boring and a waste of money.the customer service is an absolute disgrace. Stay well away!
