Atlántico Excursiones

Para nosotros este viaje ha sido una excelente toma de contacto con la Gomera. No es una excursión para pasar horas paseando por sus calles o parques sino para hacerte una idea general de la isla y admirar su lugares más típicos. Nosotros salimos de tenerife y aunque es cierto que pasas mucho rato en un autobús es normal, hacemos muchos kilómetros durante el día y si fuéramos por nuestra cuenta, hubiésemos hecho los mismos kilometros pero en un coche. La comida estuvo buena y es una forma divertida de conocer gente ya que nosotros éramos una pareja y nos juntaron con otros miembros de la excursión para comer. Por último decir que el precio fue genial. El ticket del ferry para dos personas con coche sale parecido a la propia excursión, ahorrándote precio de gasolina, comida y por supuesto el guía local que fue muy divertido.

¡ENVIÉ UNA CARTA DE QUEJA A ATLANTICO EXCURSIONS PERO AÚN HE ESCUCHADO NADA!
¡AHORRE SU EFECTIVO Y HAGA ALGO MÁS!

Realmente no recomendaría reservar el viaje Teide - Garachico - Masca con esta empresa. Las vistas son realmente hermosas, pero solo tienes media hora en cada lugar, lo cual es suficiente para tomar algunas fotografías y caminar de regreso al autobús, así que si esperas vivir una verdadera experiencia, entonces no es así. Pensamos que tendríamos algo de tiempo para ver y disfrutar los lugares, pero no, una parada rápida en el sitio turístico más concurrido y listo. En Garachico sólo vimos una iglesia y eso fue todo. Pero la peor experiencia (aunque ya anticipada) fue de camino a Icod de los Vinos cuando hicimos una parada de una hora en un restaurante en medio de la nada. Entonces, media hora en el Teide, no es suficiente ni siquiera para dar un corto paseo y disfrutar del lugar, pero sí una hora en un restaurante donde supongo que no es casualidad que traigan turistas allí. En general, las vistas son dignas de ver, pero nos lo pensaremos dos veces la próxima vez que queramos hacer un viaje de 100€ con una agencia.

Nos cancelaron la excursión a la gomera con menos de 12 horas de anticipación por falta de aforo. Habíamos reservado con bastante tiempo de anticipación y pagado por adelantado. Nos dejaron sin excursión y con un día perdido de vacaciones ya que fue imposible encontrar otra agencia que realice esa excursión de la noche a la mañana. Tampoco fueron capaces de tramitar el reintegro del pago, nos dijeron que lo solicitemos nosotros con la agencia intermediaria.

El personal que te atiende por teléfono super amable y resolutivos, tuvimos un problema y nos lo solucionaron, las excursiones muy bien, pero las dos excursiones que hicimos en una de ellas el guía no era muy simpático y si alguien hablaba mientras explicaba se enfadaba y dejaba de explicar, y en la segunda el autobús no tenía aire acondicionado y el conductor al decírselo en vez de dar una explicación nos dijo a otra señora y a mi: adiós, llamé a Atlántico excursiones y quién me atendió nos lo solucionó para la vuelta y repito MUY MUY AMABLES

Las excursiones parecen agradables y económicamente accesibles.
Por otro lado reservar con antelación porque no pude hacer el paseo en barco para ver las ballenas y delfines porque hay más plazas disponibles para varios días.

El pasado 15 de agosto contratamos una excursión a la Gomera. Por un problema de la naviera en favor de la seguridad tuvimos que desviarnos y el viaje resulto un caos, si bien ATLANTICO EXCURSIONES ha resultado ser una gran compañía, tremendamente profesional que nos ha resuelto los inconvenientes causados con gran diligencia y profesionalidad

Reservamos a través de Atlantico Excursiones con base en Santa Barbara Golf Resort con Gill.

En primer lugar, nuestra experiencia con Gill fue increíblemente positiva, sabíamos que queríamos un viaje al Teide pero no lo que queríamos específicamente. Explicó lo que estaba disponible y pudo explicar en detalle el viaje nocturno que había asistido recientemente.

Muy bien informado, amable y tampoco agresivo en lo que respecta a tratar de que reservemos un viaje solo ofreciendo las opciones.

Incluso pudimos irnos sin sentirnos acosados ​​y tomar una decisión.

Nosotros (una familia de 5 personas de entre 12 y 50 años) hicimos el viaje Teide Stargazing by Night y no nos decepcionó.

El viaje comenzó en un autobús muy agradable y, como era de esperar, visitó varios centros turísticos para recoger antes de dirigirse al Parque Nacional del Teide.

Nuestro guía Fernando fue increíble. Increíblemente bien informado con la cantidad correcta de humor manteniendo a todos comprometidos.

El viaje se detiene en Vil·la Flor para ir al baño y también la oportunidad de tomar una bebida y bocadillos. A partir de ahí se sube a otro mirador para más fotos antes de llegar al restaurante.

La comida consistió en un entrante de tomate y queso de cabra, papas canarias y pollo, seguido de helado y salsa de chocolate. La opción vegetariana era hamburguesa vegetariana y papas fritas. El vino está incluido al igual que el agua.

Después de comer nos dirigimos a un mirador para ver la puesta de sol mientras contemplamos el mar de nubes con una copa de cava.

Una vez que oscureció, regrese al restaurante para la charla más increíble sobre las estrellas y las constelaciones del increíblemente atractivo Fernando.

Esto junto con 3 telescopios configurados para ver diferentes constelaciones y también la oportunidad de ver a Júpiter con sus anillos y lunas.

Estábamos lejos de las carreteras alrededor de la parte trasera del restaurante, los otros viajes tenían que ir a diferentes puntos de vista con la contaminación lumínica asociada causada por los autos que pasaban.

A unos 78 euros cada uno, no es barato, pero teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en un viaje de 3: 00 p.m. A 2: 00 a.m. Y tuvimos una comida de 3 platos, en realidad funciona a un precio razonable y ciertamente sentimos que valió la pena.

Todo un acierto contar con la agencia Atlántico en nuestra visita a La Gomera. Además de cambiarnos a última hora el dia de nuestra excursión por un atasco que nos impidió llegar a tiempo de embarcar, contamos con Juan, un guía de lujo, y con un conductor de primera en la subida a Garajonay.
Totalmente recomendable por su atención, gestión y buen saber hacer.

Llegamos a la Gomera a las 11: 00 y a las 16: 00 salíamos en el ferri de vuelta, menos 20 min que hay que estar antes en el embarque. Comimos en 1 hora si llegó y el leguaje de silbos fue una camarera del restaurante, que lo hizo bien, pero fue una anécdota más que una demostración. El viaje en bus por La Gomera una suplicio, no se como no se me fue por la boca hasta la cena del día anterior. Imposible disfrutar como la isla merece.
No se cual es la solución, tal vez volver en un ferri más tarde o salir más temprano, pero no fue para nada lo que esperaba.
El único que se salva Peter el guia, que le dio un toque de gracia en 3 idiomas

A great experience on our holiday. Unfortunately, the weather didn't permit us to do the cable car, but overall, it was an amazing experience. It's really worth doing it. Also, the driver and the lady (sorry, don't remember her name, blond short curly hair) were very helpful and patient.

Excellent way to spend the day. Saw the whole island. Our tour guide Isabel did a great job explaining history and scientific elements of the island. Bus driver Pedro did a fantastic job driving up and down the switch backs.
I wish there was a little more walking, but my wife and I are serious hikers.
My wife, my son, and I all really enjoyed this trip.
Highly recommend it.

Superbe excursion, que ce soit au niveaux des paysages, ainsi que de la présentation de la guide. Explications en français de l’histoire volcanique, de la végétation et des animaux locaux. Arrêt dans des petits villages étapes pour déguster des produits locaux. On en prends plein les yeux. Je recommande.

We booked our day trip to Teide Masca with Atlantico Excursiones. Best decision ever. Our tour guide Alexis was very knowledgeable, he gave us a wonderful historical and geographical look at island. We truly enjoyed it, even the serpent roads with the steep drops (thank you to the driver Jose). The views were astonishing, and Alexis gave us ample notice of when to grab our cameras to get beautiful shots of your landscape. I highly recommend!

Good tour - the volcano and valley parts are unique, I didn't know Tenerife had such nice views. I think the time-split could be improved - more time at the volcano site would make this 5 stars.

The tour was good: the price you paid is perfect for what you received. The driver Havi has a lot of experience and it is super important with this roads. However, the tour was in 3 languages that makes it hard to follow.

Awesome experience, saw a lot of pilot whales and a bunch of bottle nose Dolphins. Good food, really liked it hot. Would definitely recommend

We booked the Teide-Masca Tour mainly because there was no other option for us to see Masca and we were not much interested in the way there when booking the trip. Yet, once we started getting on the bus, everything went beyond our expectations. There was a great local tour guide who said interesting facts about the area without just 'rambling' around. All stops were amazing and definitely something one experiences once in a lifetime. The only 2 critique points. First, the air-conditioning in the bus was bad so I got pretty hot in there throughout the day. Second, we did not have all that much time to walk around in Masca. It was only about 25 minutes which is not nearly enough considering the gorgeous scenery one can explore there. Still, this tour deserves its 5 stars <3

Nous avons choisi le grand tour pour la journée: Teide, Masca avec d'autres arrêts sur notre chemin.
Paysages magnifiques même en bus on a le temps d'apprécier.
Prix correct, chauffeur au top surtout à Masca car route pas évidente.
La guide a été aussi très gentille et à donnée beaucoup d'informations. Rien à redire
Cependant Seul point négatif:
- Le restaurant Bambi au Teide: temps d'attente interminable, un monde de fou que des bus touristiques et la bouffe infecte! Et c'est le seul pour manger où le bus nous emmène alors prévoyez votre pique nique surtout! Ou alors mangez un bout à Masca sur la place si vous n'avez pas peur d'être malade dans les virages ils font des tapas faits maison.

Un grand merci à Peter et Frederico, pour cette superbe excursion! Nous avons pris le grand tour pour voir le teide journée de 8h a 17h30, Peter est un guide très a l'écoute et très compétent. Il parle français anglais allemand ect.et le chauffeur fait un énorme travail, conduire dans les montagnes de masca c'est vraiment très compliqué, nous étions assises à l'avant du bus c'était bien pour la vue, on a fait plusieurs stop photos visite je dirai en tout 4h en extérieur et 4h en bus.

Hemos realizado una visita a la Gomera y desde luego nos ha tocado un guía fantástico (José) no se puede ser más agradable que él, nos ha encantado el trato cercano ; y que decir del chofer (Martin) un profesional de los pies a la cabeza y mejor persona, sin duda cuando volvamos a la isla repetiremos con excursiones Atlántico y si es posible con el mismo personal.

A lovely tour of la Gomera. Lots of nice stops to take photos. Guide is very knowledgeable. The food is not so good and you only got a tiny glass of water so suggest to bring your own refreshment

This excursion was amazing! Javier was an amazing tour guide and he was very informative! Banana Plantation was very interesting and informatve but also very fun and lots of things to try! Winery was fun as we got alot of wine (lol!) and interesting to see the process. Food was unreal (don't change!) And Pablo was so good with the food. Wouldn't change a thing. Had a great time and will recommend this tour to everyone who I know who comes to tenerife. Absolutely phenomal.

We took the trip to Teide and Masca in the end of March. We really liked the trip. We learned a lot about Teide, Masca and small charming traditional coastal towns of North Tenerife. We also saw the Dragon Tree, we were able to see Butterfly house and small towns. The guide spoke English and French. He was very informative and gave us lots of interesting information about the Island, the flora and fauna of Tenerife. We also stopped for lunch (only 15€ Extra).
I definitely recommend Atlántico Excursiones. You will see best places and learn a lot of new information:)

An amazing tour of La Gomera, very pleasant and interesting guide. Great story behind the island’s history and it’s habitants.

The most incompetent customer support on the planet. Ruined our last day in Tenerife. We called the customer service at the scheduled bus departure time and provided a confirmation number, but instead of doing their job and checking the reservation, they just told us to “wait. ” We waited half an hour for the bus, it didn’t arrive, and then we called again, and only at that point did the agent check the confirmation and discovered that there was an error on their side. At that point all the buses have already left and they said they can’t come back to pick us up. Please do not travel with them and save yourself some nerves.

Great day. It is a really worth while trip. Our guide, Javier, was great providing wonderful explanations of all the sights and the geology and history of La Gomera.

Tour de 9h, 30 minutes seulement au teide! Restaurant très mauvais et cher pour Tenerife.
Beaucoup trop de bus pour cette excursion.
Préférez la location de voitures si vous êtes plusieurs.
Ne recommande pas du tout.
Seul point positif les explications de la guide.

2 étoiles, 1 pour le chauffeur, 1 pour la guide.
Tour en bus de Teide, masca 9h.: 2h de visite, 7h de bus Beaux paysages, vu du bus.
Visite chronomètre, repas conseillé pas bon et au Lance pierre.
Si vous avez le mal des transports je vous conseille d éviter, beaucoup de route de montagne.
Je regrette que l on ne se soit pas arrêté plus à des points de vue même pour 5min. J aurai préféré aussi rester plus longtemps que 30min à Teide.
Bon courage si vous décidez tout de même de faire l excursion.

Gracias a la guía Alicia, que junto con el conductor Reinaldo, nos han llevado al Teide y han hecho de un viaje largo algo estupendo por su profesionalidad. Aconsejar a la agencia que en el puerto de La Cruz pusieran puntos de encuentro para que el recorrido entre hoteles recogiendo clientes fuera más corto.

Muy mala gestión. Reservamos online una excursión al Teide, llamamos el día antes para poder concretar el punto de encuentro y nos encontramos con que nuestra reserva no se había completado a pesar de que en la web aparecía que la reserva se había realizado con éxito y el cobro se había realizado. Cuando llamamos la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que no se había realizado la reserva completamente y que ya no habia hueco para los días siguientes sin poder ofrecernos una solución o alternativa y quedándonos nosotros sin la experiencia ya que en el resto de compañías ya estaba todo completo portener que buscar otra en el último momento.

Decepcionante que tanto Yaiza y Oswaldo dejarán la puerta trasera del autobús cerrada al llegar al puerto de Gomera.supuestamente las propinas eran voluntarias lo que no explica que nos obligaran a salir por la parte delantera.el resto de tour por la Gomera bien pero este detalle ensució el viaje

Hicimos las excursión a la Gomera con excursiones tenerife, que es lo mismo que atlantico excursiones, y está fue decepcionante, no por los guías que eran personas fantásticas, sino por la planificación de la actividad. En plena época de recuperación de covid, nos esperábamos que el autobús estuviese con un aforo al 50%, pues no, estaba completo al 100%, y encima con un grupo grande de extranjeros que no respetaban para nada las medidas de seguridad, quitándose continuamente la mascarilla. Tuvimos que llamar la atención a más de uno para que por favor se colocara la mascarilla, pero nada, al rato se la volvían a quitar. Hablamos con los guías para que lo comentasen a ver si la gente hacía caso, y nada, el autobús completamente cerrado y con gente con la mascarilla bajada. La excursión es todo el día en bus, haciendo algunas paradas en miradores para tomar alguna foto. Por estos motivos, no creo que merezca la pena contratar la actividad.

Road to Loropark from Los Gigantes was supposed to take 1: 40hours but took atleast 3h. False advertisement

Today, i went on an excursion to La Gomera, from Tenerife, with this company. The driver and the guide were both excellent. The lunch was not good but overall, i had a great day.

I went on an excursion in Tenerife during a pandemic. The team involved in our excursion were very helpful and during an hour and they talked us through the local history. Going up the mountain was also an exciting day out. Very fair prices.

Fuimos de excursión a La Gomera. Nuestra guía fue Ruth y nos encantó. Ella super simpática, nos explicó un montón de cosas. Paramos en muchos lugares de interés. El sitio donde comimos estuvo aceptable y la isla merece la pena visitarla.
Lo único que podría haber estado mejor fue que el bus dio mucha vuelta hasta dejarnos en nuestro punto de recogida. Por lo demás ninguna queja. Medidas anti-covid correctas.

Hicimos la exclusión desde Tenerife a la Gomera y todo muy bien. Desde la puntualidad, las explicaciones, la comida. Y sobre todo la amabilidad y buen hacer tanto del conductor, como el guía (Fanki y Joaquín). Muchas gracias por enseñarnos esa maravillosa isla.

Ayer día 28.08 tuve el placer de participar en la excursión, Teide, Masca, Buenavista. Tanto el guía Darío, como el conductor David fueron dos ases. Darío explicando detalladamente todo lo que veíamos, y si a ello le añadimos que también lo hacía en inglés, fue una experiencia el escuchar al guía.
El conductor atento a cualquier contratiempo, y dónde demostró lo bueno que era, en la carretera a Masca. La puntuación de 1 - 10 y les doy un 12

They have a website called mustcat.es. They pretend to be the official Mustcat Catamaran boat company. They take your money without first even checking if there is availability with Mustcat. They just scammed my Wedding guests out of money.

Avoid them like the Bubonic Plague.

Nous avons fait l’excursion au Teide, la guide Madame Chantal pas très accueillante pour les français, nous a poussé à accepter de faire l’excursion en une autre langue (parce que nous étions peu de français), cependant nous avons payé pour des commentaires en français. N’a pas loupé de nous faire une remarque sur un ton désagréable au moment de demander les tickets du téléphérique. Hormis cela, l’excursion était top.

The tour guide carlos and the driver, also Carlos were great. Always sharing knowledge and jokes the whole route.
Well worth the price, I highly recommend it.

Turbo excursions, little time for sightseeing.threats of abandonment.skipping objects.stopping in expensive shops and cafes.transferring other passengers for transport to their hotels.there is no important tourist information.change route.they are all in one big combination for taking your money and goodbye.

I strongly don't recoment this travel agency. I have bought a trip to Siam Park. It costed me more expensive than normal bus. I had to wait for the bus 2 hours! The driver was really unkind.

My experiences after full day Teide tour are quite good. Our guide was professional, spoke in 3 languages including English and passed some interesting info. (cant remember the lady name). The driver was amazing esecially on the way from Masca. In my opinion the only problem is that the guide spoke a lot about restaurants/caffeteria/shops on our shops, even prices etc.it smelt a little bit fishy, I'm pretty sure they get commision from their groups. Anyway I recommend that company

Para empezar.llego tarde el bus a recogernos. En el punto de encuentro paraban muchísimos autobuses y tenias que ir preguntando en todos ellos y.los guias súper bordes.
Gracias a dios q nuestra guia era un sol pero vaya desastre de excursión al Teide y todo deprisa y corriendo.
El Teide es una maravilla y el teleférico una pasada. Recomiendo la visita.pero informaros de más sitios para hacerla.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IF YOY HATE WAITING FOREVER. We waited 35 minutes the first day we booked the trip and were told we just missed them so we tried again. We waited a further 45 minutes this time before getting very annoyed and leaving. Disgusting.

Appaling.avoid! Booked tickets for 2 adults and 2 children for Siam Park. Unfortunately one child was severely poorly and they were unable to go. Visited the shop first thing in the morning to see if anything could be done. Was advised to go to Siam and either ask for the 2 tickets back for another day or if we didn't want that to go back and they.d see what they could do. Went this morning and was made out to be a liar as I hadn't done as he.d said! Even though if you change your mind etc within 48 hours your entitled to 50% of your money back! Argumentative and rude and 60 euros lost!

Booked the half day Teide tour and was so impressed. Got more than I bargained for as I expected a couple hour trip to the top and back again but it was much longer with a few stops along the way. Our tour guide, Peter, gave a very informative tour in impeccable English and I presume his German and Italian weren’t bad either. Francisco, our driver, did a great job navigating the roads. Would recommend.

We booked full day masca tour.our driver was called oscar and the tour guide was his wife.whata absolute dream she was.did her job to full expectation and beyond.her information was invaluable.could not fault this tour had several stops for persons to stretch there legs.food.coffee.s. Etc.been on tbis tour before but this was the best ever.you have two amazing people giving 100% and beyond.well done and keep up the excellent work.

I really would like to recommend this agency. The tour guide spoke 3 different languages and gave us many interesting informations about the locals and the different aereasof this beautiful island Tenerife. To visit the. TEIDE.is a MUST.a beautiful aerea.

I was on a tour in La Gomera! It was a disastrous experience! First of all, the man who sold me the excursion did not inform me that i should have a passport, i had to go to the harbour, to Los Cristianos on my own
(40 km) the tour guide was impolite, rude, and told me to respect him and not to talk on the bus to my 7 YEAR OLD SON! If kids are not welcome, why do they sell tickets to them? Finally, the tour guide did not even mention the facts about the island which i managed to read in the guide book, he was not a professional at all.but he treated me like an idiot.
