No proporciones ningún dato, ten en cuenta que no tienes que dar 50 euros al reservar un coche, los perderás en poco tiempo. Una franquicia de 800,00 euros, por cada rasguño se llevan 100,00 euros por error propio, afirma. El folleto dice 60,00 euros, el gordo dice que hoy son 75,00 euros, hoy cambio las reglas. Para dejar el coche en el aeropuerto un extra de 35,00 euros. Será mejor que tomes un taxi. Y de repente actúa como si fuera la comunicación. El cliente no entendió. Hay empresas de alquiler de coches sin franquicia, cobertura total hasta el último euro, ¡nunca tendrás que dar tu tarjeta de crédito y código personal! esto en el aeropuerto y otros lugares, por ejemplo Cicars. Esto es lo que aprendimos hoy.

Alquilé un Nissan Juke gris por un día exactamente el 29/11/23 a través de los muy amables Manish y Anna en Tenerife, servicio de entrega muy rápido y veloz, coche impecable, el chico muy amable nos explicó las cosas y marcó todas las imperfecciones o cosas que tenia el auto, también lo monitoreé con fotos y videos para estar seguro, el auto estaba hermoso y cómodo, devolvimos las llaves al hotel Cataluña Oro Negro donde nos hospedamos, también fue muy preciso al decirnos las funciones. y combustible, de hecho, olvidándonos de que estábamos en Tenerife acostumbrados a los precios italianos, repostamos con 30 euros, en Italia soñamos con estos precios.
Todo muy bonito excepto el depósito de 300 euros que todavía hoy, que es 6 de diciembre, no me lo han devuelto en la tarjeta con la que pagué, espero que haya habido un descuido o algo a nivel de terminal, además porque no es pequeño. cambiar . En cualquier caso, envié tres correos electrónicos y dejé mi número tanto a los dos amables chicos que me ofrecieron Atlas como alquiler, como en el correo electrónico. Esperamos volver a ver el dinero también porque nos dijeron 2/3 días máximo pero como sea.
Por lo demás, un servicio realmente impecable y unos coches preciosos.
¿Lo recomendaría? A ver y esperar la devolución del depósito

Increíble comida canaria, salsa verde, mojo rojo. Comenzamos con el queso de cabra a la parrilla, luego comimos lomos de cerdo y estofado de ternera y todo estuvo increíble. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

Bueno hemos estado en tenerife 7 días alquilamos un coche por 2 días
Primero los precios que ponía tanto en web como en papel que nos facilitó el hotel eran erróneos
Bueno aún así alquilamos pagamos 100 euros los dos dias con una fianza de 300 euros
Nos llega el coche y solo nos pitaba luces de todo airbag motor etc.llamamos y decían que no pasaba nada.aún así insistimos para que nos hicieran un cambio par el día siguiente.
Quedamos a las 9: 00 el señor llego a las 10: 00 de la mañana después de insistir y llamar varias veces desde el hotel y desde nuestro número.
Luego estuvimos un día entero para que se nos devolviera la fianza.
En resumen no recomiendo para nada esta empresa!

Reservamos temprano y conseguimos un gran precio. El proceso de recogida del coche fue realmente sencillo y la mujer que nos atendió fue realmente agradable. El coche era perfecto para nuestras necesidades (recomiendo encarecidamente un paseo por el Parque Nacional del Teide) y tenía casi medio depósito de combustible para ponernos en marcha. Incluso se ofreció a recoger nuestro coche a la mañana siguiente en el aparcamiento de nuestro hotel (Hard Rock Hotel). Probablemente el alquiler de coche de vacaciones más sencillo y agradable que he hecho.

Always nervous when renting a car on holiday. But this service was second to none. Nick really helped us deciding the car and he even gave us tips to park it and where to go and what towns to visit. Highly recommend and WhatsApp service for dropping the car at the airport is very quick to respond and puts you at ease

I hired a car from Atlas in Playa Paraíso for 6 days. The car pick up was so easy. Nick was very friendly and welcoming, and after signing the paperwork, took us to check the car. Beautiful new car. He took the time to make sure we were happy with everything before we set off.
We found that we needed to extend our hire period and another team member Sani, was so helpful in arranging this with one days notice.
This is the best car hire company I have used. Very professional, lovely staff and excellent cars.
Would highly recommend.

Incompetent people, we were waiting for a car for 2 days, then they said they have no car available. Now we are in trouble, THANKS. We do NOT recommend that company, sad story -> INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

Worst company in the planet, please stay away from this company. Rented me a broken car for 638 euros, won't give me money back after the clutch went within 3hrs of driving it. All managers refusing to speak with me. Stay away from the is company. Have ruined my break after coming here to take time out after losing my Grandparents

I would seriously encourage all tourist to avoid this company. They stole £300 from us and gave us a faulty car that broke down on the highway. Very dangerous. When we called to them to complain they said that it was our fault. Please avoid for your life and safety.

Overall ok, we were given a car with no fuel, it spluttered into a gas station. Engine warning lights on, steering and air con broken. Steering wheel falling to bits in hand and a dangerous chip in the windscreen, boot lock broken. The rep was excellent he apologised and got a new fabia straight away to replace the Dacia death trap the next day. Atlas should not have put their hard working rep in such a position, very impressed with him less so Atlas.

I should say, I am very satisfied with the quality off service I got from this company when I got into trouble with the rental car. The technician team was on site in 15 (!) minutes after I called them. I got all support I needed including transfer to my hotel. A friend in need is a friend indeed!

Just called the Office. Nice lady picked up, told me the address to the nearest office. Booked the Car in 15 minutes. No issues with the Car. Deposit is just 200 euros which is much lower compared to others. Got it back within 5 days. Only issue is that they ask you to return the car at 8 am in the morning, which doesn't make sense if you are getting the car in the evening and paying a daily rate. Rest Everything was good. Would highly recommend.

Can’t be more pleased! We had booked a small SUV, but when we got to the office the agent at the counter offered us a better car, due to the shortage in availability of the car we had booked.

On our last day using the car, we got bumped on the rear by a car trying to park behind us and the driver then vanished. The agents at Atlas took care of everything after a quick phone call and made everything nice and smooth regarding the paperwork.

I highly recommend Atlas, whenever we go back to the island we will surely be renting a car here.

Y de todo lo que compare por ahi fueron los más económicos.

We needed a car for our holidays. In a conversation with a couple we got the advise for that car rental service. We got a Fiat Panda for three days. The Car had scratches and bumps but in my opinion it is okay for a rental car. It was clean and desinfected. We got a quick instruction of the functions of the car including an air conditioner. The woman from Atlas was realy competent, friendly and smart. We can recommend this car rental service.

Called into book the day before (office across from the hard rock hotel) was advised there was a 2 day minimum not good as we only wanted it for one day but we went ahead as we had no choice.
We paid a deposit and got a receipt with details etc and the next morning I arrived for the car I gave my visa, and drivers licence with picture on it.
The lady said I needed a passport aswell she said she told us this the day before (which was a lie) she also said it was written on the slip of paper (another lie).
She made us return to our hotel to get the passport and delayed us at least 1 hour and we had plans made. She was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and she should not be working in the tourism industry. When challenged about not explaining about the passport the day before and lying about it being written on the receipt she became extremely aggressive and starting shouting at me in front of everyone and my wife and 3 year old were present also this is unacceptable behaviour towards a customer.
When I came back with the passport another gentleman looked after us while the lady in question played on her phone and drank coffee as the line of people built up outside.
Total bill was €136 minus €50 deposit so I handed the gentleman the balance of €86.
I gave him 2 €50 notes and a one euro coin to make it easier for him with change. He sent the lady for my change and instead of bringing back notes €15 she gave us a load of coin just to be awkward.
I apologised to the gentleman outside in the carpark as he was showing us to our car and explained the issue o about the passport and that we were not told to bring one and also she lied about it being written on the slip of paper and he admitted there was no need of a passport as my picture was on my licence.
To be fair he could not have been more helpful.
Just from reading other comments here I don’t think we are the first people to have an issue with this ladies rudeness and extremely aggressive attitude.

Las dos veces que hemos estado en Playa Paraiso hemos alquilado coche en Atlas. Muy buen trato, disponibilidad inmediata del coche y de la silla de niño, mucha flexibilidad. Sin duda la próxima vez alquilaremos en Atlas de nuevo.

I'm being very very generous with 3 star rating. The service itself was good and smooth, tho you need to pay 200€ deposit, but that is pretty common, nice older man worked with us and it was a pleasure to cooperate. HOWEVER, AS OF AUGUST 2021,80 freaking euros per day for the CHEAPEST car to rent. It's even beyond ridiculous The price surely deserves zero or sub zero, it's just.aah, no words. I get it the current Demand and Supply curves allow them to raise the prices, but that much, that's really beyond believable. My inner eugen krabs + alan harper are still crying rivers because of this purchase and I'm not sure I'll ever financially recover from it.

People normally remember to write reviews when they have a bad experience but when the experience is good and everything went fine, they never write.
I had a very good one with this company and i recommended to all my family and friends.
I was asked to write a review by the company if everything was fine so this is it.
I have to say that the cheap cars they have are quite acceptable but if you want something better pay a bit more and you will not be disappointed.

First time using a car rental company and could not fault the service & price. Travelling with a toddler is never easy but Atlas made it straight forward. Thank you making our trip to Tenerife more enjoyable

One thing that made them stand out from the other companies we called was the operator spoke good English and understood our needs. They provided us with a clean car with a short notice and a comfortable car seat for our little one.

Very friendly staff, no deposit was required. Two reasons I rate this company with 4/5:
1. The state of the Sandero (31€/day) as it didn't felt safe because of the shaking at over 90 km/h and the brake noises.
2. We weren't notified that a payment of 0,01€ was to be made to verify the validity of the credit card.

Avoid at all cost not just the worst car hire but the worst Business I have ever had to deal with hired a car from them 2days ago with 2 car seats they said the car seats would not be here till the next day which was fine with us are hotel was across the round and we weren’t using the car the first day. So when I go back the next day still no car seats which was not great as we was planning to use the car but not the end of the world. Just gone back there today (day 3 of are hire) still no car seats was told to wait in the car park for half an hour for them to be delivered when they got there one was broke and not acceptable To use so complained and was told to f**k off I kid you not the man behind the counter told me to f**k off the other car seat stunk of sick aswell avoid at all cost this is not a proper company just a bunch of cowboys

The staff were very welcoming and helpful - you can tell it's a family business and not a large corporation as it is definitely more personal. The contract was made quickly and we got a lovely car in great condition. They don't charge for petrol and we just had to return it the same way we got it.
Overall a great experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend!
