Professionalità inesistente, abbiamo contattato questo noleggio auto e la mattina in cui dovevamo ricevere la nostra auto il dipendente di hernandez car è sparito. Si è presentato alla reception all’orario stabilito dicendo che il fornitore non rispondeva al telefono, a quel punto se ne va perché aveva altre prenotazioni con altre famiglie e sparisce per 2 ore evitando le nostre ripetute chiamate. Siamo rimasti quindi senza auto. Vi consiglio cicar

Easy, quick service to book a car on the day. We had the car ready to go within 15 minutes. Price is competitive. Most importantly, when we had a small scrape with another car, Mr Hernandez was on hand to sort out the insurance details with the other car and process everything. We just had to return the car and pass on the details, no extra charge as the insurance was covered in the car rental. 5/5

Excelente servicio, súper agradables y serviciales, explican todo muy bien antes de coger el coche, los coches en buen estado, cuando volvamos contaremos con ellos, están súper dispuestos a ayudarte si tienes cualquier problema, hemos acabado el día muy contentos.

Alquilar un coche en este rent a car fue un error ya que nos fastidió las vacaciones, nos cobrararon más de lo que pactamos y somos una familia y no quisimos discutir, nos dieron el coche sin reserva, llegamos a la gasolinera con 0 gasolina, fatal y el contrato muy dudoso, pagamos cash y sin fianza

Recomendable para alquilar coche en Corralejo.

Fuimos en Semana Santa y lo reservamos allí mismo en sus instalaciones. Nos ofrecieron un pack para 3 días, seguro a todo riesgo (no está incluido pinchazos, pérdida de llaves) Nos lo dieron a medio depósito de gasolina con la condición de devolverlo con la misma cantidad aproximadamente. Entrega y devolución en la misma ciudad de Corralejo.

El coche que nos dieron estaba seminuevo y en perfecto estado.

We have been robbed. The employee wrote out the documents incorrectly and the car was taken from us without our consent and with our personal belongings! We had to fight for several hours at the reception for a refund and we received an incomplete amount! We also received the car with an empty fuel tank and the fuel we had paid for was taken from us. Not to mention the fact that our plans were ruined and instead of sunbathing, we had to fight for our things for half a day in order to be robbed of fuel. Terrible experience.

I spent 1 month in Corralejo and I always rent the car from Alberto during 3 week end + 1 entire week.
Alberto was always available to provide me the best solutions and he was very professional to provide any kind of assistant!

Ho trascorso 4 settimane a Corralejo e ho avuto il piacere di noleggiare la macchina da Alberto per 3 weekend + una settimana intera! Tutto perfetto, Alberto e’ super disponibile e in caso di necessità garantisce immediata assistenza.

Scammers. The employee misspelled the contract and our car was taken with our belongings! We had to fight to get our belongings and cash back. Moreover, only part of the cash was returned to us because the car was refueled by us (we recieved empty tank when collecting the car), so we were formally robbed.

I spent half a day at the hotel reception, fighting for my personal things and money, and I was given an incomplete amount. The owner of the company attacked me on the phone when I was trying to explain the situation caused by their employee's mistake. Never use this company and only use CICAR.

We've had a very pleasant experience with Autos Hernandez. The owner was very friendly, the car was clean and the price was reasonable (~50€/ day for the 2nd largest category). The insurance also covers all damages except for tire damages without any excess.

Would definitely recommend to rent a car here.

Fanno troppa confuzione per poter noleggiare una macchina.gli impiegati non si mettono d'accordo.e poi c'e ne sono prezzi più competitivi da altri parti.
