Muy buena experiencia con esta agencia de alquiler. Eficiente y rápido a la hora de recoger el vehículo y devolverlo. No hay inventario del vehículo pero no se encontraron problemas.lo recomiendo

¡Fantástico! ¡Servicio superior! Comparamos diferentes puntos en los que podíamos confiar y al final nos decidimos por Autoreisen, ¡no podríamos haber elegido mejor!

He alquilado el coche con ellos varias veces, incluso con amigos y nunca hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema. Los precios se respetan según las reservas online, los coches están limpios y funcionales. Los dependientes de la tienda son amables, amables y serviciales. Sucedió que había un poco de cola en la recogida debido a la concentración de los aviones que llegaban al mismo tiempo, pero esencialmente los empleados fueron muy rápidos.
No se requiere tarjeta de crédito ni depósito. La entrega es inmediata y nadie revisa si hay algún daño que haya podido ocurrir, esto te da un poco de miedo de que te cobren un reembolso por daños o gasolina pero nunca ha sucedido.
Sin embargo, siempre tomé fotos durante la recogida y la entrega, nunca se es demasiado cuidadoso.
Confiar es bueno, no confiar es mejor.
Una prueba es siempre una prueba.

De lujo el trato, en el aeropuerto rápido la entrega y la devolución del coche. Les pongo un 10. Muy recomendables, sin fianzas sin tarjetas de crédito. Todo fácil. Y el coche de lujo un Ibiza … muchas gracias.

Nuestra última experiencia fue muy positiva, como siempre con esta compañía. Recogida del vehículo rápida, buen estado del vehículo y limpio. Condiciones de reserva siempre claras, recomendable 100%.

Hicimos una reserva para seis días, contraramos el seguro, muy recomendable ya que hay muchos caminos de piedras y por las montañas donde puede haber pinchazos. He de decir que el precio es muy asequible, la atención es buena y rápida. Mientras que en otras compañías del aeropuerto hay colas largas de horas en esta tardas como mucho 10 minutos en recoger el vehículo y al dejarlo no necesitas esperar cola en caso de que hubiera. Recomendable.

Satisfecho con el servicio, personal amable, precio rasonable con el seguro incluido, sin franquicia, me tocó un coche que se le notan los años.
Pero estoy satisfecho gracias de todo modo.

Horrible experiencia, nos iban a dar un C3 que terminó siendo un Clio de más de 15 años, que le costaba subir las cuestas. Nos dicen que nos dan otro, pero que hay que volver a llevarlo a la única oficina (Otra hora y media de viaje), la marcha atrás no entraba bien, las luces no pagarían la ITV de lo poco que alumbraban y las largas no se podían quedar puestas. Un desastre.

Très bien, pas de soucis. Check-in et check-out très rapide (mi-Novembre). Voiture en très bon état (Hyundai i30).
Il vaut mieux prendre l’assurance tout risque (14e la semaine) qui vous évite de vous soucier des petites éraflures qui pourraient être faites.
Concernant les commentaires concernant les crevaisons, il y a en effet beaucoup de route non goudronnées avec des crevasses (map vous fait passer dessus des fois.)
Si vous voulez être tranquille, prenez un 4x4 ou un SUV.

Personal amable y muy profesional. El coche de gama superior al reservado por el mismo precio. Todo muy bien organizado para que la recogida y la devolución sean lo más ágil posible.

Muy contentos con esta empresa de alquiler de coches, éramos 6 y nos dieron una Zafira.muy cómoda, no hemos tenido ningún problema, nos costó bastante barata en comparación a otras empresas, 190 euros una semana.
Nos hemos movido muchísimo con el coche y súper bien, nos pusieron una silla para nuestra hija y super cómoda.
Todo correcto y muy recomendable.

Fantastic, helpful company. Our flight was delayed by about 24 hours and I had forgotten to tell them. When we arrived we found that our reservation had been cancelled and they didn’t have an Auto available. The girl on the desk pulled all the stops out, phoned around and got us an Auto. We have been using them for a few years now and will continue to do so

MAGNIFICA EMPRESA DE ALQUILER DE COCHES EN LA ISLA DE FUERTEVENTURA. Quedamos muy contentos de la elección, sobre todo por la relación calidad-precio. Buen servicio tanto para la recogida como la dejada del vehículo. Elegimos un SEAT IBIZA para nuestra estancia y la verdad accedimos a los lugares mas recónditos de la isla sin ningún problema. Si volvemos a la isla volveremos a elegir esta empresa.

Fiable, económico y sin sorpresas. He alquilado en múltiples ocasiones en Fuerteventura y sin ningún problema de ningún tipo. Los coches no son nuevos, pero van bastante bien y el servicio es bueno. De hecho, en las islas intento alquilar primero con ellos.

We have used Autorisen for many years to hire cars in The Canaries. The cars are always well serviced and come at a good price. Our only complaint is that they don't operate on mainland Spain.

Waited in line a full hour to hear coldly that I was 30min too early for my one week reservation.
Want back in line for another hour and half and they ended up telling me my reservation had not been approved.

As I may understand great influence and reservation not being confirmed, the staff was rude and unapologetic for having me waiting in line a useless 90min due to their lack of information on the first time around.
As the couple right behind me ended up in the same situation as I did, I figure it is common for them to handle client like so.

Ended up at another stand, where a car was handed to me in matter of a minutes, w/out any reservation, and for the same price range.

He alquilado varias veces con ellos y siempre muy bien. Esta vez el coche no era tan nuevo como otras veces, y estaba algo sucio, pero aún así ha hecho su función perfectamente.

Firstly the booking experience and staff at the airport office were great, but what on earth has happened to their car stock? I have been using Autoreisen throughout the Canary Islands for getting on for 25 years and have been a regular and loyal customer, but now have to reconsider this after our latest experience. On arrival at Fue airport on 21 April 22 we had no wait and the staff as always were great BUT the car we were issued with should never have been on the road. An ageing Opel Corsa with 105,000KM had steering and front suspension faults, the clutch pedal was very hard that i know for a fact is rare with Opels, the passenger window went down but not up meaning we had to stop and drag it back up by hand, there were a number of other faults plus the car was very scratched, dirty both inside and out so I contacted the office who without argument changed the car for a supposed upgrade of a Citroen c4 Cactus. Although the car was a little better mechanically it was still very dirty in and out. The windscreen wipers were so bad they were not worth using and the washer hose were not connected and just squirted randomly and uselessly. The floor mats drivers side fouled the pedals that alarmingly stuck a few times until I remedied the situation. Out of curiosity I lifted the bonnet to see if the car had had any servicing or maintenance that it most certainly had not, the whole engine bay was caked in sand that is in fairness normal in the Canaries but you would expect to find finger marks where essential parts had been checked or serviced. This car also had 65,000km on the clock so had probably not been serviced from new? Not at all good from a company we have always trusted to provide decent safe cars. Hope things improve quickly.

Très bonne agence de location de voiture. Nous avons eu deux soucis la semaine de location à cause d'un pneu crevé et d'un souci moteur sur le deuxième véhicule. Géré rapidement et efficacement. Geste commercial.

Première fois que je passe par cette société. J'ai réservé après avoir regardé les avis sur internet et je confirme.check in et check out très rapide. Certes ce ne sont pas des vls neufs mais ils sont récents et restent très propres, surtout à ce tarif!

Pas de caution et pas de cb en débit différé imposé donc je recommande vraiment!

Que ce soit pour prendre ou rendre un véhicule c est rapide et sans soucis, véhicule supérieur à celui commandé pour le même prix, même pas d état des lieux ni à l arrivée ni au départ, je recommande

La verdad que cuando llegue no había nadie en la cola, mientras las otras compañías estaban colapsadas.
Una gestión rápida, el coche.bueno el coche es comprensible que al cogerlo tanta gente diferente se desgasta algunas piezas, pero yo no tengo ninguna queja.
Sin límites de kilómetros.
Si vuelvo a visitar fuerteventura alquilo el coche en la misma compañía.

La atención telefónica deja bastante que desear, no es posible hablar detenidamente ya que atienden el teléfono con excesivas prisas. Intenté comunicarme para gestionar una reserva y de una forma poco profesional se me dió a entender que no había posibilidad de buscar opciones.

En su web pone que hay coches disponibles pero después de hacer varias reservas con varios coches me las han denegado todas sin explicación alguna. Cómo pueden aparecer como disponibles y denegarme las reservas? Aparte no es para nada barata como había leído, un coche cuesta entre 53€ y 63€/día.

Actualización:
Lo he comprobado ahora mismo y no existe ninguna frase en rojo que indique que no hay disponibilidad. Esta frase he visto que solo aparece en la oficina de Tenerife pero no en la de Fuerteventura. Quizás deberíais revisar vuestra propia web.

Son los mas baratos de fuerteventura, eso si, no esperes un coche nuevo, el 1 dia cogimos un c3 con 91.000km, coche muy limpio y funcionaba bien, al 3 dia lo fuimos a cambiar por un problema con el paragolpes y sin problemas, nos dieron otro citroen con 93.000km, conclusion: son baratos y por eso no esperes un coche nuevo, pero hacen su funcion y los cochen van bien

Cant beat this company we hire twice a year for 5 weeks. In October the engine warning light came on rang the company within a hour everything sorted different car no problem.

Abwicklung schnell, unkompliziert und fair. Es gibt auch einen Schalter zur Gepäckausgabe, so dass man die Wartezeit auf die Koffer nutzen kann.
Günstige und transparente Preise ohne Selbstbeteiligung. Kein Versuch, unnötige Versicherungen aufzuschwatzen.
Rückgabe schnell und problemlos ohne Kontrolle.

Me atendieron en el acto, me pusieron cero problemas (otras me decían que el seguro no cubría en carreteras no pavimentadas) y me dieron un coche más grande y potente que en la competencia. La entrega también fue simple y rápida. Sin sorpresas, ni “tiene que pagar una fianza” ni nada parecido. Cada vez que vaya a Fuerteventura pienso volver trabajar con ellos. Un placer.

Seriously. I have been renting cars in many countries for many years. Whit other companies you almost always feel like a criminal while checking in, they ask you for over 1000 € deposits, threat you in case you don't pay their insurances (normally even double the car rent price. Come on!) and in the it is usually a pain in the neck.

When I reached autoreisen, it sounded too good to be true, they don't need your credit card, they don't force you to get any extra insurance, the process is clear and clean. You go to the office, pay the car (GREAT PRICES) get your car, a map, and you are done! Really great.

During my holidays, the front number plate got lost/stolen. I was so scared that they would charge me hundreds for this. But when I call them the kindness, the good attention, and the great customer service just make me feel really really safe and good.

It was Dyan at the phone, great worker you have there, really, take care of her, I would hire her for sure! She just said to me: "don't worry, just go to the police, get it written and stamped and come here whenever you can to get a brand new car. We are sorry that this could make you loose some vacation time. "

AMAZING! RIGHT? So I did that, get to the office the next day, and they just gave me a new car! Without any blame, shame or problem! And always with great politeness and a great big smile on her face. Really GREAT.

My holidays ended with no other incident and the drop off was light speed fast, something you really appreciate when rushing for you back home flight.

Personal amable y coches bastante bien mantenidos pese a tener sus kilómetros. El Seat Ibiza que tenía yo venía con ciertas manchas bastante vistosas y fácilmente quitables, pero quitando eso todo bien.

Mal trato, servicio pesimo comparado con Tenerife, cuidado a la hora de hacer reserva pagas 4 días y te dan 3.

Aucun soucis pour avoir ma voiture de location. Seat ibiza avec très peu de km <35000 km. On ne vous force pas à prendre les assurances. J'ai ramené la voiture avec le plein puis déposé les clés. Donc nickel pas de soucis personne ne m'a embêté. Deuxième conducteur gratuit, km illimité. Je recommande sans hésitez

They told us that we can only hire car if we booked it a day before at least. We booked via internet for the same day after one hour and the request was approved. Still we have chosen Europe car. Liked them much more as attitude

Estupendos precios. Coches en buen estado y limpios. Personal con mucha paciencia (he visto clientes insufribles y ellos repiten lo mismo 100 veces sin perder la sonrisa). Un 10 al equipo del aeropuerto de Fuerteventura.

Absolutely superb. Rang us in advance to make sure car seats were correct for our two young daughters. Older car than usual car hire companies but drove fine. Far better all round as well as much cheaper than the big names.

my first car hire with them was a good experience. The second time I rented a car with the I first got a car where the lock was not working and my car was unlocked during the night. As they changed the car with a new one the second car had a bad battery and I got stuck on the beach. After that the company not only take responsibility for that, but they canceled the contract and I needed to spent another day finding a new car and getting my previous one back to their office. I am really disappointed about their customer support which was treating me as a scammer.

El servicio bien en general. De todas formas el coche que nos ha tocado, un Renault Clio GPS, estaba destartalado. Vibraba mucho, y la verdad que muy mal cuidado. Por lo demás bien.

Para empezar, web bastante clara. Como ya tuve problemas en su día con GOLDCAR (ver reseña), ahora lo miro todo con lupa. Oficina dentro del aeropuerto. Cuando fui a recoger el coche, mientras otras compañías tenían grandes colas de gente esperando, Autoreisen no (por un momento me hizo pensar.). Trámite de entrega de llaves rápido. (Cogí coche con seguro). El parking donde tienen los coches está cerca y fácil. Me sorprendió (y con la mala experiencia q tuve, como dije) que en el contrato no figuraran señalados los daños del vehículo. Yo por si acaso, como ya es costumbre, los saco fotos antes de moverlo. El depósito estaba lleno y lo tenía q devolver igual. No cobran un plus por ser diesel (como otras), ni fianza por depósito, ni nada. La devolución fue muy rápida: ir al mostrador y dejar la llave. Las cosas sencillas, simples, claras, buena atención, rapidez. Recomendable. Repetiría.

He venido a las islas Canarias otras veces y siempre alquilo en autoreisen, este año con Top car por internet y siempre están dispuestos a ofrecerte lo mejor y al mejor precio posible, este año pedí un modelo y no estaba disponible en el momento, así que me ofrecieron otro vehículo nuevo a estrenar con 600 km para que no esperáramos, que ha resultado extraordinario.
Seguiremos alquilando con ellos cuando volvamos por las islas.

Es ist auf der Homepage beschrieben. Eine Vollkasko konnte auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen beim Anbieter nicht bestätigt werden. Bei einem Unfall kann es seeeeehr teuer werden, da der Schaden am eigenen Wagen nicht übernommen wird!
Ein Wunder, dass so etwas heutzutage in der EU noch erlaubt ist!

A full insurance could not be confirmed even after several inquiries with the provider. In case of an accident, it can be very expensive, because the damage to your own car is not taken over! I wonder that such a thing is still allowed in the EU today!

Cuando nos intentaron timar en el mostrador de GOLDCAR, decidimos mirar otras compañias en el momento (aunque ya tuvieramos pagada una reserva con GOLDCAR) y alquilamos el coche con AUTOREISEN: muy profesionales, educados y amables. Si vuelvo a Fuerteventura repetire con AUTOREISEN.

No rrvisan los coches.me dijeron que tenia el tanque lleno pero me dieron 3/4 y el coche sucio a mas no poder.las ruedas a falta de aire.increible pero cierto.
