Autoreisen fue una gran decepción. Recibí un auto en malas condiciones, con muchos problemas. El servicio fue lento y el personal se mostró indiferente a mis quejas. Me sentí sobrecargado por una experiencia tan mediocre. No es lo que esperaba. No volveré a usar autoreisen.

Excelentes precios y automóviles, pero no tienen el personal en el aeropuerto para satisfacer las demandas máximas, lo que significa que los clientes esperan más de 2 horas en fila para recoger sus automóviles. Podrían redirigir a algunos clientes a su stand en el aparcamiento o tener más personal en las horas punta.

Muy mal servicio al cliente. Les he alquilado durante 8 meses. Son realmente buenos tomando su dinero. Pero cuando fui a renovar mi contrato para el noveno mes, los precios solo de este mes se habían triplicado. Se puso en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y básicamente dijeron "ese es el precio". Intenté decirles que he contratado durante los últimos 8 meses y quiero seguir contratando. Solo quiero pagar por este mes el precio que pagué durante los últimos 8 meses, nada especial. Y no les importó. Esto demuestra que se preocupan muy poco por sus clientes leales. Es decepcionante.

Para mi, la mejor compañía de alquiler de coches, buenos precios sin gastos sorpresas y sin retenerte dinero, eso sí, recomiendo el seguro extra que son 2€ por día y evitáis sustos.

AutoReisen tiene buenas condiciones y buenos precios. Los coches están en orden y todo bien organizado. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que al llegar había toda una cola esperando solo en AutoReizen. Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para recibir las llaves. ¡Muy recomendable si quieres alquilar un coche en Tenerife!

Lo recomiendo, el proceso de reserva, recogida y devolución del coche es muy eficaz y rápido. Nos dieron el coche casi nuevo, con un kilometraje de 30.000 km y el depósito lleno de combustible. No es necesario tener tarjeta de crédito ni cargar depósito. En Tenerife recomiendo elegir un coche con más potencia porque hay muchas subidas que superar.

Citroen C3 reservado para 10 días en julio/agosto 2023 en Fuerteventura. En su lugar estaba disponible un Seat Ibiza. Estaba completamente bien. Procesamiento muy rápido y sencillo. Precios transparentes. No se ofrece ningún seguro adicional. Precios superiores. Volveré a reservar cuando esté en Canarias.

Il miglior autonoleggio mai trovato! Si paga al momento, non viene trattenuta nessuna cauzione e l'assicurazione extra costa solo 2€ al giorno. A fine vacanza abbiamo sentito un rumore strano dell'auto, ci siamo fermati e abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza: in meno di 1 ora ci hanno portato l'auto sostitutiva, senza costi extra. Sono davvero piacevolmente colpita da questa esperienza, noleggero' sempre l'auto con loro!

Check the car very carefully, because most of them are in very bad condition. I didn't and after find it I couldn't call info line. The post rental service doesn't exist here.

All-inclusive insurance without hidden fees or surcharges. Good price. Very smooth handover even though we were a few minutes late coming back to the airport. It was a great experience and I'd definitely choose them again the next time.

Always great value until the aftermath of the pandemic and prices have shot up by 200% or more. They need a bigger reception to avoid the lengthy queues not needed after a 41/2 hour flight

I try to be honest, fair, direct and to the point.
It's a cheap company, I.e, you pay less than usual, but as you know, low price comes with low quality costumer service.
The car that they gave me had 99,414 km on it! In a way exciting to see such an old piece of metal still moves but there was also a big wedge on the tire which kept me nervous the entire 10 days we had it. The side mirror could not be adjusted and when told the woman at the parking she said if it moves, we cannot change it. And the car could move, so we had to take the risk! Luckily nothing bad happened and we return the car. At return I wanted a confirmation of return. I need that for my company as the trip was being charged on company's debit card. But the woman refused and said I can only give such thing after "the boys" wash the car and check everything. I asked her to do so and I said I would wait, but she said there boys are busy. Anyway, after 5 minutes of argument she finally printed me some sort of confirmation (took her 10 seconds, I wonder why she didn't do it initially and save both of us 5 minutes? !). I froze the debit card and left the office. So I probably won't rent from them again. If you like a good price go for them, but beware the costumer service is weak and the car could be ancient.

Too long to wait to get a car. Almost 1.5 hours. GPS was not useful. It found almost nothing we wanted to find. A hint for others. Don’t take a car with GPS but look for locations with your phone.

Best car rental agency in Tenerife. I recommend highly. Always the best price, great quality and outstanding service.

No era el coche que reservamos por la web. Ademas no funcionaba el agua del limpiaparabrisas. Coche entre 6 y 7 años aprox. 160.000 kms. Para 5 dias de estancia justo pero te lleva.

Good quality for low prices! For 78 euro (incl.insurance) we got a Citroen C-Elysee for 1 week! Fully recommend! Unfortunately this car didn't have a rear park assist but anyway I would choose Autoreisen once again!

Just what you want from a car hire company. Very fast pick up, all inclusive insurance, a very fair price and fast hassle free car return. Couldn't ask for better.

Great cars good prices but takes ages in a queue to get your car and when you return the car it's hard to find a parking space they are just too popular.

Best car hire in canaries, cheap rates, debit cards accepted and zero deposit. No other car hire offers this. Only downside I queued for around 30 minutes at the airport desk to collect car. However this is a reflection of how good and popular they are as other rental companies there had no customers. I ordered a small car which was unavailable when we arrived so got upgraded to a better one. Absolutely faultless and no hidden costs. Didn't even check our car when we returned it. Shame they are only in the Canaries. Other companies could learn from them instead of taking ridiculous deposits.

Very poor. Tried to charge me five times the price i had paid on the web and also tried to charge me for upgrades I had not asked for. Also tried to trick me in to paying extra to waive excess. German couple there at the same time were having the same problem.
Scam company. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra for reputable company.

Booked a car for the same day, received the booking confirmation and after few hours i received a mail that the car is not available anymore, no alternatives being offered. When i checked their web page, the car was still available to be booked, so it was available, but at a higher price.

Unkomplizierte Autovermietung, oftmals günstigster Preis auf Teneriffa. Wir mieten hier schon seit vielen Jahren unser Auto und bisher gab es nie irgendwelche Probleme. Die Autos sind oftmals jedoch ziemlich abgenutzt, mit vielen Kilometern und einigen kleineren Mängel. Für den Preis jedoch auszuhalten. Mitarbeiter am Flughafen sind stets freundlich.

Quello che indicano nel prezzo iniziale è il reale costo da pagare. Nessuna spesa aggiuntiva.
La macchina non aveva un motore molto sprint, ma per quello che dovevamo fare è andata più che bene.
Consiglio un 4×4 se volete andare sul Teide o cose simili.

3eme location avec cette agence. Les prix sont très compétitifs. Les voitures sont toujours des modèles bas de gamme petit moteur et peu d'option. On en a pour son argent. Pratique pour une voiture de vacances. Ils ne sont pas regardant.

Racists (I am from Romania). Made a reservation and they declined it stating they have no cars available for that period and then made the same reservation with an UK name and details and got accepted in 5 minutes.

No me gustaron los coches, muchos kms y muy malos. Por los 80 euros que pague no me parece bien. Además cuando llegue me dieron el coche que les da la gana y tu no puedes hacer nada. (IMPORTANTE LOS COCHES NO TIENEN TURBO, PARA UNA ISLA DONDE HAY UN DESNIVEL DE 3000 METROS) el coche se moria subiendo al teide. Hoy en dia todos los gasolina pequeños tienen turbo. NO RECOMIENDO ALQUILAR

Quasi un'ora di coda allo sportello per fare le pratiche. Ma in compenso nessuna burocrazia sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna dell'auto. L'auto aveva un po' di chilometri sulle spalle, la lampadina della plafoniera bruciata e una funzionava ad intermittenza nel fanale dietro (ma lì però c'erano due lampadine!).
Nessuna trattenuta sulla carta di credito.
Insomma, se volete stare sereni, questo è l'autonoleggio adatto.
