Alquilamos un coche 2 días. Compañia de alquiler de coches de gente local. Muy amables, serios, muy buenos precios. Te entregan el coche lleno de gasolina y tienes que entregarlo igual. Seguro a todo riesgo. No te bloquean la tarjeta con fianzas de algun tipo. Los recomiendo sin duda alguna.

My experience with Autos Báez Canarias started with the very good recommendations from my friends who have been using company’s car rental services for a long time. I was using traditional large companies previously (Sixt, Topcar, Cicar, etc) and my latest experience with these big brands is that their service is never customized or personalized. With Autos Báez I had a completely different experience: the smaller company size means much more personal approach and service. The car fleet is very well maintained, the cars are MUCH better cleaned (which is so important in current Covid times), all fluid levels are in absolute control and 100% order (watertanks, oils, fuel), which has often been a bottleneck with the big rental companies. As a car enthusiast myself, I also noticed a surprising fuel economy of the VW Polo which I rented from Autos Báez - this I attribute to a perfect maintenance of the car fleet. I am also very grateful to Federico (General Manager) for the extra services which he kindly offered and rendered: airport pickup and car delivery to the hotel - this was very much appreciated! Overall, my highest appreciation of the company management and service levels. Will certainly recommend them to my friends (same way as Autos Báez was recommended to me). Thank you!

Alquilamos con ellos un par de coches y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor.

El trato inmejorable, amables, simpáticos, explicando con todo detalle el proceso del alquiler y dando recomendaciones sobre sitios de la isla.

Los coches estaban en perfecto estado, prácticamente nuevos, limpios y con todo en regla. Se nos explicó en ambas ocasiones antes como funcionaba todo y se hizo una inspección de los desperfectos para que fuésemos conscientes de cómo estaba el coche antes de darnos la llave.

Si volvemos a la isla, repetiremos seguro!

Agence sérieuse et service parfait. La voiture (une Seat Ibiza) était neuve, bien équipée et très agréable à conduire. Nous logions à l'hôtel situé en face (Don Gregory), il nous a même été gracieusement proposé une carte pour accéder au parking. Nous recommandons chaudement!

This agency is reliable and the service was perfect. We got a fully equipped new car (Seat Ibiza) that we enjoyed to drive. As we were staying in the hotel next door (San Gregory by Dunas), they even offered a parking access. We totally recommend!

Als jullie naar gran canaria gaan is CAR RENTAL BAEZ de allerbeste van het eiland. Uitmuntende service van kinder zitje tot aan airport service of auto op locatie geen enkel probleem bij dit bedrijf ook de prijzen zijn inclusief verzekeringen en de prijs heel netjes voor autos met alles er op en eraan in elke klasse. Ik heb zelf van een nissan micra tot aan een seat ibiza station gehuurd afgelopen jaren en PERFECT. Ook zijn de afspraken luidt en duidelijk en GEEN enkel addertje onder het gras achteraf.

Si vas a Gran Canaria, ALQUILER DE COCHES BAEZ es el mejor de la isla. Excelente servicio desde asiento para niños hasta servicio de aeropuerto o automóvil en el lugar. No hay problema en esta compañía, además los precios incluyen el seguro y el precio muy bueno para autos con todos los adornos en cada clase. He alquilado de un nissan micra a una estación de ibiza de asiento en los últimos años y PERFECTO. Los acuerdos también son claros y NO son un obstáculo después.

We have been in Playa del Ingles for the second time this year, and we rented a car from Autos Báez Canarias again. From the Welcome over to the development up to the recievement of the car. Everything is perfect, reliable, friendly. AND this is in my eyes the cheapest point to rent a car in Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. Even the Guy at the beach who wanted us to rent a car elsewhere, said that this is by far the best offer we could get there. The cars are also in a very good status. For everyone who wants to explore the Island by a car - this is the perfect place to go. (and by the way, I can only say, a car is by far the best way to explore this Island. I just love driving there.) Thank you very much to Autos Báez Canarias for this unforgettable Vacation (again). Next Time I will come back to you and rent a car again. Thumbs up!

Why can't all car hire be this friendly and simple? I hadn't pre-booked a car for this holiday so wasn't surprised when most companies had no availability, but Autos Baez didn't turn me away like the others, despite not having a car on the day I walked in to the office, they told me what they had available later that week and how long for, at a much cheaper price than I was quoted elsewhere. I ended up hiring a little fiat Panda which was brand new and clean, with AC, it was perfect for the tight and twisty roads on the island. As well as the cheap price, there were no optional "extras" to pay, everything was included in the rental price with good T&C's plus a small deposit. The car was inspected with me in daylight before and after the rental, and the deposit was returned. The service was excellent, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, we also appreciated the lift back to our hotel after the rental. All the paperwork was completed by them too which meant it all felt a bit easy. I highly recommend hiring a car from Auto Baez!
