Servicio al cliente grosero por parte del hombre del mostrador cuando preguntamos sobre el alquiler de un automóvil. Incluso cuando dijimos que nuestras fechas son flexibles, ni siquiera se molestó en ver si había autos disponibles. Un servicio definitivamente diferente aquí que en nuestra casa en Canadá. ¡Llevaremos nuestro negocio a otra parte!
Actualización: alquilé un automóvil de una compañía diferente justo al final de la calle y el servicio y el precio fueron excepcionales. ¡Vaya allí!

Había reservado el Fiat 500 antes de mis vacaciones y obtuve exactamente lo que pedí. El colega fue muy servicial y quedé muy satisfecho. También muy bueno en cuanto a precio. Genial, lo puedo recomendar.

La persona que nos atendió muy antipático más que antipático un amargado, nos atendió de muy malas formas, nos dijo que hasta el día siguiente no tendría coche hasta las 12 y tampoco era seguro que hubiera.
Al salir alquilamos uno on-line pero el no nos dijo de está opción.
On-line muy bien ningún problema pero el personaje de la oficina se podría dedicar a otra cosa menos estar de cara al público.

He ido con la pretensión de alquilar, pero solo con la actitud de la chica que atiende. Se me han quitado las ganas. Los precios están bien. Hubiera alquilado. A 500m hay otra empresa. Voy a probar suerte.

Alquilé un coche aquí, pedí un Ford Fiesta pero conseguí un bonito Seat Arona. Maravilloso recorrido durante 2 días y lo trajeron de regreso repostado y rociado. Caballero amable en el mostrador.simplemente genial. Muy recomendable.

Perfecto, te recogemos en el hotel, para la devolución las llaves se dejan en la recepción del hotel.
Reserva realizada online, pago el día que recoges el coche
Habla francés, sin costes ocultos y no intenta vender nada más.
Cogimos un seat arona Fr acabado, coche nuevo y limpio.
Muy contento con este alquiler, lo recomiendo.

Excelente servicio en esta sucursal. Todos los deseos del cliente se tienen en cuenta, todo se hizo con gran atención. Buena atención. Hay que tener en cuenta que aunque a primera hora tengan abierta la oficina, es necesario esperar a las 11 para la recogida de coches si no tienes reserva con anterioridad ya que deben preparar los coches. Pero los trabajadores son muy atentos y nos gustó mucho su atención al cliente

Loved the little red fiat I hired, however there were lots of bumps and scrapes on it when it was given to me! It would have been nice to have a more presentable car, however it was a cute little car that I enjoyed driving around the island

Coche reservado por Internet muy fácilmente, sin necesidad de adelantar nada. Llegamos antes de hora (casi media hora) y sin problema nos dieron el coche en el acto. Proceso muy rápido y eficiente. El coche muy nuevo y en estado perfecto. Precio de los más baratos de la isla. Además, el coche lo dejamos en el hotel, más facilidades, imposible.

Trato exquisito por parte de Tomás, alquilamos el coche por Internet, rápido contacto con nosotros para darnos todas las facilidades. Muy recomendable.

Mucho cuidado con esta oficina, no os fieis de lo que os digan sin tenerlo firmado o grabado. Te dicen que no hay ningún problema por teléfono y luego se agarran al contrato para hacerte pagar de más.

Cuando reservas y preguntas si te llevan el coche al hotel, te dicen que si, pero no es verdad, viene un empleado que te acerca con su coche a la oficina para efectuar los trámites, con la consiguiente pérdida de tiempo, Engañar a un cliente no es bueno nunca

Alquilamos un coche y nos atendieron de maravilla incluso pudimos cambiar de vehículo sin ningún problema

Certain staff excellent and helpful, others surly and unhelpful. Luck of the draw, recommend phoning around other offices if one says they have no cars. Other than that, good service once hired.

Great value and good after hours services

Alquiler barato pero el coche no estaba en buen estado. Conduciendo se iba constantemente hacia la izquierda. La silla del niño muy sucia.

The car wasn't in the best condition with bumps, scrapes and needing a clean. However, it drove fine and the office staff were very pleasant, quick and efficient. Only a driving licence and details of the hotel I was staying at were required.

Well impressed with how quick the service we received was. In and out with the keys to a fully equipped Astra with sat nav, fitted with a child seat at no extra cost all within 15mins Was also given the option to leave the keys in my hotel reception instead of returning the car to the office.

After reading good reviews online we decided to rent our first ever hire car with Cabrera and for the first time driving on the other side. We went for a bigger more expensive car Opel Mokka manual with satnav & reversing camera. When collecting the car in the airport we noticed a few scratches on the car and called over a member of staff to document it but he just told us not to worry as all covered by insurance. So we managed to get the satnav going (with a help of staff to get a language change first) and drove to hotel. On the way to hotel we discovered that the car had a very loud noise when accelerating.

So the next day the sound was still there and we decieded to contact a local Cabrera office next to our apartments. The member of staff drove us around the car and the noise wasn't as loud as on the motorway but he agreed to exchange the car for a brand new automatic Mokka x (only 22 km on the clock). We were very happy with this car and would like to thank Thomas the member of staff in Costa Teguise office.

He said that most likely the car's exhaust was damaged by somebody driving to Playa Papagaya, so we decided to avoid that place and went to Playa Orzola and Playa Famara instead, the road were good and parking was easy enough.

Dropping the car off in the airport follow the signs for drop off rental cars, it was also easy enough to find, we just dropped the keys with a member of staff, nobody checked the car, the whole attitude was pretty relaxed that was a relief as after reading some horror stories about car rental places we were slightly hesitant but now we would rent a car again and would recommend Cabrera.

Réservation par internet la veille pour le lendemain. Beaucoup de choix en véhicules. Prix attractif et contrat intéressant. Bémol, j'avais une réservation de 24h confirmée par le site et en agence l'heure de restitution était avancée d'une heure. Ne pas hésiter à louer chez Cabrera Medina.

Facilitat en la contractació, puntuals. No van cobrar els extres. Informació de preus amb impostos i extres inclosos.
Els pneumàtics estaven molt desgastats.
