Alquilé un VW Polo casi nuevo por un día por 67 €. El personal facilitó mucho el proceso de contratación y el coche fue excelente. 5 estrellas.

Alquilamos un coche pequeño de lunes a viernes. Lo que conseguimos (¡sin una entrega adecuada!) fue un Toyota destartalado (de unos 6 años de antigüedad), con muchas cicatrices de batalla y muy sucio (cuando mirabas hacia afuera pensabas que era niebla). Parecía muy extraño, una isla, que está formada únicamente por montañas, para alquilar un vehículo de poca potencia. Durante un viaje al centro de la isla, sucedió incluso que el vehículo no soportaba la pendiente ni siquiera en primera y tuvimos que dar la vuelta. ¡Definitivamente NO recomendado!

¡Habíamos reservado un vehículo de Alemania a través de Sunny Cars y terminamos con Aviacar (esta sucursal)! Servicio de primera, nos recogieron en el hotel y nos llevaron al automóvil, en la oficina todo fue rápido y sin esperas, el conductor muy amable y también en la oficina de primera categoría. En lugar del Fiat Panda reservado, obtuvimos un gran Fiat 500 (ahora mi esposa también quiere uno) ¡solo entregue la llave en la recepción del hotel a tiempo y eso es todo! ¡Obtuve el tanque medio lleno y lo entregué según lo acordado! ¡Ningún problema! La próxima vez otra vez Aviacar! ¡Gracias a ti, tuvimos excelentes recorridos durante 3 días!

We hired a car for the day via our TUI rep at the hotel. Booking it for the next day. We wanted it earlier as had a full day out planned but they could only offer 11am so we took it. We booked a Class A (the smallest type of car) as there was only 3 of us. So the next day came and we waited at 11am but no one turned up, our TUI rep called 4 times and each time was told they were "5 minutes away", they eventually turned up at 11.50.so nearly an hour late. The driver picks you up and takes you back to their office to do the paperwork and collect your car, and we were told it was a "5 minute drive", it's actually a 12 min drive according to maps. The driver was speeding no end on the way to the office to the point it actually made us feel a bit sick! So we arrived at the office and the lady at the desk was very lovely and friendly, she apologised several times for the delay and upgraded our car by (I think) about 3 categories, so we did have a nicer car for the day, however by the time we actually got to the car it was around 12.30! The car itself (Peugeot 308) was very clean, and you were able to connect your phone to use the satnav which was handy, it also had aircon. The following day we needed a larger 7 seater car to go on a family day out to the aquarium. We didn't want to risk being delayed and time wasted again, so this time we booked with Orlando car hire (directly opposite the Orquedea Hotel), they were a million times better so I would recommend using them if needed.

Alquilamos un coche para pasar el día a través de nuestro representante de TUI en el hotel. Reservarlo para el día siguiente. Lo queríamos antes porque teníamos planeado un día completo, pero solo podían ofrecer las 11 a.m, así que lo tomamos. Reservamos un Clase A (el tipo de coche más pequeño) ya que solo éramos 3. Así que llegó el día siguiente y esperamos a las 11 a.m, pero nadie apareció, nuestro representante de TUI llamó 4 veces y cada vez le dijeron que estaban "a 5 minutos", finalmente aparecieron a las 11.50.es decir, casi una hora tarde. El conductor te recoge y te lleva de regreso a su oficina para hacer los trámites y recoger tu auto, y nos dijeron que era un "viaje de 5 minutos", en realidad es un viaje de 12 minutos según maps. ¡El conductor iba a toda velocidad de camino a la oficina hasta el punto de que nos hizo sentir un poco enfermos! Así que llegamos a la oficina y la señora del mostrador fue muy amable y amigable, se disculpó varias veces por el retraso y mejoró nuestro automóvil (creo) en aproximadamente 3 categorías, por lo que tuvimos un mejor automóvil para el día, sin embargo. Cuando llegamos al coche, ¡eran alrededor de las 12: 30! El auto en sí (Peugeot 308) estaba muy limpio y podías conectar tu teléfono para usar el navegador por satélite, lo cual era útil y también tenía aire acondicionado. Al día siguiente necesitábamos un coche más grande de 7 plazas para ir a pasar un día en familia al acuario. No queríamos correr el riesgo de sufrir retrasos y perder el tiempo nuevamente, así que esta vez reservamos con un servicio de alquiler de autos en Orlando (justo enfrente del Hotel Orquedea), eran un millón de veces mejores, por lo que recomendaría usarlos si fuera necesario.

Sehr einfacher und schneller Ablauf; wurde von Deutschland aus via Sunny Cars wesentlich umständlicher und komplizierter erklärt. Top Auto, Top Preis, schnelles und freundliches Personal!

Tomé prestado un auto por un día, todo se manejó sin ningún problema, con mucho gusto nuevamente.

Great service. We booked a car for 1 day, they picked us up at the hotel. Brought us to the rental office, finished the paperwork and all was done with in 15 minutes with great service.

We decided to rent the car for an additional day. So we called and no problem. Only renewal of the contract and off we go!

We rented a car in the Fiat Panda, Citroën, Toyota Aiyo category. Got a Dacia that had two parking fines on the window and was covered in Calima sand. Which showed it had not been used for some time. The air condition was not working. Very disappointing! Especially since it was the third time we rented and that had been OK. AVIA Car, please check on your car fleet before making your customers make trips to the mountains in such a car!

Very efficient and quick service! Car (Kia Picanto A category) 100% ok. Reasonable prices including Super CDW (no risks, no deposit). Recommended.

First time i rent a car. Had no problems. No price changes. At the desk the speak good english. Thats a pro in Playa.

Highly recommend, full insurance is a must for those tightly packed parkings of Gran Canaria. Book through website if you want a better price.
