Avis non prenotate tramite questa agenzia è una fregatura! Abbiamo prenotato 2 auto per un complessivo di 250€. Arrivati all'aeroporto ci hanno portato con un pulmino a questo centro avis per prendere l'auto! Arrivati li non ci hanno potuto dare la macchina perché non avevamo un conto corrente (visa Mastercard o american express ma solo Postepay oppure maestro) nonostante avessimo gia pagato in anticipo tutto.insomma la macchina non ce l'hanno data! Abbiamo chiamato i vari tramiti per recuperare i soldi ma nn ce stato nulla da fare perché fanno da scarica barile le varie compagnie! Affittate direttamente in zona perché online è un casino ceramica! Che vergogna

Be very careful with this company, the service you get is very different from what you would expect from Avis in other parts of the world. I rented a car (+ paid for extra insurance cover) for a few days while in Tenerife. I used one of the ipads (I think they have them around the island) to make the reservation. The rent had to be paid in advance. In the meantime of making the reservation and handing over the car, I had lost my driving license. I did have photos of it, but it wasn’t enough for Avis to hand over the car. I was quite fine with it, until they informed me that they would not provide a refund for the rent nor the insurance. I tried to negotiate with them in order to get a partial refund as I was not able to use the car for a second. They denied the refund for the full rent and insurance I had paid for. Cannot recommend!
