They was a manufacturing issue with my kite-board, but Sabine made a big effort to fix the issue which took her a lot of time, and didn’t need to pay anything for it. In the end I rented an excellent board for an excellent price. Super service!

Kite was losing air and the problem wasn't obvious.
Sabine took several days to figure out the issue - it turns out it was a manufacturer issue. They didn't charge me extra despite the copious amount of time invested in tracing the issue, as the problem was too complex to fix and my vacation was ending.
Awesome experience and awesome people.
5/5 - will definitely pop by there again when I'm on the island.

Super friendly owner with a lot of knowledge about kite surfing.
Super nette Beratung, Sabine hat ein grosses Wissen und gibt es gerne weiter für die perfekte Technik.

Visited the shop in August for a valve repair - Sabina replaced the valve in next to no time & had a great chat about kitesurfing & life while I waited (even offered me food). Great service - if only all shops & staff were like this - Amazing.

Super Beratung! Cooler Shop. Immer freundlich! Alles da was man braucht zum Surfen. Ausgefalle Flip-Flops aus Autoreifen ;)

Eiskalte Abzocke.
Erwarten Bezahlung im Voraus und wenn die Bedingungen nicht gut zum Kitesurfen genug sind behalten sie eiskalt das Geld für Equipment was man nicht benutzt hat.
Die geben einem geschickt am Ende des Tages Teile des Equipments mit nach Hause "falls am nächsten Tag Wind sein sollte dass man weniger hin und her schleppen muss" und rechnen dann weiter ab selbst wenn kein Wind kommt mit der Begründung man hätte ja Equipment von Ihnen gehabt.
Allerletzte Schublade. Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel für so ein Pack.
Positive reviews auf dieser Seite kommen übrigens zumindest teilweise von den Angestellten wie wir grade sehen. Also mein Tipp: Traut dem Braten nicht.

They expect payment upfront and when the wind conditions aren't sufficient for kiting they still take your money for lessons you didnt receive and equipment you didnt use.
Even a single star is way too much for this filthy enterprise.
Oh and they even used their own personnel to post positive reviews here so better don't trust the rather high rating. We made that mistake.

I rented a surfboard here! Top quality brand new board and the price was the also the best in the area! The guy from the shop really friendly, he also gave us good tips on spots and conditions! Really recommended!
