El alquiler del vehículo con lo que conlleva precio entra dentro de lo normal. La atención al público es pésima tirando a insoportable. Más de 50min de espera para contratar un vehículo siendo el segundo a la cola y 1h15min para devolver la llave siendo el segundo en la espera. Si no quieren perder el tiempo como yo háganlo con otra empresa que se lo llevan y recogen en el hotel. Es un poco más caro pero el tiempo de cada una también vale dinero. Un Gr. C un Dacia Sandero 0.9 cc? Entonces un Gr. A q es una bicicleta? Yo respeto el turno de llegada, y disculpen pero llegue a las 9: 30 a la mesa con el vehículo ya estacionado en su parking. Él clientes q allí m vieron q fueron más de 4, me preguntaban, ¿¿ pero aún sigues aquí? Con eso ya es suficiente creo a 1h15min de espera me parece exagerado.

Rent a car very professional. Fast service. The car we got was clean and in good shape nothing to write home about but serviceable. Child booster for free. Car selection was limited and the price was high (75 eur per day for four days of H.i20). But the availability of cars is generally very low on island and after pandemic the prices went up.

Note. Some of the roads on island are very steep. Larger car may give you better comfort.

Voiture réservée depuis 2 mois Seat Ibiza diesel. Le jour de la prise en main nous savons bien vu que notre réservation en ligne avait été oubliée. Du coup on nous colle une Dacia Sandero sans plomb en nous disant que c'est mieux et avec GPS.
Contrat non respecté.

Después de cogerlo nos dimos cuenta de que eran los más caros de la isla. Nos quiso timar con el precio de las sillas de los niños y encima no llevaba bandeja del maletero (con la excusa de que era mejor para los cacos. ‍️)
Por no comentar la desfachatez del individuo, al proponernos que si pagábamos en efectivo nos regalaba medio día más.

Well put it like this wont be back.we live in tenerife.and thought we would book the bahia pricipe tenerife. 3 weeks before we drove up just make sure we get the right hotel as there are two book tenerife as its smaller and less kids.l explaint about my husband just having a hip operation.so low floor.she said all sorted.we arrived 31st for 3 nights.only to be put in the big hotel and the furthest away.thw customer service was terrible coudnt care less.wouldnt move us.this cost us nearly a thousand euros.at night 1 oclock morning kids running up and down the corridors.as parent drunk.it was a nightmare.lm 77 my husband 72.waste of money.no entertainment what was aful.the only good about it was the food it was lovely.never never again glad to get home.

Good all round but not enough seating in the main bar people sitting at table should have small tables for 2 and seats for 4 at other tables

Nice place, great facilities. Good food. Its a bit out of the way but there's a free bus to Playa & Loads of trips available. Pools are fantastic. Free drinks in the room fridge. Not many bars outside the hotel but if your all inc so what. 20 min walk to the hard rock hotel or a €5 taxi and they have a rooftop bar. I like running and it is hilly in the area and ravines with lots of steps and the odd beach here and there but mainly rocky.

It is very good tho it is hard to get a al la cart reservation. For teenager there is a teenclub and some alcohol drinks are available without alkohol. Also "the village" is often called "the center" "the arena" "the stage" and "the club". Some other hotels allow you to get drinks with your all inclusive. Finally I recommend keeping an eye on your pool blanket as people stole ours.

Excelente Resort para pasar unas vacaciones excepcionales, servicio personal excelente, comida super variada y riquísimo tódo, para disfrutar toda la familia

Been coming here since it opened we are on our 20th visit. Highly recommend. Entertainment staff this year are brilliant especially Bumba he brightens the day up
