He recibido la peor pedicura de mi vida aquí. Mi sobrina habría hecho un mejor trabajo… fue simplemente terrible. ¡Me destruiste las uñas!

Servicio de alta calidad a un precio decente, la propietaria/peluquera era una señora encantadora y muy precisa. Como normalmente no encuentro calidad de barbero en una peluquería para mujeres (ya que tengo el pelo corto), quedé muy satisfecho con el resultado. Definitivamente fue una de mis mejores experiencias cortarme el pelo en el extranjero.

I am so delighted with the cut and colour! Beverly is highly skilled at what she does and hugely helpful with her advice. My hair condition feels better after all the love and time she put into it. She also reads a client v well in terms of level of engagement. I read my book for the first hour in blissful silence. I couldn't recommend this place more. I will be back on my yearly visit to Tenerife. I only wish this was my regular!

¡Estoy encantada con el corte y el color! Beverly es muy hábil en lo que hace y muy útil con sus consejos. La condición de mi cabello se siente mejor después de todo el amor y el tiempo que le dedicó. También interpreta muy bien a un cliente en términos de nivel de compromiso. Leí mi libro durante la primera hora en maravilloso silencio. No podría recomendar más este lugar. Volveré en mi visita anual a Tenerife. ¡¡¡Ojalá este fuera mi habitual!

I went for a gel mani here yesterday, it looked like the owner was running behind schedule when I arrived 10 mins late for my appointment, I was seen in about 35 mins or so
I’m not going to say it was the best manicure I’ve had but not the worst
The lady was chatty and friendly and did apologise for the wait
It turns out her nail technician is away so she was basically handling it
Here’s a pic as you can see it’s a decent enough job but I can can tell nails isn’t her thing
I do hope her nail technician comes back soon

Pop your popcorn and buckle up, because I'm about to tell you a STORY. The title of this story is "The sloppiest and slowest manicure ever".
I tried to schedule an appointment at 5 pm but was asked to be there at 4 pm, which was fine except for the part that she kept me waiting half an hour after I arrived, because she had decided to squeeze in a haircut a few minutes before I arrived. Not off to a great start, I was - t h i s - close to leaving which, in hindsight, I should have done because what was awaiting was a slippery slope down to manicure nightmare. I didn't even get an apology for starting half an hour late.
Anyway, we finally start and we get my shellac off, which goes fine. No drama. But when I proceed to tell her that I want to paint my nails with regular nail polish, not shellac, she starts rambling about how much better shellac is and she can't seem to stop talking about how much better shellac is. I insisted on regular nail polish but I quickly understood why she was insisting on shellac. It turns out she paints nails like a 3 year old, see proof in images below. The photos were taken just a few seconds after I left.
At this point I had been there for 2 hours (!), I was so disappointed and it was still taking an eternity to get my nails painted. Sidenote, I told her I wanted my nails short and square, which she did. On one nail. The rest of my nails were random lengths and shapes, she did not give many f's about filing them nicely.
As you probably can understand, I just wanted to GET OUT while simoultaneously wittnessing the abomination that was happening on my hands.
When we finally were done, after more than 2 hours, she charged me the full price with no shame. And I was left 35 euros poorer (plus the 5 euros I spent on nail polish remover, which I bought the second I left), with 2,5 hours of my life I'm never getting back and the sloppiest and slowest manicure I have ever been to. The End.

No joke, I don't understand how you can let a client leave you shop looking like this if you call yourself a serious business owner. I'm never, ever, ever going back and I strongly advise you to never book a manicure at this place.

Trabajo excelente (uñas semi-permanentes con masaje de mano) y trato muy amable de Julia. También se respeta las reglas higiénicas respecto al Covid. Volvería sin duda.

Perfekte Arbeit (Nägel semi-permanent/Gellack) und sehr liebenswürdige Bedienung durch Julia und die englische Besitzerin. Zudem wurden die Hygienemassnahmen re Covid genauestens eingehalten. Gerne wieder.

Well I dropped my friend Angie off there at 4pm and returned at 5.30pm, firstly she was quoted 15€ but finally was charged 30€ To be honest I'm no hairdresser but didn't look very good and No, she didn't run out with wet hair.

Julia is the best. If you want perfect mani and pedi she is your girl! Best manicure I got in Tenerife so far

Owner (and haidresser) was nice eventhough for me too much talkative. Haircut was somehow ok. Color at the end ok as well (not that much options). But other than that it was just a disaster. I am sorry for the lady but I want to share my honest opinion because it was probably most terrible visit of the hairdresser in my life. I always know that I am at the wrong place when I have to dry my face frequently because the water from color running down everywhere because the hair are completly wet. More than that here unfortunatelly. Lady told me to wait 20 minutes for color to wash away. I reminded her after 50 because I was scared about damage of my hair. Lady is pretty slow so everything took more time than normal so I finished something like 20 minutes (no idea it felt like neverending) with not entirely fresh armpit of this elder lady in my face. I have never experienced washing of your hair from position that person stands in front of you and push her armpit to your face. What an experience! I just wanted to escape from that place with wet hair. Could be ok for elder ladies who like to talk about kids etc.

The lady was very sweet, but never in my life did I have a wash& blowout this bad And 30€ for it. My hair looked better before I walked in. But the lady was sweet ‍️‍️ it's ajoke

The owner (bev) talks too much and does not listen to instructions. Terrible chewed hair cut not impressed.

My stay in Tenerife had been extended after a number of flight cancellations and the difference between my hair colour and root growth was altogether ‘too obvious for comfort’. I visited Bamboo to make enquiries about a cut and colour. Beverley insisted on a patch test even though the same products as my UK hairdresser uses were going to be applied - therein lies the professionalism of this salon! No cutting corners. With no adverse effects, I returned next day for my cut and colour and I have to say I’m delighted with the results. All the Covid regulations were observed re masks, distancing and sanitising and I felt entirely safe and secure. This was well worth the short bus journey to the salon. Beverley is easy to talk to and readily understood my requirements. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon and return again if the need arises in the future. Thank you very much Beverley at Bamboo from a very satisfied client.

Absolutely professional. I have never had such a good pedicure. The shop is absolutely clean. Thanks to the owner: she is very professional, interesting and kind!

Friendly welcoming hair dresser for men and ladies just back from the beach at the front entrance of The Sheraton Hotel, La Caleta/Playa Enaramada. Behind the decorative full size fishing boat. We were wandering along and I’ve been desperate to get my hair trimmed. Bev the Proprietor even put down her lunch to accommodate me! 10/10! They nails and massages too - looks like they do fab nails!
