Solo accedimos a la heladeria que hay en el paseo marítimo, servicio top y helados top a 2,5 eur, grandes, perfecto!

El hotel es genial, pero la comida ni siquiera vale 1 estrella aparte del desayuno, lo siento, ¡solo procesamiento masivo!

La localización del hotel es perfecta xq estás en el centro de la isla pero a orillas del mar. Tienes cerca dos centros comerciales y opción a alquiler de coche. Alquilamos con cicar y una maravilla además de muy económico. Recomiendo la habitación con jacuzzi y también la opción a spa, que está cerquita y muy bien equipado. En el buffet la atención de Inmaculada nos dejó impresionados tanto por su profesionalidad como por su calidez. Tienes mucha variedad de alimentos. La limpieza en toda la instalación es perfecta. Volveremos seguro.

Acabo de regresar de unas vacaciones fabulosas, no me puedo quejar de nada de nuestra estancia allí y volveremos el año que viene.

La comida no era de mi agrado, estaba casi fría y no había mucha selección de inglés. He estado aquí tres veces y no volveré, aunque el personal es muy amable y servicial.

Área grande y espaciosa, comida rica y suficiente, faltan nueces y semillas de lino para el desayuno, largas esperas en las máquinas de café (demasiado lentas), mucha gente en la cena y demasiado estrechas en las islas de servicio. Entretenimiento para niños pequeños o aburrido, tobogán de agua para niños desafortunadamente solo disponible en el mini club cerrado, no se ve en las fotos, sería bueno un tobogán en la piscina pública donde los padres pueden ver a sus hijos. No hay suficientes lugares con sombra en las piscinas, que deben reservarse con toallas temprano en la mañana. Mucha animación (solo) para invitados franceses. Pequeñas ofertas para niños y jóvenes. Apartamentos bien y limpios. La playa está bien, el fondo es muy duro, hecho por el hombre, hay playas mucho mejores en la isla (explore con un coche de alquiler). En general, unas vacaciones relajantes.

Tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo en la recepción, después de un viaje estresante nos recibieron en breve y nos explicaron las cosas más necesarias. Ni un saludo amistoso ni nada. No sabíamos cuándo eran los horarios de las comidas, ni el código wifi, etc.
Después de la inspección de la habitación (en la que faltaba la cuna ordenada) queríamos volver a preguntar. Pero no nos molestamos en esperar otros 30 minutos con un niño pequeño. La comida está bien y el personal es decente pero no amable.
Solo Pablo intentó endulzarnos el comienzo.
Vimos en las fotos que el hotel es apto para niños.
Bueno, eso es sólo en parte el caso.
La piscina oficial para niños solo está abierta en ciertos horarios y muchas de las piscinas están extremadamente sucias por las plantas (todavía estaba igual al día siguiente). Las piscinas están llenas de agua salada.
Por qué siempre. Hay dos categorías en el hotel, Normal y Royal. Tan pronto como agitas el dinero, se pone una sonrisa, pero la hospitalidad es diferente. (Podríamos haberlo hecho, pero se trata del principio)
De hecho, es una pena, porque el lugar sería agradable. (No hay mucho que hacer. Lo único que vale la pena recomendar es el Zoológico Oasis. Definitivamente visita en coche de alquiler y no en coche)
Las habitaciones están bien, desafortunadamente con cucarachas que eran muy feas. Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas. Por último, pero no menos importante, nos llevamos una desagradable sorpresa en el restaurante.
Nos permitieron comer en el otro hotel que estaba a 10 minutos.
Cuando llegamos allí, nos dijeron en un tono incómodo que no nos dejarían entrar con aletas y manga corta.
Sin ayuda, sin compromisos.
Tuvimos que devolver todo con un niño pequeño.
Podría haberse dicho de antemano.

He estado en muchos destinos de vacaciones baratos y ha estado bien. Este hotel y ubicación, que no consideramos un destino barato, fue una de las experiencias vacacionales más decepcionantes.
En general bien.
Pero definitivamente nunca volveremos.

El hotel ahora en el comentario definitivamente hablará mucho y prometerá mejoras.
Mi consejo para usted: como turista, puede saber cuándo es realmente bienvenido. Desafortunadamente, solo te exprimen y se gana dinero y se invierten las cosas más necesarias.
Las fotos pueden parecer bonitas, pero es una pena cuando una familia que lleva un año deseando unas vacaciones tenga que escribir unas líneas así.
Como hombre de familia, me decepciona.

Mi consejo: pague un poco más y vaya a otro resort.
Ahórrate esta grosería.

Estuvimos alojados en un departamento con doble habitación, amplisimo con dos terrazas, cocina con lo necesario, baño y dos terrazas. Los colchones y almohadas comodisimos, todo muy nuevo y limpio, el servicio de limpieza era diario. Estaba situado muy cerca del restaurante y la zona de piscina. La ubicación en mitad de la Isla es apropiada para recorrer el sur o Norte dela Isla sin tener que recorrer grandes distancias. El personal del Hotel muy amable y servicial, el buffet correcto, quizá de todo sería un aspecto a mejorar ya que había productos que escaseban y la variedad escasa para un Hotel como éste. El ambiente del Complejo muy internacional, pero como casi toda la costa o las Islas en esta época. Muy recomendable para alojarse en familia y excelente ubicación para recorrer la Isla

Nos lo pasamos muy bien en este complejo, el personal era amable y siempre sonriente, nuestra habitación era un bungalow completo con todo. Nada que decir sobre la limpieza. El restaurante, un elogio a Carmelo y Jessica, dos personas maravillosas. La comida, hay que saber comer, hay de todo, si yo fuera ellos y es solo mi opinión, contrataría a un chef italiano, ¡sería el mejor! La playa, las hamacas se pagan a las 10.50 por dos camas de la mañana a las 5. Las piscinas son de agua salada y siempre limpias, una cosa que cambiaría es el cierre de las piscinas a las 6 de la tarde! Pero tengo que ser honesto, nunca he visto a nadie presionarnos para salir y cerrar después de las 6 de la tarde.alquilamos un coche y visitamos las dunas de Corallejo, pero la excursión más bonita fue Cofete. El wifi está en todas partes y funciona bien. El clima es perfecto, hace calor, pero nunca bochornoso. ¡Cero mosquitos! Viento siempre presente, pero agradable. Sin duda volveré a este lugar porque nos gustó mucho. Tal vez la próxima vez durante 10 días, una semana es un poco.

Arrived here today to a lovely little privet villa very nice inside and clean we have paid for all-inclusive and found out only drinks u are aloud with out paying for them are pina colada tequila sunrise and 1 type of lager if u want to up grade so u can have all the drinks it is €50per day per person food was nice lots to choose from do not go all-inclusive would be ok for kids and family's to come along as u don't drink or u love pina colada tht much it comes out your ears very disappointed to be honest all.this was found out with in 2 hrs of being here and found out u can only 2 bars out of the 6 unless u pay the extra this place is a rip off the pictures of the menu only drinks tht are aloud are 1s with al next to it rest u have to pay spent 1200 pound for 2 of us to come here shocked isn't the word

Bungalow superior antiguo, la cama con patas flojas, fuimos en otoño 23 grados, tienen 4 piscinas, ninguna con climatizacion. La comida bien tanto en desayuno como en cena, algo repetitiva, no sirven jamon en España! La verdad es caro para lo que ofrecen. La ubicacion es buena pero la playa muy dura la arena.

Lovely hotel. Stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow both with en-suite, with 2 sun terraces, 1 of which had a beautiful sea view. Gorgeous location. All staff are so hard working and very friendly. ANNA on reception went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard and cleaned every day. Food was very good, plenty of choice. Lots of meat dishes, maybe more vegetarian dishes needed. Pools very clean but not heated and freezing in November to be expected, Little supermarket and gift shop very reasonably priced and very handy for a few essentials. All Inclusive drinks options were good. Pool bar next to main restaurant closes at 6pm but would be nicer if it stayed open until restaurant opened at 6.30pm. Lots of people popping by for a drink before their meal but it’s already closed. Overall a lovely stay with AMAZING STAFF. Thank you xx

Fuimos 10 dias a Fuerteventura, del 25/10 al 3/11 y tenemos que decir que fué todo un acierto escoger este hotel.

Nos sentimos como en casa y disfrutamos cada momento. Cabe destacar que cogimos el todo incluido plus y sin duda alguna merece la pena al 100x100.

Queremos destacar la atención del personal de Noray, en concreto: Jose Maria, Francisco y Salva. Repetiamos a diario porque nos trataban genial. Los mejores de todo el hotel!

Muy top los desayunos y cenas del Ancla, ambiente reducido con vistas espectaculares mientras comes. En Noray habia tambien una gran variedad de comidas, bebidas, postres, Y todo de una buena calidad y presentación increible.
El bar de la perlita tambien estaba bien para cambiar un poco de los otros dos.

El buffet principal tenia gran variedad de comida y si tenias el todo incluido plus tenias una zona excluida que te atendian y te traian la bebida. Conocimos a un camarero de Málaga, no recordamos el nombre, pero nos trató de 10. Una pena que lo conocieramos el último dia.

Sin duda alguna volveremos!

Really nice resort. The pools are good, the beach is on the doorstep, the staff are friendly and the food is great. We have an upstairs room and it is really nice, spacious, clean, nice balcony for a morning or late night drink. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was definitely 5 star. All staff were helpful and took the time to say hi. I was upgraded to a royal level so I really cannot say anything too negative. It’s really cheap to take the bus (line 3) from the airport for like 1.45 euros but there is like a 20 minute walk to the resort. But only issues is the food…if I was a vegetarian then I think I would have enjoyed the buffet. Any meat/fish was overcooked and under-seasoned. There was a lot of variety but the ones with mainly vegetables tasted a lot better. They supplied several bottles of drinks and alcohol included in the room which again shows the service they provide. The on site mini-market was also very convenient for snacks/souvenirs/toiletries.

We were so looking forward to getting away and we were not disappointed, I can not praise the staff enough, the food, accomdation, location was just perfect, my Grandaughters (15 months old) first trip abroad, it was made so lovely by the friendly staff. I’m missing the place already and I’ve only been back a day. Thank you for the perfect holiday.

Just not that good. Nowhere near quality of other Barcelo hotels I have known. No privacy in bungalows. Carnage at breakfast. No atmosphere.
On the plus side, nice staff and very clean.

Currently staying here, absolutely immaculate, really large apartment although we had booked a bungalow but happy with where we are staying. Lovely places to eat too and helpful staff in reception. Room cleaned daily and towels and beds changed.

Huge complex. Comfy beds. Nice Location.
Food is disappointing. Rooms in need of TLC. 2 huge Cockroaches in appartement-still there after the maids had finished.

All cold swimming pools (Even bar staff advised us that none are heated, although one is advertised as being heated in winter)

(Family of 4, plus grandparents.) 2 top floor apartments.

FOOD:
Limited supply of meats at dinner, the chef served the meats-gave very small portions.often wasn't any left and needed to wait whilst more was cooked.

Breakfast was awful. Sorry, but the sausages are really bad quality, same said for the bacon.

Lunch is available in a few locations dotted round the complex. Burgers/Chips (cold)
Nice Salads.

Self serve soft drinks/beer/wine/water
Very nice pre-mixed cocktails!
Good evening entertainment, but not many seats.

Lovely helpful reception/bar staff.

We love fuerteventura but unfortunately won't be returning here.
Isn't at all what we expected.

Great Location & Great Staff - First time visiting Fuerteventura, after staying a Barcelo I would most definitely go back and stay with them. 30 seconds from the pool and a minute from the beach.

Friendly staff - Cleaners all lovely and polite
Wide selection of food and drinks
Would recommend for those who enjoy the more quieter holiday and just want to relax.

Very nice area. Beach fantastic. Quiet at night ideal for couples wanting a relaxing break. No night clubs and rowdiness. 2nd time here and will come again.

Had a wonderfully relaxing holiday here. Staff were lovely, really helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Food was plentyful and all tastes and diets catered for. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend

Bellissima e valida struttura in località caleta de fuste (isola di fuerteventura), vi abbiamo soggiornato per tre anni e siamo rimasti sempre contenti

My partner and I have just got back home from our 4 night stay and in all it was a great winter break.some of the rooms are dated and our shower would soak the bathroom floor and when we put the aircon on it spelt of damp/fusty but as it was only 4 nights we did not complain as we are sure that they would of helped us in some way as the staff and cleaners were great.food, beach, location, hotel, staff. 100%

Excellent beach resort. Good bungalows it plenty of room. Excellent room service towels changed every day and room kept clean good bars and restaurants. Excellent for families. Good food buffet style.

It was good, we had fun and enjoied as a family. The rooms were a bit old, they definitely need some maintenance. The food in the "all inclusive" package is reasonable and the entertainment really good. The "all inclusive" package does not really include everything (branded ice cream is not included as well as some alcoholic drinks). We had a little issue that was poorly handled. Overall experience was good but if I come back it will be to the "royal level".

El hotel cuenta con un magnífico equipamiento, buenas habitaciones y está situado en primera línea de playa. Por contra, la comida deja bastante que desear, la atención del servicio es muy mejorable y nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia a la hora de acceder a los puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos con los que cuenta la cadena hotelera. Si eres usuario de este tipo de vehículo mi recomendación es que evites este hotel.

People are stealing here. A few minutes after we've arrived in our Bungalow someone came into the bungalow and took a backpack while we were inside. Other guests told us that they stumbled into Intruders and had to ask them to leave. The hotel seems in on this as they kept insisting that this hasn't happened before, however this seemed very unlikely as multiple guests reported the same incident, even during our stay!
