Hice un recorrido familiar privado por la isla con Klaus. Una experiencia maravillosa y la recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquier familia que busque un poco de aventura y desafío durante sus vacaciones en Lanzarote.

Si quieres vivir una fantástica experiencia de ciclismo de montaña volcánico en manos expertas, no busques más que Klaas de Papagayo bikes. ¡Que dia! Fantástica ruta asomándose a los volcanes. Un gran grupo de gente y una agradable charla mientras tomamos un café. Divertido, seguro y todo en muy buenas manos. Recogido y dejado en el hotel: ¡lujo total!

#2 Viaje en bicicleta de carretera en las grandes y seguras manos de Nacho. Gran ruta. Gran bicicleta. Fantástico café y pasteles (¿escoges un tema aquí?). Podría hacer esto todos los días y nunca aburrirme.

Quería alquilar una bicicleta de montaña y mi intención era alquilarla una vez a la semana. Tras hablar con la dependienta y explicarle que soy residente no me ofrece ninguna ventaja o condición beneficiosa.
Incluso cobran fianza y además me comenta que hay dos tiendas y que reserve mejor por internet ya que las bicicletas cambian de tienda, me sonó raro ya que he estado pasando cada momento por ahí y siempre he visto las mismas bicicletas en la puerta.
Claramente es un lugar para estafar a los turistas.

Que gran ciclo el de esta mañana muy bien organizado. ¡Recogí en Hote todo lo suministrado en la tienda y una súper ruta! Nacho excelente con diferentes niveles de corredores para mantener juntos

Altamente recomendado

Alquilé una MTB doble en la tienda del hotel Mynd Yaiza. Un trato excelente por parte del equipo de Papagayo, super amables y atentos.
El último día realicé la excursión junto con Nacho, un grupo pequeño y super friendly por una una ruta espectacular en el norte de la isla. Si vuelvo a Lanzarote seguro que me pondré en contacto con ellos de nuevo. Muy recomendable!

Hemos alquilado este fin de semana 3 bicicletas de las tope de Gama, el trato ha sido muy bueno, y las bicicletas en muy buen estado. Repetiremos sin duda, en nuestra próxima visita a la Isla

Nacho es súper atento, al igual que los chicos que trabajan con él; nos ajustaron la bici a nuestras medidas exactas. Tiene las bicis en muy buen estado, cogimos una Belador de carretera con cambio electrónico que para 7 días salía muy bien de precio. Sin duda volveremos a alquilar con él.

Alquile una bici y me la dieron en malas condiciones, rueda delantera descentrada y rascaban frenos, hacían ruido pedales, cadena destensada, ruedas flojas y probé hinchar con la mancha y no sé podia. No lo recomiendo.

Fantastic service, brilliant bike and great advice - highly recommend.

Hired a bike three days ago and I have just had some of the best service ever. This morning after my cycle the back wheel was damaged (broken spoke). I contacted the shop and within the hour one of the Team was round at our rented villa with a replacement back wheel and checked the bike over.

The overall experience with Papagayo Bikes has been phenomenal. The advice I was given when renting the bike regards routes was invaluable being a first time on the island cyclist. The bike has also been great and is my first introduction to Di2 gears (there may be an upgrade when I get home …). All was fully explained before I headed out.

Last day of hire tomorrow and I can honestly say that when we come back to the island I will be renting a bike form here again.

Excelente sitio para alquilar bicicletas, tanto para un paseo como para rutas más en serio por carretera o montaña. Las bicis además están muy bien cuidadas. Muy buena experiencia con ellos.

Hired a road bike for the day. Booked it via email prior to my arrival. Good quality carbon bike with 105. Well maintained and the guys fitted my Garmin mount for me. Good advice on the route I had chosen. I'm proud of the Papagayo Jersey I purchased which I shall treasure. Highly recommended. If I return to Lanzarote I'll see you again.

Amazing half-day mountain-bike tour with Nacho as our guide from Papagayo Bikes.
He picked us up, we got top quality bikes, and didn’t have to worry about drinks and food. Siempre que vengo a la isla me pongo en contacto con ellos para que me tengan una bici preparada a mi gusto, si es necesario te la acercan al hotel donde estes alojado. Y en caso de que tengas una avería mecánica (cosa que a ni no me ha pasado) llegan en poquísimo tiempo y te ponen todo en orden para que puedas continuar.

Nous avons pris l'option d'une balade organisée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli que ce soit dans le magasin ou par le guide. La balade s'est très bien déroulée, le guide est à l'écoute et s'adapte au rythme de chacun! Les vélos sont de très bonne qualités. Je recommande

Good quality bike and was given some great route recommendations for the island.
Had a small issue with the pedals, they fixed it within minutes. Super friendly and everything sorted easily and quickly.

Good service and a perfect road bike at a decent price. They have both mountain bikes for casual rides and a great selection of road bikes from simpler to pro-models. Overall I’ve found cycling on Lanzarote better experience than on Fuerteventura.

Para quienes buscan una bici de alquiler en Lanzarote le recomendaría sin dudarlo esta empresa, trato excelente y bicicleta en perfecta condiciones. El día 20 de Agosto he podido rodar con Nacho, el responsable de la tienda y ha sido un lujo, siempre pendiente de que pudiera seguir el ritmo, se conoce las carreteras perfectamente, pendiente de que tuviese sales, geles o barritas para que no me quedara sin fuerzas. No solo me acompañó sino que hizo de guía turístico, jaja. Las facilidades de contactar con ellos por Teléfono o email han facilitado mucho organizar la salida. No dudaré en repetir en mi próxima visita a la isla. Muchas gracias.

Excelente empresa de alquiler de bicicletas, de las mejores, contraté para hacer dos excursiones por la isla de Lanzarote, una de MTB y otra de carretera e increíbles las dos, una manera muy bonita y diferente de conocer de otra forma la isla y más si las organiza personas como Nacho que las hace espectaculares.
Las bicicletas están muy bien conservadas y en relación calidad/precio son muy razonables dada la calidad y el personal es muy amable.
Si vuelvo a la isla no dudaré en volver a repetir!

Hired a 56 DI2 road bike from the Playa Blanka store. Couldn't fault the bike or the price the guys were really friendly to. The group ride was all so good fun. Highly recommend these guys for your holiday bike hire.

I can tell from our own experience that you get VERY GOOD SERVICE and the bike's great! We also just the taxi service from the airport, we got a lot of extra information from the Lanzarote. I would look at the website and if you want to talk Dutch you can ask Bert he's from Belgium I give it a 5 star!

J’ai loué un vélo de route pour 4 jours.
Le vélo était en très bon état et bien réglé.
J’ai malheureusement crevé, Papagayo Bike ne m’a pas fait payer la chambre à air.
Les tarifs sont raisonnables compte tenu de la qualité des vélos. Je recommande ce loueur!

We hired two bicycles and a kid's trailer for a day here, absolutely brilliant service, we were cycling away within minutes. Zero hassle or fuzz. The bicycles are good quality and very reasonably priceds

Brilliant shop with great staff, very helpful and very informative, we bought some isotonic drinks then they helped us to plot our route back to where we're staying taking in some local beauty spots.
We will call again when we're next in the area

Sortie de 75 kms encadré qui m'a permis de sortir des routes les plus Fréquentées. Je recommande Bike Papagayo avec ce qui est très important les loueurs parlent Français. Également un vrai plus on vient vous chercher et on vous ramène à votre hôtel.

Hired a road bike for two days. Very accommodating on collection the night before and drop off so that you get plenty of riding time.

Friendly and helpful staff - provided plenty of details on the best routes.

Booked two superb excursions: MTB & road, which were 10/10. Great routes, great bikes, great fun. Also hired bikes for the family delivered to the hotel; on time, all mechanicals top-notch. All superb. This bike shop is the real deal. Well done.

Hired a MTB for 3 days.
Price was good & bike in reasonable condition, excellent tyres, rode very well.
Bert was very friendly & recommended some good tracks.
Will definitely use them again when in Playa Blanca.

Good bikes in perfect condition and function.
We rent the bike for a weekend and we are allowed to pick up the bike on Friday in the evening.

Terrible experience 2 bikes out of 4 were faulty 1 of which the frame brakes and they blame us taking out deposits, second days rent and a 750 Euro bill. Second bike the crack was crunching when explaining the issue the mechanics they blame my shoes. Haha laughable really and the owner and staff were very rude! AVOID THIS USELESS COMPANY

Brilliant service and good quality bikes. Which are well maintained. Good value and will be using again if I return to Playa Blanca. Recommend the ascent of femes from Playa Blanca to get the blood pumping ;)

Good service, fair rates. They also give you an advice for nice routes and you can get a helmet for no extra charge!

He tenido la suerte de alquilar una bici y compartir KM.con ellos.
Es difícil en estos tiempos encontrar unos profesionales como ellos, que tienen pasión por la bicicleta y cuidan al ciclista.
