Todo estupendo, desde que entras por la puerta ya están pendientes de ti y con un trato muy cercano. Alquilé una bici y estaba perfectamente ajustada, no hubo ni un problema durante la ruta. Te hacen el favor incluso de dártela el día antes, para que no tengas que esperar a que abran a primera hora para aprovechar bien el día. Junto con la bici, te dejan un hinflador, cámara de repuesto y multiherramienta, los recomiendo al 100%.

Pasé un tiempo increíble en BikePoint durante mi reciente visita a esta impresionante isla. Cuando mi propia bicicleta se descompuso, pensé que no tenía suerte. ¡Pero entonces, John, uno de los miembros del personal y compañero ciclista, intervino para salvar el día!

Me dijo: "Ambos somos ciclistas y estás aquí en esta hermosa isla por tu cuenta. Te ayudaré, amigo". Su amabilidad y sinceridad fueron conmovedoras y no podría estar más agradecida.

El equipo de BikePoint hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme, aunque inicialmente no les había alquilado una bicicleta. Es raro encontrar una atención y un apoyo tan genuinos en estos días, y realmente lo aprecio.

4.50 euros me acaban de cobrar por una cámara de 26" de la PRESTIGIOSA marca CHAOYANG.el chiste se cuenta solo señores.y pedí la más económica.una verguenza, los precios son libres pero un poco más de verguenza vendría bien; y el resto de precios, igual, precios no elevados; más bien exagerados.todos los vendedores extranjeros, así que supongo que el negocio lo tienen en el alquiler de bicis a turistas, porque no se entiende.

Primera vez que uso Bike Point y no puedo calificarlo más alto. La BMC Teammachine SLR que contraté fue perfecta. Bien mantenido y manejado genial. ¡El equipo fue excelente y genial para conversar sobre todo lo relacionado con las bicicletas también! ¡Una tienda 5 estrellas para prepararte para recorrer Tenerife y El Teide sobre dos ruedas!

Este servicio de alquiler de bicicletas está dirigido por verdaderos ciclistas que conocen su trabajo de memoria. El material es excelente (Cervelo con Ultegra Di2). ¡Puedes tener lo que quieras y necesites! Y realizaron casi algo así como una prueba de bicicleta cuando vine a alquilar mi amada bicicleta Cervelo. Además, obtiene información privilegiada sobre rutas, etc. ¡Solo puedo recomendar este servicio, toda la tienda y la gente muy amable!

Buenas noches, alquilamos nuestras bicicletas en Bike Point Tenerife. Hoy salimos y pudimos probar el equipo alquilado. Nada que decir. Las bicicletas son geniales y el personal muy amable. Entre el personal, un inquilino es francés y es agradable. Estamos muy satisfechos.

¡Un caballero absoluto con el que tratar llegó a la tienda el sábado una hora después de que cerraron! Y volvió a abrir la tienda solo para arreglar mi pinchazo sin querer un solo centavo por eso, muchas gracias, John.

Amazing place with an awesome team and a very good selection of bikes. I was returning after almost 3 years to find my old friend John as helpful and funny as ever! (thanks for everything mate!) Great service, delivered to my hotel, well maintained BMC SLR with sram AXS was a pleasure to ride up into Teide national park. If you are serious about road riding, these guys are great

We rented two road bikes and it was great. Even though we didn’t have any reservation we came around 11 am and got two perfect BMC bikes.
Staff was friendly and very good English speaking. They recommend us good roads for easy ride. Deposit for both bikes was €50.
Definitely recommend this rental shop - bikes was perfect!

I got a broken spoke during a race (Granguanche Gravel) and I had to get it fixed before my next ferry departure. They fixed straight away and the the job was perfectly done. The shop have a good selection of parts and bikes to hire.

Muy buena tienda. Para alquilar y comprar buen material y accesorios de cualquier gama, alta y de uso corriente, amplio, el stock de bicis eléctricas y convencionales, sport y de paseo, tanta variedad que no sabes qué elegir. Apoyo éste lugar por su limpieza y profesionales que tratan muy bien al público, con deferencia.

I was dealing with a deficient front disk and one of the mechanics (young guy from the Austrian Tyrol) fixed it in just a few minutes _ I'd just walked in unannounced. I found out that all members of the personnel were amicable and willing to help. Cyclists are a passionate breed and the people at Bike Point are just that, passionate and proud of their bike shop. I strongly recommand.

Fui para ver si había cita disponible para arreglar mi bicicleta y no me la dieron, alegaban que tenían mucho trabajo y no tenían cita.
Fui a otro establecimiento parecido muy cerca de allí y en menos de 5 minutos me arreglaron lo que tenia.

Excellent service from booking to collecting our bikes. Was super easy, the bikes were in good condition and really enjoyed riding them up Teide and to Los Gigantes.
Look forward to hopefully the same again next year!

Me atendieron super mal. Tuve la mala suerte de estornudar una vez dentro de tienda. Me miraron super mal. Pedí disculpas y me dijeron que para estornudar, tenía que salir fuera de la tienda. Retiraron del mostrador el producto que iba a comprar y me tuve que marchar.

Habe ein E-Bike für eine und eine Rennrad für 2 wochen ausgeliehen und alles war top. Material 1a und die Jungs im Shop superfreundlich, kompetent und hilfreich. Absolute Empfehlung und ich freue mich schon auf das nächste mal.

I highly recommend this place for the knowledgeable amateur. Bike Point takes into account the geometry you send them and Dieter took the time to explain the specifics of the bike you rent. They rent out well maintained and modern material. Worry - and hassle free! Don't forget to visit the neighboring Venezuelan restaurant when returning the bike

Rented 2 carbon fibre bikes via holiday package. Friendly, fantastic service, shared a bit of local cycling knowledge and even did a while-you-wait repair on one of our bikes free of charge. Definitely recommend.

Excellent shop, guys really do know what they do. Got my bike fixed in the matter of minutes, plus valuable advices.

Great hire experience, just rented from bike point again after 5 years. Good range of bikes at reasonable prices, and John handled a big order with multiple hotel drop off and pick ups well. I've hired bikes in various places around the world now and this was the best experience I've had!

Excellent staff who know the best routes up the mountain. Bike performed beautifully! Disc brakes recommended!

We rented three excellent carbon road bikes for one week. Each of them was professionnally fitted to the specific needs of each rider. All three bikes were prepped on the spot in less than 30 minutes! Super efficient and extremely friendly staff provinding professional-level service! Really good prices too. I highly recommend this place!

Si no hablas ingles o alemán, muchos trabajadores te tratan mal. Además es bastante cara, hay otras tiendas por San Isidro que los trabajadores son más amables y más barato.

Unfortunately lately got worse! Cheap chinese tires, cheap tubes without caps, losing air. Wrong frame sizes (other than ordered). Arrogant employees.too bad! Was a cool shop earlier.

Best on the island, the guys in the shop are really clued up, the the quality of the hire bikes is excellent, will be using them again in November 2019

The bikes you can rent here are very good and taken care off. Mounting any accesories such as GPS device mounts is no trouble. Would definitely recommend their service and bikes.

Really nice bike, well maintained and set up to my size just as I asked. Would recommend this to anyone who is serious about riding. Take your own helmet though because their selection isn't great compared to the bikes! Still gets 5 stars because the bike was so nice

Visited here with a rear wheel issue that turned out to be a cracked washer. They fixed the wheel within 24hrs and I was able to rent a replacement wheel so we could still ride. Very reasonable price and great service from friendly staff. Thank you.

Great service and good bikes. If you are cycling up the mountain make sure you have the right breaks and tyres, as it can be damp and slippery you there.
