Martin and Caroline have been great from start to finish, kept us up to date regularly, were totally professional and got the price we asked for. Top service and will defo use again.

Martin and Caroline helped us buy an apartment roughly twelve years ago. Nothing was too much trouble, Martin helped with the bank and all legal parts as we dont speak fluent Spanish.
Moving on, we returned to them to sell our apartment, Caroline kept us up to date with everything, it went smoothly too.

We have worked with Martin and Caroline for a number of years and always had a positive and professional experience. More recently we rented and sold a property in Fuerteventura with Bliss. Martin and Caroline made the process seamless and efficient. There are other agents on Fuerteventura but Bliss are unique. Caroline and Martin Bliss are working hard for their clients. We have sold our property with their help and the service was more than excellent. Should you not speak Spanish, Martin will help you with all the paperwork and deal with the Spanish authorities on your behalf. I enquired about a property and Caroline said I must pay a deposit and then I would get a contract to sign
I payed the deposit but after 3 months I asked for it back because I had not had a contract
She refused so I stated that Spanish Law
Under Canary Island
Rights and rejection to a lease
Legally required the lease must be signed in Spanish by both parties as the real estate is located in Spain

If they can sort out the mistake I will update this post

I have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Martin and Caroline since 2016. They are reliable, knowledgable and provide great customer service. I personally would not entertain using any other property service in Fuerteventura.

Renting a property on Fuerteventura was made an easy and stress free experience.
I explained what i was looking for and they found the right apartment that fits my needs in all respects. Nice friendly people who helped me through the process.

As complete newcomers to purchasing property abroad, Martin guided us through the whole process, from setting up a bank account, explaining about NIE numbers, to introducing us to a lawyer who we love and trust - thus making the whole process less stressful.
Subsequently Caroline then carefully managed long term rentals on our behalf, vetting potential clients, overseeing cleaning, keys etc.
Martin & Caroline have considerable knowledge and experience in all things concerned with purchasing and letting in Fuerteventura.

Five stars are simply not enough for the time, commitment and professional attitude of Martin and Caroline. From the very first contact and a spontaneous meeting with Martin we were consistently supported not just through the entire purchase process but also afterwards.

Signing the contract was not the end, but just the begging of our nice experience and taste of life on this sunny island. Caroline provided us with a list of shops to buy furniture and Martin was always available with recommendations how to fix stuff in the apartment. He even brought me all the tools and materials when I had to fix improperly sealed toilet shortly after moving in.

Martin is reliable as a Swiss watch and yet very calm and relaxed. It was our first property buying experience in Spain and it turned out to be a very positive one. I appreciate working with competent and honest people.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a property in Fuerteventura.
