Las peores uñas que he tenido. Las uñas son desiguales, grumosas y tienen diferentes longitudes. La señora que hizo las uñas suspiró y negó con la cabeza durante toda la hora. Pedí beige, recibí rosa. Paga NOK 700 por uñas que ni siquiera valen NOK 200. El hombre que trabaja aquí nos empujó a gastar más dinero comprando más productos en el salón a pesar de que dije que no, gracias una y otra vez. El hombre fue con mi novia y le dijo que quería un masaje, lo cual nunca le había dicho, luego fue hacia mí y me dijo que mi novio quería un masaje, lo cual él tampoco quería, solo para estafar más dinero. ¡Es desagradable estar en el salón y no vale NI UN centavo!

No satisfecho, lo derivaron a otro departamento a 100 metros para recibir un masaje al mismo tiempo. Se deberían hacer más mejoras, por ejemplo, la higiene. La persona responsable se puso en contacto y se ocupará de ello. Nos ofrecieron un nuevo mensaje en el departamento principal. Ojalá mejore entonces.

Gran centro de bienestar al lado de la playa. Tuve dos visitas, una para tratamiento de reflexología y la siguiente para un masaje de cuerpo completo. Ambos masajes fueron realizados por la encantadora Mijo. Es una persona muy experta y conocedora. Una persona encantadora con quien hablar. Definitivamente regresaré para recibir más tratamiento la próxima vez que visite Puerto Rico. También tienen muchos otros tratamientos disponibles.

Salí llorando del masaje de cuello y hombros. He recibido masajes toda mi vida porque sufro de dolor crónico en el cuello, nunca había experimentado un trabajo tan especial. Muchas gracias Reservé otra cita de inmediato. Tienes que experimentarlo por ti mismo. Único, competente y muy amigable. Inmediatamente te sientes bienvenido.

El lugar tiene un potencial increíble ya que el personal es capacitado pero no prestan atención a la limpieza y, en general, apresuran todo. Toallas sucias y viejas, citas no oportunas, etc. Lástima.me hice las uñas y 20 minutos más tarde el barniz estaba desconchado en 3 dedos: (realmente es una pena, ya que está en un área encantadora y práctica. El masaje es mejor, pero la higiene es casi nula. Definitivamente no te sientes limpio ni mimado allí a pesar del amable personal: (

Me retocaron las uñas de gel en este lugar. No estoy contento. La primera dama que quitó el esmalte en gel viejo solo quitó la mitad, por lo que tuvo que empezar de nuevo. El esmalte en gel se aplicó debajo del borde de la uña en varias uñas, los bordes de la uña ni siquiera se limpiaron antes de retocar el gel. Como la señora no hablaba inglés, apenas había comunicación (excepto porque tenía mucho dolor de muelas). No me preguntaron qué quería exactamente, así que ni siquiera me limaron las uñas. Cuando la señora de habla inglesa me preguntó si estaba satisfecha, le dije que no por el esmalte que había debajo de los bordes de las uñas. Se limpiaría.eso también se intentó pero fue difícil, difícil. Al final estuve de acuerdo con el resultado porque sólo quería salir de allí lo antes posible. Sinceramente, no puedo imaginar que esta señora sea una estilista de uñas graduada. Normalmente me aplico las uñas de gel en casa, pero en vacaciones me gusta que me mimen. Lamentablemente tengo que reparar esto cuando llegue a casa.

Tuve problemas de espalda durante años y me recetaron muchos tratamientos en Alemania. Todo esto sólo ayudó por un corto tiempo o no ayudó en absoluto.
En el centro de bienestar se encuentra Issel, una masajista formada que reconoció este problema y lo solucionó con un masaje específico. Es increíble para mí volver a sentirme repentinamente libre de dolor.

También me dio explicaciones sobre qué causa estos problemas y cómo puedo eliminarlos en casa con pequeños y sencillos ejercicios.

Triste experiencia. Fui a arreglarme una uña y me pidieron que volviera en 20 minutos. Cuando regresé, me dijeron que no querían perder el tiempo (aunque el salón estaba vacío) en una sola uña. Me sugirieron contratar otro servicio para cumplir con un gasto mínimo y de esta manera hubiera tenido la oportunidad de arreglar la uña.

Depilación media.cuidado con los precios anunciados al hacer la reserva, no pagamos el precio anunciado en absoluto.
El personal en la parte superior es un gran punto a favor.

Quiero pensar que hoy la señora que depila ha tenido un mal día. Primero al llegar el cubre camillas había sido usado anteriormente pese a que la dueña? Y la señora que depila dijeron que era nuevo. Llevaba pelos, cera y se veía la forma en la toalla de la cabeza de alguien. Aparte de que había encima otro cubre camillas y dos toallas mojadas cuando llegue. Tras pedírselo, lo cambiaron.
La cera tibia a mi parecer, con mi conocimiento después de muchos años depilandome con cera, estaba en mal estado ya que no salía como debería.
La señora me dejó muchas zonas sin depilar, pese a decirle varias veces que seguía teniendo pelos en varias zonas. Y me dejó las piernas llenas de pegotes de cera, los cuales intentó quitar con aceite, toallas húmeda, polvos de talco? Y de dijo: " eso tú cuando te duches, frotas y se va"
Por lo menos tras mi queja y mostrar mi decepción ante tal servicio "solo" me cobraron 20€.

I emailed and booked in, quick and easy. The salon was very clean and the girls very friendly and warm. The pedicure was perfect

They are always very busy, so it's best to make an appointment by phone or on their Facebook instead of cold calling. Otherwise you will be disappointed that you just cold called in to them. When you are good, ur good so they say!

A wonderful experience, my boyfriend and I came here for a full body relaxation massage and it was lovely. We were really taken care of. Came out feeling very relaxed. I will say we left with oil residue so if you’re prone to burning in the sun just be weary to stay in the shade so you don’t burn to a crisp when you come out ️

I usually get my waxing done in the UK and have never experienced the below before.
This place needs ventilation, wax at a safe heat and better listening skills. Also to ask the customer to check for hairs before assuming its finished.

I was first told by the lovely lady in charge that she would be doing my waxing the next day (after I booked). When I came for my appointment she was nowhere to be seen. The room was way too warm, no ventilation apart from a tiny fan and the wax was burning me. I told her several times I was actually shaking every time she applied it. She just said it wouldn't work otherwise. I asked her to do my hands and feet too, then she applied oil straight away. She did some leftover hairs then started plucking with a tweezer. I did say I wanted waxing but she said they wouldn't come out now she's applied oil.
Came back to be seen again as I noticed patches of hair after the appointment, and he manager said come back. He was very understanding and chilled out. I was asking for the lady I saw on the first day but still didn't see her. Yovanca was more understanding of the wax burning me so didn't put it on me directly. However she was still plucking as she couldn't get the hairs out and my skin was going red.
Lovely ladies and manager however they need to review a few things.
My waxing lady never has issues getting out little hairs and turns down the heat so my skin is not burning, which does not affect the waxing at all. She also asks before applying oil so I can be sure hairs have not been missed any.

Super kompetente und fähige Therapeutin Marie. Hatte gerade Zeit. Sehr freundlich und eine der besten Fussreflexzonenmassage, die ich je hatte. Preis war mehr als gut. Schade, dass wir sie erst an unserem vorletzten Tag gefunden habe. Trotzdem für den nächsten Tag gleich nochmal gebuxht.

The staff were really inviting and accommodating - they got a staff member to come in early so we could have our treatments then and there.

We had the deluxe pedicure. Toenails look lovely and shaped well, however the treatment didn't last 60 minutes as described, and the massaging segment was brief, which was a shame. Would still choose to go back for other treatments!

Amazing massage, me and my partner had a one hour full body massage. It was my partners first time having a massage and it was everything he expected it to be and more, felt very relaxed and even fell asleep. It was a really good massage for me too. Highly recommend experienced and great at recognising any issues.

I had a massage for neck, shoulder, back for 30mins. It was amazing and this wad what I needed and my bf is having a sports massage for legs now. I'd love to come back to have massage. Even the professional massager did my face and toes before finishing - so nice

The best nail tech I have ever been to! Went to get acrylics and they look so good! I am a nail biter, so doing my nails is not easy, but she did an amazing job. She did all the acrylics + nail art in 1 hour, so it was fast as well! Definitely coming back!

Best massage I've ever had! I had both a neck, back and shoulders massage and then went back for a full body massage two days later (had to fit another one in before my flight home!) Thanks so much to Mojca! She really knows her stuff!

Yesterday me and my mom was doing manikyr and pedikyr at this plass the experience was horrible. The lady hwo was doing that cute the finger on the fit's to the bleeding. Manikyr was painful and she doesn't even stopped, the nail was polish down so much that it's still hurt day after and it painful to touch anything. Not recommended at all

Massage by Mojca, Maria and Eloisa was amazing! Our family took the massage with the 3 masseuses above and they were all super. The massage by Mojca was so relaxing, I could not get up at the end of the massage - the whole body relaxed. Our daughter had a aloe Vera body wrap by Eloisa and it was superb as well. My wife had massage by Maria - and she was all praises for Maria after the massage. Superb!

They managed to fit me in last minute when I was on a solo holiday. One of the best massages I've ever had, and the practitioner was kind and supportive when I explained I've been under a lot of stress. I really appreciated my experience there

I went with my sister and we had different massages. I had the sports massage because I work out a lot. The masseur was very thorough and worked out out a lot of tension in my legs, back and shoulders. She was very responsive and made sure I was comfortable. My sister had the full body massage and tue masseur found knots she didn’t even know existed and worked them out. Highly recommend and good price.

Luego me dio un masaje completo y también me masajeó las orejas, traumatizó mi oreja izquierda, lleva 4 meses inflamada, fui al médico y me dijo que no me masajean las orejas, lo que señora me traumatizó a mí y a mi ¿Duele el oído izquierdo durante 4 meses? Si eres un experto en masajes, dime cómo deshacerse del dolor de oído.

Got my appointment for a full body massage and the communication had been very professional and the staff very courteous. Absolutely loved my time there and highly recommend it to everyone, especially after a long day in the sun at the beach. It's right next to it. Why not!

The massage was fantastic! Nails are good as well. I'd like to give 4,5 stars but it's not possible so I should choose 4.:) the owner of the wellness center is very friendly and good person.:) thank you!

The staff was friendly and the beautician shaped my nails nicely but the prices were too expensive and they used bad quality nail polish so there were small bubbles on my nails and the polish on one foot started to come off on the first day!

I had already twice the relaxing massage. Massage was good and relaxing. I came with couple of pains that have been treated by the therapist on a very efficient manner. Place was clean and nice. Therapist was also nice and professional. Really fair price for the service received.

Had a deluxe manicure with shellac, 35 EUR. Included filing, cuticle removal, nail polish and massage. The massage lasted about 30 secs on each hand so shouldn't be listed as massage included. Whole thing took 25 min.

Manicurist explained the difference between basic and deluxe manicure before starting (which ended up being only cuticles)

Result is just ok, a little sloppy. Didn't feel welcome by the girl doing the manicure, indifferent to the point I was unsure if card payment was ok as she just looked the other way talking to her colleagues when giving me a receipt (no thanks and bye as I would normally expect)

Would not return.

Took the relaxing massage. Massage was good and relaxing just as described. Place was clean and nice. Staff was nice too. Felt good just to relax and get a good massage after going on a hike. Prices was good and better than the other massageplaces. Good experience. Would recomend.
