Un sitio muy agradable, los camareros muy simpáticos y serviciales, las comida está muy buena y buena calidad. Muy recomendable.

Fantástica comida fresca, gran servicio. Todo el personal es encantador y es la mejor paella que hemos probado. Regresamos 4 veces durante nuestras vacaciones porque era el mejor lugar para comer en Los Gigantes. Los camareros trabajan muy duro para satisfacer la demanda; siempre parece estar ocupado.

Viendo los comentarios, me alegro muchisimo de que la mujer de la barra, con sus malas formas, nos haya alentado a que no nos sentaramos. Un dinero y una mala experiencia que nos ha ahorrado, a la vista de las reseñas publicadas. Gracias

Hemos tenido la mejor comida en este restaurante. Las tapas son increíbles y la paella es maravillosa. Si quieres pasar una tarde tranquila, este es el lugar para ir. Pero no tengas prisa.

Tuvimos que esperar más de media hora para que nos tomaran el pedido de comida y bebida. Nuestro primer plato llegó unos 70 minutos después de nuestra llegada. Una pareja que estaba a nuestro lado se levantó y se fue debido a la espera.
Una verdadera lástima, ya que arruinó nuestra última noche, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que la ubicación es excelente y la comida, cuando finalmente llegó, era buena.
La espera y el servicio muy lento parecen ser un tema constante en las críticas de este restaurante.

La ensalada era básica y podía ser preparada incluso por un niño de 12 años. Los champiñones al ajillo costaron 8 euros y no tenían ajo, ni sal y, por lo tanto, no tenían sabor. Además, se proporcionó el pan iniciado, pero al final cuesta 1,5 euros por persona sin previo aviso. La cocina debería mejorar, el servicio del gerente no fue educado y el precio no se correspondía con la calidad de la comida.

Recientemente pasamos una tarde increíble en este hermoso restaurante y nos encantó. Pedimos varios artículos del menú de tapas y todos fueron impresionantes. Ubicado en una hermosa ubicación justo en el centro de la ciudad, este lugar realmente destaca y el fabuloso personal no pudo hacer más por usted. Si alguna vez vuelvo, será 100% el primer restaurante de la lista. Altamente recomendado, 5 estrellas.

We had a lovely dinner on our first evening in Los Gigantes. Despite not having a booking and it being a busy carnival evening in the square and busy at the restaurant, they were able to seat our table of 6 relatively quickly. I couldn’t fault the service, they were attentive, helpful and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We have a range of dietary restrictions within the group and as such had to amend some of the orders to which the restaurant was very accommodating. We shared a selection of starters and had a range of mains - all of which we’d highly recommend. Already looking forward to a return visit!

La paella soit disant la meilleure de la ville mais plat insipide et qui semble réchauffé, crevettes et viandes sèches et ce après 1h d'attente.

Decent food but be aware of the “fish of the day”. For us it was literraly priceless:) as its price was missing from menu and it was the half of the total bill. When asking what was the price per 100g they were not able to provide any answer. 70 euros the bill for 2 persons.

The restaurant has a good location but that's the only good point to mention.
They are so slow and disorganised that the only way is to laugh. They have one person that will come and get the drink order and then another person to get the food order.
Between the drink and food order it will take minimum twenty minutes. Let's remember that it was winter and they weren't busy at all. After order everything it will take around one hour for the starter to arrive. The main course oh my gosh more half hour. Everything is so slow that I don't even want to imagine on summer when they will be very busy. My advice is if you want to spend almost two hours waiting for a not great food, just go there but if you value your time just avoid this mega slow service.

Had a very pleasant meal this evening reasonably priced food and friendly staff with excellent service would definitely recommend

Nice setting.went to 4 restaurants during our week away this was our least favourite.we had grilled prawns at all of tge restaurants.this was the oiliness and least tasty.the paella was bland.would not go back.

Joli restaurant avec une vue sur la place de l’église permet de laisser les enfants jouer sur un espace serein

Porciones grandes, calidad regular a mala. La paella la sirven con los mariscos sin pelar y el arroz pasado. Una pena.
Se equivocaron en el pedido. Faltaron dos platos.
Atención mediocre de los mozos, se molestan si consultas sobre platos o tiempos. No saben nada sobre la carta de vinos.
Lo que más me molestó fue el mozo que nos recibió que le sacó el almohadón de la silla a mi hijo con la punta de los dedos y con cara de asco porque lo había manchado con arroz de una manera tremendamente desagradable. Si no aceptan niños en el restaurante deben informarlo antes de ingresar y todos nos evitamos malos momentos.
Pongo 3 estrellas ya que uno de los mozos fue muy amable, un chico de cuba.

Restaurant chaleureux, personnel très agréable, portions un peu petites et dommage que le pain servi servi d’office sport facturé!

Very tasty (but I'd say small portions). It is worth asking for dishes outside menu. Perfect queso, perfect calmari, tasty paella. Friendly and quick service

Nice friendly restaurant on main square. Waiters all very friendly and helpful. Tapas selection was very good and prices are great, 4 x Tapas for €18, great place to enjoy a drink and watch the folks coming and going.

The pork chop was raw. Steak was described by my friend as the worst ever. Would not eat there again.

Great atmosphere sitting in the Plaza. Excellent staff and food. The evening was fabulous with music by an excellent opera singer.

We were recommended to visit here by one of the locals to have the steak for 2. The chef spoke to us about how we liked our steaks medium for my partner and medium to well for myself. It was cooked to perfection with the most amazing Roquefort sauce. We were at a table right next to the open plan kitchen and every dish was served with care and attention to detail. Absolutely fabulous meal and without question we will eat there again. 2 beers, bottle of still water and steak for 2 came to €59, great value in our opinion for the quality of meat we had. Cannot wait to try more of the menu.

El cocinero es el mejor de la isla! Sin duda, vengas o no vengas de vacaciones es decir vivas aquí si o siiii tenés que visitar el restaurante! El quesillo mortal, la comida riquísima, los camareros súper atentos, bien ambiente y el lugar un 10! Ssuuuuuper recomendable, no te va a descepcionar, los precios super accesibles, la verdad 0 quejas

Walk past this one. Orders were wrong, they charged the bread which we didn't order and the bill wasn't correct also! The food was tasteless and dry

Good atmosphere main dish and starter were good, nice service but mixed feeling. In fact we did enjoy a lot the croquetas and penne with cheese sauce and the side dish grilled vegi. We arrived early the place was not yet too busy we had good welcome service and enjoy the overall experience, food is correct. However although the service is nice, the waiter overstated (not entirely true information) the dish a bit. 2 observations: 1- Fish of day was sea bass, well I've never seen such a small sea bass in my life and although said as freshly arrived of the day, I have a doubt, maybe if I took the whole fish the restaurant will have me a fresh one? 2- dessert mentioned home made, and the waiter said it s made by the owner's grandpa. When I saw the dessert display fridge, they look exactly like beautiful industrial desserts. When we ordered one so-called tiramisu, it s kind of sponge cake with some cream layer on the top with chocolate topping. It s not bad but it's just not tiramisu and for sure not home made. Really without this fake information this is still a nice place to go, the food it's self is good enough. A pity they wanted to overstate their offerings.
Also the price is slightly higher than neighbors restaurants

Perfect place to have a dinner or just enjoy the pleasant vibe of small town Los Gigantes while having a cocktail. Really good Ravioli and great steak, not to mention absolutely wonderful service. Many thanks especially to the waiter from Croatia. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for some good place to eat some good food.
