Me gusta este bar pero debo decir que el servicio de mesa es realmente malo. Puedes sentarte durante mucho tiempo con un vaso vacío y luego recibir una llamada rara de una camarera encantadora por ir al bar a tomar tu próxima bebida.

Muy mal servicio en general, pero el desayuno era realmente malo; 'chef' (si se le puede llamar así) se olvidó de poner uno de los desayunos y posteriormente obtuve un desayuno medio cocinado después de que todos terminaron de comer y mi té estaba frío como una piedra. ¡Sin disculpas, ni siquiera una oferta de una taza de té fresca! Es fácil ver que solo quería nuestro dinero, pero no podía importarle menos si estábamos felices o no. No hace falta decir que nunca volvimos.

Personal muy acogedor.comida excelente por el precio. Entretenimiento nocturno. Ambiente brillante aquí.

Gran error: tuve "bife de solomillo". Pedí medio raro, pero ni siquiera pude cortarlo, así que les pedí que lo cocinaran nuevamente. Todavía era una bestia vieja y dura. ¡No volveré a pedir eso!

Terrible food; all tasted like it had been defrosted from 5 years ago, chewy tasteless meat. Service was abhorrent, constantly attempted to get attention from waiting staff and was blatantly ignored on several occasions. Upon making a complaint was laughed at by the staff. An absolute dive. Avoid at all costs.

We been coming here for years how a place can get so bad. If you go pay as you go. As we been twice in past two weeks been over charged. We complained and spoke manager in morning we paid what we owed he even bought us a drink. Yet went 5 min ago and would not serve us saying his staff where right not. Us so big warning pay for your drinks as u have them

Cactus jacks great food entertainment every night starting of with a quiz fun for everyone then enjoy night entertainment with singers then if your still in the mood to carry on there is karaoke till late great night and the staff really looks after you what more could u ask for

If you are a British tourist: Fine.
If you are looking for authentic food and some peace and quiet, rather find a different restaurant. (Alright, that's not that easy in Costa Teguise.)

Clean, reasonably priced drinks and as a bonus for most ash trays provided outside seating area!

Service is fabulous, nice friendly atmosphere. Food cheap and cheerful. Me and my partner came back most days because the barman made us feel welcome and we loved the banter.

Drinks are terrible. Pina colada made in a dirty mixer, and was full of water, the beer was terrible half glass already pulled then topped it up to a pint, left very quickly. Dirty sticky hole. Avoid.

Los camareros, super atentos, y serviciales, estubimos en la isla 4 días, y fuimos todos los días, calidad, precio amabilidad. Es más nos pusieron un partido que les pedí, Osasuna, Sevilla.

Visited a few times for food drinks & evening entertainment. Cheap & cheerful with welcoming staff providing a pleasant experience all round

Just don’t, if you have at least one functioning arm and maybe half a brain you can cook for yourself and it’ll be way better and take less time. Do yourself a favour and just go to Seasons Rock restaurant and actually have a good meal and time, as a poor student it’s well worth the extra euros.

Fantastic atmosphere. Great entertainment. Very friendly staff that were fantastic at their jobs. Great service. Louis was always chatty and happy. Thank you for a great time. See you all again sometime in the near future. Xx

Didn't eat in there but food looked lovely. Went for drinks a couple of times and had great laugh.doing quiz and sing songs with some good artists. Would definitely recommend the place

Sunday lunch Jan 16th. Absolutely best lamb I have ever tasted so tender, roast potato, Yorkshire pudding, vegetables and fluffy mashed potatoes. Don't scrimp on portions and great service as usual

Very friendly, went there Saturday afternoon for football. 4 large tv's all playing different games.

You'll find it hard to leave this place. The floor is really sticky. Cheap drinks, happy hour twice per evening. Any sport in the world you want to watch can be found on their TVs.

Great bar, was staying at Ficus apartments and Cactus Jacks was just down the road, literally 2 minutes away. Entertainment every night, friendly staff and even a happy hour where you get 2 for 1 on certain drinks.

Boisterous n noisy. OK if you like that kind of bar though so don't let my comment put you off. Not that clean.

I went to cactus Jack's with my partner I orded a jacket potato with bolognaise she ordered a omelette was there nearly a hour waiting when person who worked there said sorry we had misplaced your order it won't be long I got my jacket potato which I must say was huge but there was hardly and bolognaise on it. I was really disappointed that when it came to paying the bill they did not take anything off the amount we paid ie take the drinks money off the bill seeing we had waited over a hour for our meal unfortunately after experience we won't be returning

Very reasonable prices. Great happy hour. The staff are so friendly. This place has a great vibe. The kids loved it too.
