¡Fue un verdadero placer utilizar los servicios de esta empresa de alquiler! Utilicé una bicicleta de carretera Fuji Roubaix, talla 58, estado satisfactorio. Es una pena que no puedas alquilarlo por menos de 3 días, pero el precio no fue el peor: ¡aún así valió la pena! Saludos desde Polonia :)

Me decepcionó visitar este negocio. Descubrí que el inglés de la tienda (supongamos que es el propietario, Geoff, que sigue leyendo otras reseñas) tenía una mala actitud hacia el cliente. Mido 183 cm de altura y 110 kg y cuando me acercaba a la puerta de entrada, él parecía salir y de repente comenzó a moverse de izquierda a derecha como si fuera difícil pasar a mi lado. Luego hubo un saludo extraño sobre si estaba aquí para observar aves. ¡Aparentemente la pequeña cámara que colgaba de mi cuello lo provocó! De todos modos, después de que “esquivar la puerta” fracasara y ahora observara aves, tenía muchas ganas de alquilar una bicicleta para salir. Me interesaba la Fuji 29er MTB. Vi una talla grande adecuada y me sugirió que la probara. Tan pronto como di vueltas en círculo para comprobar los frenos y volví con él, me preguntó si pesaba más de 100 kg. Le dije que sí y luego se negó a alquilar la bicicleta porque afirmó que yo pesaba demasiado con la rueda trasera hundida. De joven fui mecánico de bicicletas y también tengo 6 bicicletas en casa. ¡Esto fue una tontería! Una bicicleta de carretera con cuadro de carbono y ruedas ligeras, sí. Una 29er con marco de aluminio de £ 600 con neumáticos de mtb de 2,4 pulgadas… ¡no!
O no quería que la bicicleta sufriera el desgaste de un ciclista más pesado o que la rueda o la rueda trasera estuviera hundida porque no la había mantenido correctamente. Le dije que no era para uso todoterreno sino para recorrer la caleta durante la semana, pero no estaba interesado. ¡Hora de irse!
Alquilé una bicicleta casi idéntica en otra empresa y ahora la devolví tal como la recibí. Qué hombre tan extraño. Me pregunto si tiene prejuicios contra los ciclistas más pesados.

Recientemente utilicé Caleta Cycles para alquilar dos bicicletas estándar durante sus vacaciones en Calleta de Fuste. Buena comunicación y servicio de Geoff en todo momento. Chico educado, amable y conocedor. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Gran servicio de Jeff. Es muy fácil moverse por el complejo. Bicicletas muy bonitas y bien mantenidas. Todo incluido cascos, kit de reparación y bomba. Deposite para asegurarlo y recibirá un reembolso a su regreso. Muy bien informado sobre el consejo del área de Jeff.

Geoff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I joined a group ride of 60km and his guidance and running of the group was top notch. I would definitely go back to Caleta Cycles.

Gran lugar para alquilar una bicicleta de carretera. Bicicletas decentes y buenos consejos sobre equipo y ruta. Buena manera de explorar la isla. O como diría el dueño de la tienda: "buen espectáculo".

Ridiculous shop. Done everything possible to avoid serving us and pretty obvious he didnt want to help. Bad attitude, bad service - recommend to find somewhere else!

Tienda ridícula. Hizo todo lo posible para evitar servirnos y era bastante obvio que no quería ayudar. Mala actitud, mal servicio: ¡recomiendo buscar otro lugar!

Mi padre quería reservarnos dos bicicletas de carreras para él y para mí. Al principio no quería hacer ninguna promesa, señalándole que sólo podría hacerlo cuatro semanas antes de que tuviéramos las bicicletas. Cuando mi padre volvió a preguntar, todavía no hubo confirmación.

Como cliente, no he vivido una experiencia peor en mi vida. El tipo, por su empeño en hablar español macarrónico, es incomprensible. No obstante, considera que quien no le entiende es tonto. Además, llama "alquilar una bici todo el día" a alquilarla 7 horas, y lo cobra a precio de todo el día, claro. Por cierto, con una fianza de 125 euros. Todo aberrante.

Been Meaning to leave a comment for ages, really nice guy at the bike shop. I did the tour on the road bike with him just over 100km it was brilliant and a great day

Very rude and arrogant man running the shop. Everything was a problem and it seemed he didn’t even want to rent his bikes.

Every other bike store was more welcoming with better prices

Would give zero stars if I could. One of the rudest most arrogant people we encountered on the island. Extremely rude, unhelpful and patronizing. 100% avoid this place. Suggest going to infoventura instead great prices and amazing customer service.

I was in Caleta de Fuste in January 2022. I rented road bike (Fuji) for one week and i got much more than i could expect! The owner of the shop (Jeff) organised two trips (80km and 60km) and i also went for solo rides. Fuerteventura is really safe to ride road bike and if i go once more to Fuerteventura i will rent bike at Caleta Cycles - service, bikes, communication etc.is really professional and very friendly. Jeff, greetings from Lithuania!

Have used Caleta Cycles many times over the years. Excellent friendly service, great choice of bikes good prices, and good advice.

Would definitely recommend them. I'll be using them again when I go back next week.

Hired a mountain bike for the day. Good quality bike (better than my hardtail at home), which was well serviced and set up. Supplied with a puncture repair kit, levers and pump. I'd brought along my own helmet. Really friendly and helpful support from the owner regarding where to go etc.

Had a great day cycling across the trails that run all around the local Hills and mountains. We will return to Caleta next year and I'll be paying at least another visit.

Ich habe hier im Urlaub ein sehr gutes Fahrradleihgeschäft gefunden. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und ich habe mit ihm 2 Touren über die Insel machen können. Rennrad war auch sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Waren meine Highlights in einer Woche Fuerteventura.

Nice and friendly staff, knowledgeable of bike tracks with maps too. Select power assist wide tyre electric mountain bike, it'll make a difference and shorter time to get to the beautiful pieceful white sand beach where mini bars and beach huts are

Fantastic service from Geoff! My bike was super-smooth and immaculately maintained; at a very reasonable price. Geoff was also very knowledgeable about the island and more than happy to give advice about good routes. I highly recommend Caleta Cycles!

Went out with Jeff (the owner) on a 75 mile route on 18/08/2018. Top class bloke, bikes are of a good standard. The route choice was amazing.

Nothing is too much trouble for Jeff! His knowledge of bikes is easily matched by his knowledge of the island. The service here is first class. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Jeff runs a fantastic bikeshop! My family rented 4 mountain bikes to explore the island for a week. (We had a great time.) The bikes were in top shape, prices were good. Jeff gave us all the necessary tools to fix any tire damages, but fortunately no damage happened. When we come back to Fuerteventura, we will rent again with Jeff. His shop is conveniently located 10 min south of the airport in Caleta de Fuste, right on the beach promenade.

Somehow friendly in the beginning but then suddenly things changed and he demanded 1800, - € deposit in cash for two mountain bikes, because he allegedly had trouble with someone else in the past. Sorry, but thats the wrong way to run a business.

Found to be very arrogant annoyingly tried to justify my son would fit on a 56cm frame when he’s 6’2”

Joined Jeff on a guided bike tour to Betancuria. Bike was great and well maintained. Very professional and safe ride leader.
