Alquilamos un Fiat 500 descapotable y recorrimos el Teide durante un día. Todo funcionó bien. Se acordó bien el horario de recogida y devolución del coche.

Obtuvimos mucha información sobre el coche y los controles cuando lo recogimos. También recibimos buenas instrucciones sobre dónde y cómo devolver el coche.

Recomiendo. En general, recomiendo ver la isla también por tu cuenta, por ejemplo en coche.

Totalmente recomendable. Alquilamos un Fiat Panda durante dos días y ningún problema. Excelente servicio y personas muy amables.

Alquilé un coche muy bonito (automático) durante dos días. Solo caminé a su tienda y pudimos tomar el automóvil de inmediato. Agradable y rápido contacto con el propietario. ¡Muy recomendable!

Llamé y fueron comprensivos, rápidos y baratos. Nos recogieron en el hotel solo 15 minutos después de llamar, tenían las llaves y el automóvil poco después, tenga en cuenta que esto estaba incluido en el precio ya bajo.

Tuve contacto con ellos durante todo el tiempo que dejé el automóvil en un estacionamiento además del Hotel y las llaves en la recepción donde nos hospedamos. Increíble servicio, lo recomiendo!

Habe mich ganz spontan für einen Mietwagen entschieden. Total einfache Abwicklung des Papierkrams. Keine Probleme, obwohl ich erst 21 bin und meinen Führerschein noch nicht einmal 3 jahre habe. Die Empfehlungen, wo man lang fahren könnte und was man sich dort anschauen kann, waren sehr gut um die Insel in all ihren Facetten kennen zu lernen. Auch das abgeben nach 19 Uhr war überhaupt kein Problem. Einfach im näheren Umkreis zum Büro parken und einem Mitarbeiter ein foto vom Standort zukommen lassen.
Sehr empfehlenswerte Autovermietung mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wenn ich wieder mal in Puerto de la cruz bin, komme ich gern hierher zurück. Danke.

Muy buena acogida, pudimos intercambiar durante nuestra estancia una moto o un coche, sin ningún problema y ningún problema durante la devolución, una foto y un mensaje en WhatsApp, válido por el gerente la misma noche.
Recomendado, y muy bien ubicado en Puerto de la Cruz

Un servicio rápido, económico y eficaz con coche prácticamente nuevos y fáciles de manejar, aparte de las facilidades que ponen para entregar el coche, una maravilla vamos, le daría 10 estrellas si pudiera.

Great experience with them, no issues with the rental, fast, accommodating, hassle free.no deposit and everything is included in the price.the car can be booked the day before, they are not fussy about the signs of the car (full casko) and they came to the hotel when they picked it up.recommended!

Gran experiencia con ellos, sin problemas con el alquiler, rápido, servicial y sin complicaciones.sin depósito y todo está incluido en el precio. El coche se puede reservar el día anterior, no son quisquillosos con las señales del coche (casko lleno) y vinieron al hotel cuando lo recogieron. ¡¡¡recomendado!

Hired a Fiat Panda for 2 days. Its been a great experience car had an almost full tank of fuel. No high deposits can drop car off at your hote, great customer service we will be using them again next time.

Reserva muy fácil y rápida del coche directamente en el sitio en Puerto Cruze. Los precios son significativamente más baratos que en el aeropuerto o en línea en los portales de alquiler de coches habituales. Buen servicio, autos decentes y útiles consejos de viaje. Quedamos muy satisfechos y solo podemos recomendarlo. ¡Con gusto otra vez!

Trato fatal a la hora de intentar extender el ultimo día para poder ir al aeropuerto.resumen, nos quedamos tirados con un coche que marca fallo de motor y otra avería más que sale un triángulo con una exclamación, que nose que quiere decir.pero otra más, luego la sillita que proporcionaron para mi hijo (gratuita, todo hay q decirlo, aunque si llego a saber pido que me cobren y me den una en condiciones y que si me para lo policia no me vayan a multar, ni corra riesgo la vida de mi hijo) me la dieron en unas pésimas condiciones ya que las cuerdas que van de la sillita al cierre de seguridad estaban rotas por lo que tuve que ir haciendo nudos para que mi hijo no saliera del asiento. Coda que intento innumerables veces.vergonzoso, primera y última vez. LO UNICO QUE NO ME GUSTO DE TENERIFE FUERON USTEDES, ENHORABUENA!

Very friendly staff, gave us very good advice where to go and what to do. Reliable car and good communication: we wanted to rent the car a few extra days because we liked the freedom so much and it was no problem at all and was arranged within 5 minutes. Definitely a recommendation and we will go back next time we are here. Car was 30 euros per day and no added charges or deposits. 10/10 rating.

Have used Canmacar over the past 4 visits to Puerto de la Cruz, the staff can’t be more helpful, always a Car available, the prices are best around and the cars too! If your going to rent car I’d have to say these are your guys!

Could not have had a more positive experience. It is so rare to find a car rental that isn't trying to scam you or charge you extra for some invented reason. They are really the best car rental service I've ever used

Wir konnten kurzfristig und unkompliziert morgens ein Auto für den Tag mieten. Abgabe und Abholung waren unkompliziert und wir haben noch Ausflugstipps bekommen. Alles super!

Guys helped me out big time. The car was okay. Got it during the peak season without pre-booking on the same day. Registration was straight forward. Everything explained. Friendly and quick. Also owner has domr cool photos of his hillclimb racing Renault. If you want to support local motorsport enthusiasts make sure to rent the car from here! Good luck!:)

Very efficient service. I made the reservation very easy by phone and Whatsapp. I’ve never seen a woman who filled in the form that fast. The Fiat Panda had scratches but for me it was perfect, because it made me less scared to damage the car. We needed the car for a walk to the top of El Teide. Unfortunately the cablecar didn’t went up because of the weather. Via Whatsapp I asked for another day reservation, and she reassured me, I could rent the car another day. I had to go back the next morning to fill in a new form. We could bring back the car around 8 o’clock. The car drove perfect.

We rented a car without prior reservation and within 15 minutes we left the rental. Fiat Panda pleasantly surprised us in hilly terrain.
Top service - before returning we parked the car near the hotel where we were accommodated and the key had to be left only at the reception. We recommend!

Terrible service! Avoid it!

Even though it is a small company that conveniently has minimum paperwork, the car was in terrible condition, very used interior, and the car was given with empty gas tank. No refunds as money are paid upfront, before seeing the car.
