Comida deliciosa y excelente ambiente, el dueño es muy amable y muy atento al servicio, camareros amables y rápidos.
Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que vaya a Puerto del Carmen.

Este año debo decir que fue terrible comenzar el 2024 con comida desagradable.
El entrante estaba frío y mis amigos, las almejas y los mejillones, estaban cerrados, entonces, ¿cómo podría alguien comer esta comida?
Absolutamente repugnante pero todavía querían pagar.
EVITA ESTE LUGAR terminarás enfermo.

Sigue siendo el mejor mexicano de la ciudad en lo que a mí respecta, la comida es de primera clase, el personal muy profesional y un ambiente encantador en el lugar. Hay que probarlo.

Servicio adorable, uno de los únicos restaurantes donde no te acosan para entrar. Fuimos allí dos veces, fue genial.

Estuve sentado aquí durante la última hora y todavía no recibimos nuestro plato principal. El servicio es deplorable en comparación con todos los demás restaurantes del Strip.

No me puedo quejar del servicio, la comida o el ambiente.

Cada plato de comida era sabroso, caliente y sabroso.

La comida se sirvió rápidamente y el vino también era bueno.

Lo recomendaría y volvería.

Vinimos por una recomendación, y la verdad que dio en el clavo! Platos abundantes y una calidad increíble, yo no era muy de mexicanos pero apartir de hoy son mis preferidos. El equipo de camareros increíbles, a cada cual más simpático, sinceramente pongo un 10 tanto al local y comida como al equipo de camareros, no creo que haya que mejorar nada. Gracias!

La comida estuvo realmente deliciosa. Nos sentamos afuera en la misma mesa, donde habíamos tomado una copa durante el almuerzo. En ambas ocasiones nos recibieron muy amablemente. Después de comer por la noche y retirar los platos, queríamos comer postre. De repente alguien vino con la cuenta y dijo: "Señoras, la cuenta para ustedes". No nos preguntaron "¿Le gustaría pedir algo más? " o algo así. No, dejaron el cuenco y el hombre se fue. Menos de 10 segundos después, el Sr. No. 2 insistió en pagar y un poco más tarde el Sr. No. 3. Tres hombres diferentes que simplemente apartaron la mirada de nosotros. Un giro extraño y un servicio muy antipático.
Por supuesto no pedí más postre y me fui, a diferencia de la tarde, esta vez sin propina.

Lástima, porque la comida era realmente genial.

Venimos a menudo y en la última visita la atención dejó mucho que desear, no nos ofrecieron chupito final como a las 2 mesas que estaban a nuestro alrededor, los cuales eran turistas evidentemente, y eso que nuestra cuenta era mas alta, tampoco nos dieron las gracias en el pago tal y como si hicieron nuevamente con las mesas de alrededor. La verdad que nos sentimos hasta discriminados por ser residentes de la isla. Evidentemente han perdido unos clientes.

La comida deliciosa, precio-calidad-cantidad perfecto, todo está muy bien organizado, es decir, todos hacen algo diferente y abarcan todo. En definitiva volveré.

Nous y sommes retournés 2x sur la semaine tant c était bon, original, très soigné dans la présentation et les serveurs hyper sympas. Le vin, la sangria, les plats très copieux et bons.

Food was good, lots of different types of food on the menu. We had nachos, shrimp tacos and seafood paella. Staff was friendly. Good prices, cocktails are also very nice. I recommend the tex mex cocktail.

Espectacular, tanto la carne como el pescado. Nos dejamos aconsejar por el personal, por cierto encantador, y fue todo un acierto. Calidad y frescura prácticamente incomparables en Puerto del Carmen.

Food was good but we were a party of 4 and one person ordered a texted pizza and was served 15 minutes after the rest of us and when we commented on it when paying the bill a comment was made that maybe if we wanted pizza we should have went to an Italian restaurant.

No entiendo que tenga 4,3. Soy hostelero y es el típico sitio al que nunca entraría por parecer el sitio turístico de turno. Nada que ver. Servicio muy amable, agradable. Producto muy bueno y lo mejor el consejo de su gerente.
Repetiremos en estos días porque estamos asustados de lo bueno que está todo!

Amazing Mexican food here! The mixed fajitas (steak & chicken) were amazing. I asked for extra cheese and they defo listened I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a decent Mexican!

I was loosing faith in eating out in Porto Del Carmen until we jumped amongst a well established queue to get in here! Well worth it! 5 in our company! Ordered 2 sharing platers! Say no more! Gorgeous and plentiful! No one finished their main course and we all can put food away! Except obviously the girls in our company who wouldn't be guilty of this tasty indulgence!

Muy buen Restaurante para comer, servicio y atención muy bueno. Presentación de platos muy buena y generosa para repetir.

Es un sitio que solemos frecuentar porque nos encanta la comida mexicana, se encuentra en la avenida de Puerto del Carmen, frente a playa grande, lugar maravilloso, local grande y amplio con un aura auténtico mexicano.
Cada vez que vamos se mejoran, los platos, la elaboración, todo. Cuando los pruebas sientes el auténtico sabor mexicano.sabor, presentación, elaboración, todo sublime, recomiendo todos los platos para probar, sobretodo los burritos y los tacos de langostinos son de otra galaxia. Tienen una oferta de combo especial para compartir entre 2 personas, dónde puedes degustar la mayoría de elaboraciones, que está fenomenal a cuanto a cantidad y precio.
El servicio es fantástico, todos muy atentos con las comandas y rápido en servirlo todo.
Sin lugar a dudas, de todos los mexicanos que he probado en la isla, éste es el mejor con diferencia, por todo en general, tardando estás en ir a degustarlo.

Like the decor, its in front of the beach, portion sizes are great. The nachos were some of the best I had in a long time and my tip would be to stick to Tex Mex when you visit. On the down side beer is expensive (3.25) which balances out reasonably priced food and the "American" food such as chicken wings and onion rings are just substandard. Mixed feelings I suppose.

La comida estaba muy rica, la ensalada cesar
El pollo de las fajitas picaban un montón y casi incomibles. Y a los camareros les falta un poco más de vida y carisma.
El sitio es muy bonito y está al borde de la playa

Très bon par contre un serveur un peu trop pressé. Qualité prix rien a redire. Leur Chili cone carne est très bon.

So the food was amazing always is, but our food came before our drinks yet it was not busy. Unfortunately we felt unwelcome staff ignored us, along with some other Irish couples there. They picked favourites with their tables and engaged with fellow Spanish. Wich was a shame.in future I will go to the same branch further up the road as they are more welcoming.

Amazing venue, staff friendly, food lovely, they do a special on chicken fajitas! Gets busy between 7pm-8: 30pm

What you’d expect from a mexican restaurant, fast service, food with a kick and friendly staff.located on the strip, so hard to miss, chile con carne was good, fiancé enjoyed chicken enchiladas. Overall good experience

Food that's enough to make your stomach turn. Ordered chorizo to start and was served makeshift hot dogs. The main was the worst, chicken chimichangas, the chicken was slightly pink which I left, and any chicken that was cooked tasted like it had been cooked days before.

I sent the chimichangas backed but they still charged us. I said to the waiter in Spanish they weren't good, we didn't eat them, however he replied 'yes but you ate some'.

I just paid and left couldn't be bothered with the upheaval. Think there's a few of these Mexicans, wouldn't waste your money or potential health.

Very nice restaurant, food was good, we had chilli, chicken wings and enchiladas, overall we really enjoyed it, staff are very friendly and service is excellent, would recommend paying a visit to the cantina

Mi experiencia a sido nefasta no había kien se comiera la brocheta de pollo después de tenerla como 20 minutos enfriándose.pero mi marido pidió paletilla de cordero y estaba genial.agradecemos la amabilidad de un camarero joven k la verdad ns entendió puede k volvamos eso si sin comer pollo

Dined here with my wife last night. Very poor quality food. My wife chose from the specials board sirloin steak with jacket potato and vegetables. The steak was tasteless and tough and the vegetables were swimming in oil and cold. I chose local grilled fish and canarian potatoes with veg. The fish was OK the potatoes were very nice but only 4 tiny ones while the veg was also cold and oily.
Won't be back. Plenty of other options locally. I would not recommend Barbacoa Grill

Un local muy bien decorado con buena atención por parte del personal, sin embargo, caro, una pechuga de pollo rellena 13€? Vale. Ahora, un botellín de Heineken 3€. Pero estamos locos o que?

Servicio de los camareros muy malo. Tiraran la carta y los cubiertos en la mesa. No ayudan en la explicación de la carta. No eran atentos si queremos bebidas. El camarero se enfadó cuando no hemos dejado propina. La comida estába bastante bien hasta que encontré una piedrita volcánica de la playa en mi plato.

I have been in Lanzarote with my family for just over a week now and this is the best place we have eaten!
The steak was beautiful and portions are good sizes, I would definitely recommend the Chateaubriand between two.

The cocktails were great, the children's meals got big thumbs up from the kids, and the service was impeccable.

We got to the restaurant for about 18: 45 and were seated straight away but it gets busy very quickly, and understandably so. When we left, the wait was about 45 minutes for a table, but it would absolutely be worth the wait!

Lovely place with fabulous staff. Came here as a lone traveller and made welcome. Steak fillet was cooked exactly as I asked, to perfection

Gorgeous food. Spotless. But too hot inside with cooking going on both ends needs to have air con turned on.

Good local food probably the best meal we had all holiday. Downside is we found it a very long wait to get served which with young children was difficult.

Went for a meal at Don Rafael last night. I was drawn to the place for it's old time charm, the decor is very tastefully done to the wood beams, table & chairs inlaid with tiles advertising the place. On the ceiling was an old farm cart & other farming equipment adorned the walls. The grill area is open so you can see what the chef's are cooking for you over barbecue grills. All steaks & meats are on display in glass refrigerated units & all looks fresh & prime cuts. The staff are friendly & welcoming service was professional. I had the entrecot beef steak with chips vegetables & my partner had the mixed grill it was cooked to perfection & looked delicious & tasted delicious too! It was washed down with a lovely bottle of crisp white vin sol very refreshing. The meal was reasonably priced & we will definitely go again & recommend fully for everyone to give it a try!

Best meal that we have had this week. Steak was cooked to perfection veg selection was great and the chips were amazing. Sweets to die for. Staff friendly and helpful.

Prime rib cooked beautifully, paella was nice, female waitress very chatty nice personal touch nice dessert too

Just recently visited and we both had a very nice fillet steak. Staff were lovely and would strongly recommend. Gracious. Well worth a visit.

I got what they called a, beef shank. It certainly was not drip of the bone beef as described, it was totally disgusting, tough, and cold at the bone, the waitress said, I will take it off the bill, big deal. I did hear good things about this place but I certainly won't be back. DISAPPOINTED

Great food but not enough waiting staff. They are constantly on the go and struggle to keep on top of drink orders once you have ordered. If the staff had a few less tables to look after they woukd have more time to look after their customers. Wouldn't put me off going again. But would be a simple fix to improve service.

Went there for Mexican food, no spice, no zing. Uses quantity to make up for quality. Service pleasant, but forgot to ask about water, forgot my last drink. On the plus side the bill came quickly and was accurate.

In my opinion portions are huge. You could split 1 burrito or 1 fajitas in 2 people. Quality is good!

Fabulous steak restaurant with live music some nights. Lovely staff and the food is amazing, all cooked on an open flame BBQ.

Food is good and reasonably priced, but service was near non existent. Waiters were disinterested, orders often got muddled and there is a good chance you'll be serenaded by a Mariachi band whether you asked for it or not

Chicken and gambas were dry and tastes awefull. I asked for food and fajitas without beans because I am allergic. There must have been beans in something else aswell because I was sick all night.

Beautiful surroundings great staff very efficient. This was our first visit.food amazing. I had chicken and meat kebab delicious. We can't wait to go back.will book a table as it is busy place.

My favourite restaurant in Puerto del Carmen. Food and drinks were delicious. Service was brilliant.

Nice decor but Chicken Fajita was awful. 4 people around us left it and each one was asked why (including my wife), the waiter and waitress were told it was awful. None of them were asked would they like another meal and all were charged in full. My food was fairly good but not great.
Won't be going back.

The two stars are for the nice waiters (bit hiper due to old school boss: i trust no one, am the boss, so I can do and say what I want.) and the nice space: it looks nice and ambiance is ok. The food unfortunately is very bad, in the sense it’s bland, no love in it, no spice, tasteless.

Food was tasty but only warm could have been hotter. Staff not very welcoming to us but looking around they were to their regulars. I reckon it was because we were dress for beach and others were dressed for dinner.

Nice interior, friendly relaxed and efficient staff but food although beautifully presented.processed and dry. Too much focus on presentation and not the quality of food. Sorry folks but Emma's Catina in the village vastly better.

It's our favourite restaurant, food, service and price deserve a 5 star any day or night of the week.

Overall brilliant experience. Staff are nice. Food is delicious. The only thing we felt was that it was very busy and if you weren't part of a group of diners you were kind of forgotten about. I asked for a dessert menu and never got one so we just asked for the bill. I would definitely recommend you try this place, but not at peak times.

Nice staff, great atmosphere, both our dishes too dry and too processed, felt more like canteen food than cantina.

Not so sure what restaurant Laura from Sheffield went to but it was not this one

Restaurante mexicano donde cenamos estupendamente. Llegamos tarde y sin reserva y no hubo problema para sentarnos. Las raciones nos parecieron bastante grandes, pero nos dimos cuenta después de haber pedido así que faltó poco para "reventar". Los sabores bastante intensos. El trato muy atento y amable durante toda la cena. Si vuelvo a Lanzarote tengo claro que me acercaré algún día.
