He utilizado muchos servicios de alquiler de autos y puedo decir con confianza que Car Rental en Trc tiene el mejor servicio. Por correo electrónico, selecciono rápidamente el coche adecuado según las características que necesito. Siempre hay muchos coches disponibles. Nunca he tenido una situación en la que el automóvil estuviera en malas condiciones o que el propietario Oli y la empresa familiar de su padre brindaran el mejor servicio y confianza a tiempo para una reunión de transferencia de automóvil y todo eso. Estoy contento con el trabajo de este servicio. Podría darle 10 estrellas si puedo. Como tuve un TSI de golf del 7 al 17 de abril
Definitivamente regresaría otra vez y gracias.

Como siempre tuve malas experiencias con otros autos de alquiler, pero recomendaría a cualquiera que reserve un auto con Trc y hable con Oli.

Mi amigo reservó un coche por correo electrónico con Car Rental, especificando claramente nuestro destino.

Una vez allí, alegando un problema con su seguro, la empresa de alquiler se negó a entregarnos el coche, dejándonos sin solución a pesar de que teníamos que llegar rápidamente a nuestro destino.

Debido a esta empresa de alquiler deshonesta, mi amigo se vio obligado a pagar casi 200 euros más del presupuesto que habíamos previsto para las vacaciones. Gracias a él, tuvimos que alquilar inesperadamente, cautivos de los precios ofrecidos por la única otra empresa de alquiler disponible en ese momento.

En resumen, esta empresa de alquiler, sin ningún escrúpulo, nos arruinó el inicio de las vacaciones provocándonos un gran estrés. Por su actitud, casi nos echó a perder el resto. Ésta no es la actitud que se espera de una empresa orientada a los turistas sino la de hombres de negocios ocupados que no se preocupan por los clientes. Si realmente planeas recuperar un coche rápidamente, sigue tu camino.

Muy buena experiencia con el alquiler de la empresa. Fácil recogida del coche en el aeropuerto y devolución. El coche estaba genial y no tuvimos ningún problema con nada. Solo pon gasolina y estarás listo para las aventuras. Gracias y nos vemos de nuevo.

I am absolutely happy with my renting experience at TRC! No hidden fees or upselling, I paid exactly what I was told. Reasonable price. No deposit, 250 EUR deductible, which would be charged if I had an accident. The car was well maintained.

Only, I don't recommend a 1 liter engine for the steep roads on Tenerife. I went full throttle at high engine speeds, otherwise the car slowed down!

I added a minor scuff on the car, unfortunately, but, as promised, I was not charged any extra for it. Excellent communication via email and in person. When I come next time, I am renting at TRC (if they will be happy to give me another car after the aforementioned accident, haha)

Excellent service throughout. I even spoke to someone on the phone to confirm details as we booked at fairly short notice. Car was waiting for us in the on-airport car park, and car was clean, reliable and compact, which was useful on some of the mountain roads! Good value, I thought, and no hidden surprises.

Really happy about the conditions: someone is waiting for you at the parking of the airport. Just a few papers to sign and everything is done. For the return also. The car was clean, working properly and the prices were ok for a busy week like this. I recommend without any doubt.

As everyone else, went along with TRC Cars based on the stellar review score that they have and wasn't dissapointed. We got the car handed to us on Christmas evening (sorry about that), mind you! Car was in very good condition, clean and everything.
No hidden fees, no nothing.
As a sidenote, I recommend getting a car with a bit more horse power for Tenerife if you're planning on going up Mount Teide roads.

The most easiest car rental ever. I've arranged car rental via e-mail one month prior to our trip. When we arrived, an employee (or the owner) was waiting for us at the meeting point. Filled some papers, paid and that was it. On the departure, we've just left the car at the same spot. No hidden expenses and fair price.

I highly recommend TRC having rented a car with them for a few days in December 2022. The vehicles was clean and the customer service is some of the best I’ve come across. You will not have to deal with push insurance sale and a paperwork takes a few minutes.
Pickups/drop-offs from the public car park in the airport, fast response to email/calls and zero issues throughout the rental period. All this whilst offering reasonable prices with insurance included and zero fuss. I will use them again during next visit.

Une fois sur place, prétextant un problème d'assurance, le loueur a refusé de nous remettre la voiture, nous laissant sans solution alors que nous devions rejoindre rapidement notre destination.

À cause de ce loueur malhonnête, mon ami a été obligé de débourser presque 200 Euros de plus que le budget que nous avions prévu pour les vacances. À cause de lui, nous avons dû louer à l'improviste, captifs des prix proposés par le seul autre loueur disponible à cet instant.

Pour résumer, ce loueur nous a, sans aucun scrupules, gâché le début de nos vacances en nous occasionnant un très gros stress. Par son attitude, il a manqué de nous gâcher la suite. Ce n'est pas l'attitude attendue d'une compagnie qui s'adresse à des vacanciers mais celle de businessmen pressés qui se fichent des clients.

Really god price for a rwnt a car on Teneriffe. The communication was great and fast. Taking and giving the car back was easy. The workers are great and very helpful. The car (Hyundai i10) we rented (as they call it Lucy) was amazing car for two of us. Little but comfortable. We had no problem with narrow streets and parking at all. All in all, when we go to Teneriffe again, we will definitely rent a car from this company. All recommendations!

Delivered on time, the paperwork took about 10 minutes and absolutely no extra insurance hard sell. Reasonable price too. I would definitely use TRC again and recommend them highly.

Very friendly staff en good priced car’s. It was very easy to make an appointment by e-mail and phone. Super service and very accurate staff. We rented a Fiat Panda for 2.5 months from December 2021 to March 2022. The rental price was way cheaper than the regular rental companies and the service was excellent. The car was dropped off at the place we rented and we were able to return it to the airport when we left. This was not a brand new car but it was well maintained and did better on the roads than many of the newer cars we saw. If you want a reasonably priced rental from a great family run company we recommend that this is the place to rent your car. You will not be disappointed. They also have reasonably priced newer cars if you want to spend more money. The are the most economical place to rent from based on our research and the service was excellent.

If you're reading the reviews of the big car rental companies at the airport amd feeling desperate, do yourself a favor and call these guys.
They pucked us from the airport, drove us to their offices and yave us a car with a great price and ho est insurance policy.

Excellent service, excellent price. Friendly staff, pickup and dropoff all flexible. Little Hyundai was perfect for the couple of weeks stay. Child seat supplied was in excellent condition and saved a lot of messing with baggage. Would use again without doubt!

If you are lucky enough to come across to their website, look no further. The communication was smooth and easy and their service was excellent. There was no hidden cost and totally hassle/stress free. They delivered the car to our accommodation and we dropped it off at the airport at the end of our trip, absolutely zero stress! Contact with car hire was really good. They picked me up from my place and answered all my questions regarding the content of a contract for car hire.

This is exactly the company you are looking for if you don't want to deal with the huge international car rentals. Though they deliver cars to different locations, I chose to pick it up at their main office in Chafiras and it was great to see the good "oldschoolness" of the operations. Face to face service, no rush, no queue, all explained with detail. Most of all a clean, new and well maintained car for a very competitive price. I took something more sporty for last three days of our stay from another (local) company and it was a completely different experience. If you go to the southern part of the island, I don't think there is a better choice than TRC.

If you need a car on Tenerife then look no further than this friendly, family run, car hire business.

We have experienced great service (the car was even brought to us at our hotel!) and all interaction with the individual employees was uttermost pleasant. Exceptional service and great car. The almost brand new car was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. When we went to La Gomera by ferry they dropped us of and picked us up from the harbour. This level of service is what every car rental should strive for.

Very nice rental service. The staff was helpful and polite. We managed to rent a car without reservation and it was available in 2 days. That was almost a miracle because other car rentals required to book a cat at least 2 weeks in advance.

We hired a car for 3 days and they were incredibly helpful, brining the car to us as we were in a village away from the coast, bringing my glasses to the airport as i had accidntally left them in the car on return and generally running a straightforward and honest outfit with no hidden costs. I will always use these guys for car rental when I come to Tenerife. I have tried over 20 different rental companies all over the world and there is such a massive difference when you rent off a small business than when you rent off a massive corporation. Great prices with no hidden fees (and no stress that their might be some small print you missed). Car rental companies are not always portrayed in a good light, but I just returned my car today, I forgot to fill it up.what happened? Extra charges? Nope - they came running out to inform me and let me go and fill up. And this was almost an hour after they were supposed to close. Fantastic service.

I always use TRC as they were recommended by a friend after having been ripped off by so many car companies in Tenerife. There’s no queueing at the airport desks getting a car from there can take hours, no crazy deposits and additional insurance costs. They are extremely reliable, you only pay what you’re quoted, they’re very flexible if you need to change your dates and they are a family run company which is far better to support than all the big companies. The cars are always clean and serviced and in 3.5 years never has one broken down and over a year I probably have one on rent for a total of six months.

On previous Holidays I've been stung by the Insurance and other payments. Here's a straight, honest one off fee including Insurance, Car delivered and collected and nice people with it. Excellent, friendly, helpful, reassuring service. I was stuck without a car, and this family run company went out of their way on Christmas Eve to help me out. As a result, 7 days in beautiful Tenerife were eventful, and not full of fretting as to when the next bus is coming and trying to grab lifts from people. I would vouch for the professionalism of this car hire company.
