Buen resort situado en Puerto del Carmen. Tranquilidad y amabilidad. Perfecto para ir con familia o pareja. Desconexión. Tiene piscina, gimnasio, dos bares/restaurante. Todo accesible. Está pensado para personas con movilidad reducida.

¡No es tan agradable como hace 2 años, pero aun así es muy recomendable!

Desafortunadamente ya no se puede desayunar junto a la piscina como antes, lo cual me pareció una pena porque entonces era muy agradable. Desafortunadamente, la habitación ya no estaba en la colina con una hermosa vista.

Siempre hubo espacio disponible, muy buen gimnasio en comparación con otros hoteles. La comida fue satisfactoria. La ubicación del hotel fue estupenda para mí como ciclista, ya que es una manera fácil de alejarme de Puerto del Carmen. Definitivamente vendría otra vez.

Lugar muy agradable, piscina climatizada en la cima.
Desayuno abundante y variado.
El único inconveniente es la falta de equipamiento en las habitaciones, lo mínimo en el baño.
Limpieza realizada una vez por semana.

Estuvimos aquí para una boda y ¡todo fue absolutamente perfecto! Recomendaría Casas Heddy a todos los que conozco y volveremos con nuestra hija muy pronto

Tuve mucha suerte de elegir este hotel para mi primera estancia en Lanzarote. El hotel está situado en una colina sobre Puerto del Carmen, con excelente acceso en coche, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto (hay suficiente aparcamiento privado disponible de forma gratuita) y, como tal, consta de varias "casas/habitaciones" pequeñas en un gran jardín/parque. El ambiente es realmente tranquilo y limpio, el hotel ofrece excelentes servicios y la comida es excelente. Si visitara Lanzarote la próxima vez, esta sería mi primera opción nuevamente.

¡Tuve la estadía más fantástica en Casas Heddy! Desde el momento en que llegué, quedé impresionado por el ambiente cálido y acogedor. El personal fue increíblemente atento y se aseguró de que cada aspecto de mi estancia fuera perfecto.

Un lugar ideal para pasar unos dias en tranquilidad y reservado. Las habitaciones están en grupos y la verdad es que parece que no haya nadie aunque esté lleno. El personal son muy profesionales tanto recepción, restauración y limpieza.

Hermosos lugares para unas excelentes vacaciones. Nada que decir personal atento, muy buen desayuno limpieza en la parte superior

Me encanta Casas Heddy. Esta instalación es un pequeño paraíso.
Las habitaciones son sencillas y espaciosas. Con un pequeño centro de rehabilitación y deporte (con personal capacitado profesionalmente), una gran piscina climatizada de agua salada donde el restaurante con cocina al aire libre evoca platos locales y ofrece saludables refrigerios, bebidas y batidos durante el día, my Casa Heddy es el lugar ideal.para relajarme y hacer algo por mi cuerpo. Todas las actividades son gratuitas excepto los tratamientos. ¡La instalación está completamente libre de barreras!
No en vano extiendo mi estadía cada vez que estoy aquí. Ya estoy deseando que llegue la próxima vez.

Casas Heddy is a very special place in the heart of beautiful Lanzarote. It's a little bit of paradise really. The place is so beautiful with graceful palm trees framing the lovely walking paths. A wonderful heated pool to relax and exercise in. Fully equipped gym if you want some personalised fitness. The staff are wonderful, ever helpful and patient. It's a peaceful place I always love to return to.

We just loved our recent stay at Casas Heddy and will definitely return. Maybe a bit of walk for some into Puerto del Carmen but well worth the effort.

Incominciamo con il dire che l’hotel è molto pulito e il personale gentilissimo, però sembra più un ospedale che un hotel, la stanza in cui siamo stati era vecchia e mal ridotta, le porte della doccia si staccavano!
Di notte era impossibile dormire per il rumore del frigorifero e la luce che passava dalle tende sottilissime. Inoltre i letti si muovevano scivolando sul pavimento…
La colazione è anche pessima e insapore senza nessun prodotto di qualità.
Forse è più adatta a un altro tipo di clientela, se siete giovani lo sconsiglio.
Per questi prezzi c’è molto ma molto di meglio

* problems with canalization - when raining or having shower water stays in bathroom or even enters the room. We complained at the reception and cleaning lady was allegedly sent to dry the floor but we found the room the same way as we left it
* ugly industrial tiles in bathroom
* room cleaned only 2 times during 7 days stay
* cocroaches spotted coming out of canal entering the room
* worst pizza I have eaten in my whole life in hotel restaurant - cost me almost 10 Eur
* rooms separated by doors only - you can hear TV from other guests

Location and gardens were quiet. Easy to walk to beach and harbour.
Wellness center with excellent physcio and well equipped gym
Staff are so helpful and friendly.
Owners have great vision for Casas Heddy and wish them luck.

Just back from a 10 day stay at Cassas Heddy and loved every minute of it. Room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, table and chairs outside every room aswell as ur own sunbeds just outside the door. Pool area and grounds were well cared for and very clean. All staff were so friendly and helpful and tried their best to meet your needs. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Gym facilities were excellent and also a choice of fitness classes to take part in. Situated in a quiet area but only a short walk into the main area where there are planty restaurants, shops, bars etc. At top of a hill, but not too bad if u like a walk, taxi from the beachfront to hotel was only 4 euros. Will definitely return here, we enjoyed it so much.

Un lugar acogedor, limpio, personal muy atento, habitaciones adaptadas, la única pega es que cuando lo visitamos habíamos pocos clientes y el bufet estaba cambiado de ubicación

Une très belle expérience hôtelière dans un cadre fantastique avec un personnel excellent le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel surtout ne changez rien! Continuer dans cette direction

+Very quiet place, nice pool area, cozy bed, gym, nice and helpful staff, buffet was nice - a la card dinner was not so good, breakfast coffee is not so tasty (but incl + better charge 1-2 Euro extra for nice coffee)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu zweit dort. Vor allem der Pool hat mir gefallen. Sehr nettes und Service-freundliches Personal. Leckere Restaurants in der Umgebung.

As a solo traveler I had one of my best holidays ever at Casas Heddy. This serene place offered everything I needed. Delicious food, great activities, lovely staff and it was easy to connect with the other guests. I loved to explore Lanzarote from this resort that felt like home. I extended my stay and will definitely come back.

No sabíamos que el sitio era para personas con necesidades especiales y ancianos, las habitaciones parecen de hospital, ducha sin plato adaptado para sillas de ruedas que dejaba todo empapado al ducharte. Nos hubiera gustado saber esto de antemano. La comida del desayuno dejaba bastante que desear y solo desayunamos un dia porque no nos gustó. Me parecio caro para lo que fue. Como cosas positivas los empleados fueron muy agradables y limpios, bien situados, zona tranquila, y había muchos gatitos:)

Just back from a great week here. Staff lovely, room good huge joice of breakfast every day. Not really suited to younger people as very quiet.
Would return in a heartbeat.

Well I went for a relaxing week, didn't know what to expect, but Casas Heddy exceeded my expectations. The grounds are kept beautiful, the pool is fabulous, and the staff can't do enough for you. The rooms are ideal, very clean and all that you need. I only stayed bed and breakfast, and the food I could not fault. I will be returning as it's one of the nicest places I have been. Thankyou Casas Heddy for a wonderful holiday.

As a mobile person. I had a very humble experience of what could be? Whatever the race of the people. This place should have a gold standard. Also all the staff are available always. Day and night. Love and hugs. John spreadbury. Or Johni walker.

Muy buen sitio para desconectar y descansar! Poca variedad en el bufet, pero la comida no estaba mal.

Don't know if I should share this, but this hotel as others say is a hidden gem deserves the 5 star's.

Lovely quiet accommodation. Clean. Lovely work space in my apartment also. Lovely secluded places to swim nearby on hike to Puerto Calero.

Just arrived after a 6 nights stay in this lovely hotel.
The staff and their customer service was incredible Carina, Tito and Manuel all ensured we are being looked after and even printed out boarding cards for the return flights. Michal from the entertainment team always ensured we have some fun each day and we have our best holiday so far.

Very nice and quiet place, very clean and stuff is very friendly. It's not really hotel, it's rehabilitation centre but at summer time they rent rooms. Close to the town center for night life lovers. Recommended
