Lungosas y tranquilas, bonitas piscinas.
Las habitaciones están perfectamente bien, limpieza fantástica.
Buen desayuno y buena cena.

Fuimos invitados por tercera vez a nuestro campo de entrenamiento de ciclismo y, como siempre, estábamos muy emocionados.las habitaciones, es decir, las de la planta baja con terraza, son simplemente geniales y siempre nos hacen felices porque no No tienes que subir escaleras por las ruedas y todo es súper fácil. Al igual que el personal.simplemente realmente genial. La cena es solo de 3 estrellas, nada especial, simplemente te llenas. El desayuno tiene todo lo que necesitas. Vuelve con nosotros en 12 días. Luego el avión finalmente vuelve a partir.hacia el hotel calentito. Volveremos

Excelentes instalaciones, súper limpio, gente amable, comida deliciosa, buenos precios. Servicio genial

Es la cuarta vez que mi marido y yo nos alojamos en este complejo de bungalows. Nos sentimos muy cómodos allí. En las habitaciones sería útil una silla o un armario para la ropa, por lo demás todo está perfecto allí. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y servicial, la comida es súper variada. El servicio en el comedor es totalmente agradable, que es una de las razones por las que seguimos volviendo a este hotel.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr sauber. Tolle Anlage mit den Appartements. 3 Pools, die Gäste verteilten sich gut.

I can't put 0 stars otherwise I would. I came for work and visit trip and had the worst experience ever. For the price I wasn't expecting a lot, but it hit the bottom of my expectations really fast. The rooms are very far and uncomfortable, the beds are not comfortable, and it's not a double bed but rather 2 twins together. Everything is bad about that place.
Irons are not available, only one iron is available upon deposit and to keep for 1h. No iron board. But why not.
Then, the property is very big and our room was 5 minutes WALK from the ONLY entrance and front desk.
The first bad experience is the staff: the staff is really untrained, extremely careless. I tried twice to exit the property by one of the gates that would be closer to where I was going, and they didn't even think before saying a solid "NO". I wasn't even trying to ENTER but to exit. I was stunt.
The worse comes next: my room was very far and internet wifi was extremely bad (because probably far from the lobby) and not enough for me to work with. I asked if they had a working space, and the lady in the front desk (with braces) was extremely rude saying "of couse not, you can use your computer here in the lobby". I was shocked by the way she talked to me.
Then I asked if I in this case they have another solution and she said that I was probably lying because no one complained. Then without even letting me talk, she said that if I want to change rooms they have a an extra fee EVEN IF internet is not working because no one complains.
She is clearly undertrained to work with people. BUT, I wrote to the manager explaining that I had the choice to come here, and the internet is not working properly in my room. They didn't even answer.
They are close to the convention center, which I thought would make a difference but NO. It's a very low cost experience comparable to that kind of experience we have with the Irish Airline.

Spacious and fully equipped apartments.

Second visit to caybeach in a few years and I'm sure we will come again next year not had the food in restaurant but looks all good apartments have aircon few pools and hot tubs ect, kids like it here. Short walk to all the beach and bars ect staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned a few times a week overhaul good stay. On site supermarket is very expensive and basic use the local mercadona only 8 mins walk

Super Service here. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Angel and Conchi are coolest waiters you'll ever Meet.
The Cooks Jairo and Pako make delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner and are super Friendly.
They also make gluten free dishes.
The Duplex Bungalows are perfect for family with 3-5 people you have a living room, 2 bed rooms, a kitchen, 2 baths, one balcony and small patio.
The pools are all clean and you always find a place to lay down.
The Cooks Jairo and Pako make delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner and are super Friendly.
They also make gluten free dishes.
