Hace más de 10 años que me ha tratado Alexander de cualquier problema muscular que he tenido de cuello o espalda y siempre he salido muy mejorado o completamente aliviado! Solo puedo decir GRACIAS

Hacía meses que tenía problemas lumbares. Cansada de medicamentos acudí a su consulta y me explicó que tenía la cadera caída y por consiguiente una pierna más larga que la otra. Me crujió todos los huesos y los acomodó. Las molestias se han ido. Muy agradecida

Es fundamental tener los huesos en su sitio para que los músculos trabajen bien; de lo contrario te ocurrirá lo que a mí: ir de sesión en sesión con fisioterapeutas y masajistas sin resultados efectivos.
Encontré en VITALIDAD la solución a mis problemas de espalda y cadera, gracias a un equipo humano muy profesional y un trato muy agradable.

Hello Alex and Carolina, I visited you swveral years ago. You were wonderful with me, my hip and my back, the spine was not aligned. Alex I had been to UK specialists, hospital Kris. Xrsys and there was no aftercare. I was lost until I met you. First session was a miracle, although I have osteo arthritis. You understand so well. And gave help that no-one else did. UK then physio pulled hip.out. I returned to Alex. He was worried for me and again made me feel so improved. Alex gave me as much time as i wanted, which just helped even more. I have spoken to you, and tried to come back as after few years, Uk, I have deteriorated. I will be back and have not forgotten. I know you will help me where no-one else cared to. UK. Wonderful NEI session with Carolina, she helped me yet again to really consider that things that were bothering me and remove the blockages! In March 2019 I first went to see her for a session and told her how much I wanted to sell my 2 villas and move on to another stage in my life, within 3weeks I had a signed contract for sale of one of them. I went to see her again recently in September and again. In under 3 weeks I had an offer and am now again with a signed contract. I couldn't be happier, I am amazed at the power of positive thinking and feel that she adds a certain boost of positive energy. I cannot recommend Carolina, and also Alexander (chiropractor) highly enough, I consider them both high regard, Susan J.

Los 3 meses que eh estado en terapia en el centro vitalidad mi espalda ah mejorado mucho estoy más activo y puede volver a hacer ejercicio con un control personalizado con mi entrenador personal y me siento contento con los resultados de mi progreso de corrección de mi hernia lumbar es un tratamiento de tiempo y dedicación pero les garantizo hay resultados.

Merci à Alexander dont les soins et ses explications en français ont été de haut niveau. Arrivée avec des douleurs surtout le côté droit, je suis repartie fatiguée, marchant un peu mieux et c’est le lendemain surtout que sa magie a opéré! Plus aucun pb et me suis sentie encore mieux que je ne l’avais été ces dernières années. Encore un grand merci et bravo.

Llevaba meses casi invalida y tomando medicación muy fuerte, no podia sentarme ni permanecer de pie por el dolor tan intenso en la espalda, me realizaron dos bloqueos lumbares en la unidad del dolor y seguia fatal. Encontré la clinica por Internet y acudí por desesperación, Alexander me miró y casi sin tocarme me diagnosticó desplazamiento de la pelvis, tras 1 sola sesión me recoloco huesos que ni sabia que tenia descolocados, puedo decir sin dudarlo que me ha devuelto la movilidad y me ha quitado el dolor, en una semana dejé de tomar los opiaceos y estoy feliz. Mil gracias Alexander y a Carolina sois ángeles.

Dei semplici e puri truffatori, non hanno la minima conoscenza medica, chiropratica o di qualsiasi altra pratica fisioterapica. Sono degli affabulatori col solo intento di estorcere soldi. Alla richiesta di un consulto tante chiacchiere senza senso, atteggiamento presuntuoso e arrogante, ma soprattutto zero professionalità e conoscenza delle lingue.

Buena comunicación desde un principio. El lugar está súper limpio, el trato muy profesional con buenas explicaciones antes de empezar el tratamiento. La práctica es muy acogedor y agradablemente caluroso. Volveré y recomiendo cien por cien!

A life saver

I met Alexander about last year.
I was suffering from lots of physical problems after a car accident about 6 years ago. In this accident I suffered from a severe whiplash. This caused a dramatic change in my life. I had been suffering from pains in my whole body but mainly my neck and upper back. I saw several doctors and physiotherapists but their treatments didn’t seem to make much difference. Not only was I having pains every day, also my character changed. I was getting short tempered and easily agitated which also affected my professional life and my relationship.

Whilst on holiday I found Alexander on internet and decided to have an appointment with him. He put me in front of a mirror and used two sticks to show me how my whole body was out of alignment. Something no one had ever pointed out before. He explained how this change in my balance affected my nervous system and caused the problems I was experiencing. I found this quite a revelation. He gave me the feeling that he knew what he was talking about. He started to work on bringing my body back in to alignment. The treatment was intense but somehow it felt good. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced before.

After the treatment I felt very different. As if a mayor shift had been made. I had some reactions to it but he had already explained that this could happen. After the second treatment I had the feeling that something had profoundly changed in my body. It took a while for everything to settle in my body but after a couple of weeks I started to become my old self again. My pains disappeared, I could sleep again and my personality changed back to my old self again.
I have never met anyone who has such profound insight and professionallity. I am deeply grateful about what he has done for me and can only recommend him wholeheartedly.

Muy recomendable. Segunda visita en varios años y todo sigue genial. Tanto Carolina como Alexander son muy amables y cercanos. Hay que pedir cita, lo que es normal dada su demanda. Llegas dolorido y sales mucho mejor, es muy tranquilizante darse cuenta de todo lo que sabe Alexander y de como lo transmite y lo pone en práctica. Bedankt!
