Utilicé esta agencia de alquiler por primera vez. Al principio fue bastante sencillo, incluido el papeleo. No menciono que reservé equipo manual y primero recibí uno automático. Lo cambiaron pero no importa mucho. Recogí el coche en la oficina de Costa Adeje el 19 de diciembre de 2023 y al día siguiente el control de aceite empezó a parpadear. Resultó que no había aceite y nadie lo revisó antes. Tuve que esperar la asistencia que llegó bastante rápido después de aproximadamente 1 hora y repostar aceite, pero el control parpadeante no desapareció. ¡Tuve que ir a la oficina a cambiar el coche y solicité una indemnización por perder medio día por culpa de ellos! El chico de la oficina de Costa Adeje me dijo que no pueden ofrecer nada para compensar, lo cual era ridículo. Desaconsejo totalmente a cualquiera que utilice esta agencia de alquiler de coches. Nadie de la agencia revisó el coche antes de alquilarlo aunque en el contrato está escrito claramente que te entregan un coche en buenas condiciones. No más.

¡¡¡Excelente alquiler de coches! Incluso si conoces el idioma a un nivel intermedio, podrás comunicarte sin problemas. Siempre alquilamos en CiCar y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema. ¡Recomiendo!

Reservado antes del viaje y el servicio, el coche a recoger fue fantástico. Como se mencionó en el comentario anterior, no hay problemas para obtener una cobertura de seguro adicional y es muy útil.

Lo encontramos gracias a las críticas positivas en Facebook y no fueron desmentidas debido a la seriedad y la profesionalidad.nos dieron un coche más grande y bonito que el que habíamos reservado y con menos limitaciones que los alquileres italianos.

Alquilé un coche durante 3 días durante unas vacaciones recientes. El personal fue realmente amable y servicial. El vehículo fue excelente. Y lo más importante: no hay cargos ocultos. Incluso recibí un reembolso por el combustible no utilizado. Definitivamente lo usaré nuevamente y lo recomendaría altamente.

Parfait. Nous avons eu une belle voiture à un prix très abordable. Je suis allé chercher la clé et personne n’a essayé de me vendre une assurance inutile, ou de me faire prendre un voiture plus cher. Ça ne m’a prit que 2minutes. Au retour j’ai garé la voiture dans le parking, on m’a demandé si tout c’était bien passé et c’est tout.

We hired the Abarth 124 spider. From start to finish our experience has been great. It was easy to book with CICAR through email and the collection of the vehicle was smooth and quick. We were able to pay cash when we picked up the vehicle and we didn't have to leave a holding deposit. It was all very easy. Drop off was also very straightforward and we wouldn't hesitate to hire with them again.

Nice and fast service, no any hidden fees, we had a very good experience. Highly recommend Cicar!

We planned a last-minute vacation to Tenerife so when we check online, every car was booked already. So we went to the CICAR office after our arrival to Tenerife and they managed to give as a car in a very good price. The car was almost brand new and we really enjoyed using it. Unfortunately on our last but one day the car was robbed, they broke the window and stole all our belongings. CICAR was very helpful, the insurance covered everything and they even gave us a replacement car free of charge. We were very satisfied with their service.

Bien el coche. Pero tanto en los Cristianos como en la Gomera si no reclamas la gasolina que sobra, no te la devuelven.

No tienen competencia en Tenerife que haya visto yo. He visitado muchos y me.ha sido imposible mejorar sus ofertas. Así como el trato y la calidad del vehículo. Coche con 3000 kmts. Facilidad de cogerle y dejarle casi donde te da la gana. Que hay oficina por supuesto. Es decir le alquilas en Adeje y le dejas en el aeropuerto norte ej.
Te ahorras transportes caros y esperas.

Managed to find me my preferred car at the busiest time of the year. Fantastic price for some interesting metal. No huge deposit on a credit card needed. Just deposit 13 euros for the quarter tank and return the same. No problems with the car and flawless process when handing the car back.

I drove Fiat Abarth 124 Spider 2019. Convertible nobody has in my country. Exhausts sound like V8,8k RPM, great acceleration.
We came for the car to Centro Commercial, Adeje. The car was not there. So we drove with Cicar employee's to Tenerife south airport 35 minutes (traffic jam). Car should be there. It was not. There we waited 30 minutes. Those people have time for everything. No stress. Everyone says here “just 5 more minutes“ which means in reality 30+ minutes. If you have schedule, their 5 minutes can ruin all of your plans. No kidding. Signing papers was quick and easy. Unlimited kilometres. Just refill fuel what you burnt. 1 star down for lazy approach. We were on honeymoon for 4 days. Every day was scheduled from morning to night. Their 5 minutes turned our schedule into “so what to cancel next“. They offer car which they dont know where it stays. Add another hour till they find it. Book the car at least one day earlier otherwise you risk what happened to us. Another star down because we flew 5 hours to foreign country with traffic situation that Hungarians can envy (just terrible). The car has proper 2019 equipment but the panel didn't have installed navigation! That is the second most important thing after starting the engine. You know foreigners staying for 4 days don't know your city by heart like you do if you were born there.
At the end I let it go because I felt in love with that car so quickly that my wife was jealous.
