¡Personal muy amable y competente! El procesamiento es rápido y sencillo. Hasta ahora sólo hemos tenido muy buenas experiencias con CICAR en varias Islas Canarias. Es tranquilizador saber que el seguro a todo riesgo se contrata sin franquicia, lo cual no es un hecho.

Segunda vez que utilizo una agencia Cicar (la primera vez fue en Lanzarote) y segunda experiencia excelente.

Como la primera vez me ascendieron doblemente para el coche, y como la primera vez, la velocidad en el check-in es esencial con una reserva en Internet. Apenas 15 minutos después de bajarme del avión ya estaba en el parking del coche.

El auto se entregó sin preguntas, seguro a todo riesgo, 3/4 tanque de gasolina, devolución con el mismo monto. Entregaron las llaves en un sobre, dijeron dónde encontrarlas en el estacionamiento y listo. Me gustó, sin diseños largos.

¿Que puedes decir? La mejor empresa de alquiler de coches con la que he estado. Todo es completamente sencillo y justo. Procesamiento rápido y fluido y nuestro Peugeot 3008 estaba en óptimas condiciones. ¡El rendimiento del precio encaja muy bien aquí! Alquiler precios buenos, recoger y dejar el coche super rápido, sin extras de seguro como en otras compañías, Volveré a contratar con ellos cuando lo necesite

Super coche de alquiler, sin fianza (excepto 21 € de gasolina pero devuelto después de finalizar el alquiler), coche reciente por mi parte tenía un Peugeot 3008, sin control de coche. Arrendatario en la parte superior, no hay muchas personas a la llegada para tomar el automóvil y tampoco en el camino de regreso

I have to knock off 2 stars.

1 star off due to the looongest queue at the airport (out of all the car rentals) which is the last thing you want to see after a long day of travel. We had to wait for 1 hour in order to check in.

2nd star off as I've got the longest car possible Opel Zafira Estate (not ideal for small winding roads) instead of a small hatchback (Polo, Corsa) I've pre-booked.

All the staff were pleasant and professional, no problem at the check out, deposit refunded promptly.

Next time in Tenerife will probably go with different company.

Mejor renta a car de la isla, precios muy económicos y los coches muy nuevos. En cuanto la atención, muy buena, sobre todo el personal que nos atendió que busco buenas alternativas. Te dan un mapa de la isla con los sitios de interés, además te indican cómo descargar una app que un audioguía.

Fast collection (ignore the queue immediately after baggage collection, go through the gates and the queue on the other side was way smaller), given a brand new Seat Ateca which was great and fast drop off.

Los alquileres de coches son muy buenos, rápidos y sencillos de tramitar, desde que han empezado a cobrar el combustible por anticipado, han perdido algún puntillo, supongo que tendrán su razón, pero en Canarias, para mí es la mejor flota

From beginning to end, the entire process of using Cicar to rent a car was easy, practical and well worth it. Best prices on the island by far. We wanted the car for an extra day and it was very easy to do when picking up the car. Would highly recommend using them if visiting Tenerife and needing a car rental.

We’re supposed to fly away in few hours, we’re stuck in El Medano because the car battery is dead (nothing was left turned on). We were told somebody will come in 40 mins (it’s 14 min drive from the airport). Now it’s 90 mins and nobody is picking up the phone for the last 15 mins.

Muy buena experiencia, lejos de la ansiedad que producen las grades franquicias de alquiler.
Alquilamos un coche para Tenerife Sur y no tardamos prácticamente nada en cogerlo, el coche estaba en un estado impecable por dentro, se notaba limpio y no daba asco tocarlo.
El precio fue muy competitivo y su política de combustible es ciertamente razonable.
Varios días después tuvimos un golpe con otro coche que nos rompió el faro trasero, nos dijeron que lleváramos el coche al aeropuerto que nos lo cambiarían por otro y así fue. En cuestión de 20 minutos nos dieron otro coche sin ninguna burocracia ni sobrecoste. Lo único que nos dijeron es que siguiéramos disfrutando de la isla.

En definitiva, se nota que no es una mega franquicia de alquiler que trata de atracarte por cualquier tontería. Muy competitivos y profesionales, repetiría sin dudarlo.

Definitely book with Cicar if you’re traveling to Tenerife! They are the BEST car rental company I have ever dealt with. They don’t mind if you return a day late/need to extend, they let you switch drop off locations, they have very quick and friendly service and full insurance is included - they don’t even check the car when you return it. Could not recommend them more highly!

Great service! I can only recommend this company. We reserved our car online and picked it up at the airport (Tenerife South). The staff was very friendly and had the car prepared for us. We returned the car without any hassle. It took us only 3 minutes. CICAR does not have any hidden costs unlike Hertz.

Quality service polite crew and reasenoble prices.
Had a accident with a flat tire. Returned the car to the office and they gave me another car immediatley.

I hired a car from the cicar, they have insurance included, the price is very good! Gasoline deposit was only 12 euros! But they gave me the car with a quarter tank! If you do not bring it back the same way it stops the deposit that is very small as I said 12 euro! I strongly recommend this company! Very satisfied

Esperienza positiva. Abbiamo pagato all'arrivo in contanti, lasciando un supplemento di 56€, restituito alla fine del noleggio, come franchigia x pieno carburante, chilometraggio illimitato. Ottimo noleggiatore senza carta di credito, nessuna sorpresa.

Smooth handling: reservation, checkin a car and checkout. Unexpectedly received upgraded car better than had thought i would.
The only thing to mention is: no policy “full tank received - full tank back”, therefore u may pick up a car with almost empty tank, but u will not be refunded if u bring a car back with a full or half empty tank. So just to know and have in mind.
For the rest, I am satisfied with Cicar rental.

Very good price and a good car. However, we orderd the car for 13: 30 and when we arrive to collect it there were no available cars and we waited for over an hour to get a car.

Every single time when we're in Tenerife, we book Payless cars, serviced via Cicar. We are never disappointed with the service! Cars are good, services are friendly, all inclusive insurances and child seats. What else more you could ask. We will keep on using them!
