La empresa es buena con buenos precios y servicios, pero el personal de esta oficina deja mucho que desear, son antipáticos y parece que te hacen un favor

Bonito alquiler de coches. Precios justos, buena elección de coches. Coches limpios, frescos y en buen estado. Sin trámites extra ni depósitos tontos.

Alquiler de auto en el estacionamiento del aeropuerto, muy fácil de encontrar, transacción perfecta.

Una vez más quedamos 100% satisfechos, llegada al hotel al minuto acordado. El coche está limpio, casi nuevo. El reembolso consistió en la devolución de las llaves en la recepción del hotel.

Cabrera Medina o Cicar es la mejor empresa de alquiler de la isla. Gran flota, muchas oficinas. Condiciones de alquiler claras. Precios razonables. Coches en buen estado.

Recogimos nuestro coche en el aeropuerto y nos dieron un Opel Mokka el cual no era compatible con android auto y apple car play.
Al mismo día vinimos a esta oficina a preguntar si nos podían cambiar por otro modelo donde si funcionara el android auto. Al principio les costo entender lo que nosotros buscábamos ya que no entendían lo que necesitábamos pero finalmente nos hicieron el cambio por un coche de la misma categoría.

Reserva online, sencillo y fácil de usar, muy rápido y a muy buen precio.

El alquiler del Seat Ibiza cuesta 37€ y la mayor parte del día recorriendo la isla cuesta 15€ en gasolina, muy contento.

Había reservado un coche de alquiler online, todo salió bien, todo estaba en el lugar correcto en el momento correcto. Personal amable en el lugar, estado del auto realmente bueno. El empleado incluso aceptó el coche a pesar de que llegué unos minutos después de que cerrara la tienda, ¡realmente recomendable!

Los he usado varias veces, siempre he quedado satisfecho y ahora vuelvo a tener reservas! Nos vemos

Booked online via CABRERA MEDINA website took a great deal. Ordered for delivery but called early morning and offered me collection from office 10 mins walk and have extra few hours so deffo no problem for us. They upgraded the car (Astra to Grand-land) and I was in and out in 5 mins. Great car, great price and service…. Non of your usual insurance up selling nonsense, and driving on the island is fun and easy. No stress!
The car was clean and pretty new. Grab a map and download the free audio guides. It’s like being on your own coach tour. Brilliant. Would deffo use again when we come back.

A fantastic service I went in to enquire about a rental came out 15 mins later with the keys to a mokka for 10 day hire and for a total of €247 which the bank took £217 a great price my second time of using first was in fuertventura and both experiences were simple only needed my driving licence and bank card

Location effectuée en France via leur site. Aucune mauvaise surprise en récupérant la voiture, bien au contraire.personnel agréable et ultra rapide. En 5mn nous avions notre voiture!

Muy buena experiencia con el alquiler, la primera buena la verdad, ya que siempre que alquilo un coche, hay problemas. Se puede pagar con tarjeta de débito y no hay fianza. Pagas el alquiler los días que quieras y ya está. Pongo 4 y no 5 estrellas porque alquilamos un coche de "alta gama" y estaba muy sucio con mascarillas usadas y latas de cerveza dentro.

We have hired two cars from here and have mixed feelings. As others have said they are very “efficient” walk in and your driving off in 10 minutes. The problem with that is you don’t get told if you have insurance, no details about the car, not even shown where it is or how to operate it. EG, how do you drop the roof on a convertible; is it a automatic or manual. Just nothing!

The first car we had we had little to dispute other than it was a little dirty.

The second RED CAR (REGISTRATION: 3830KMT) however, entirely different story.
- Clutch cooked as it was slipping going up hills
- Tires where illegal (rears almost bald)
- The interior was really dirty, months of dirt!
- Rear view mirror was smashed and destroyed.
- USB port was completely broken (couldn’t charge and our phones died using sat nav)
- none of the seatbelts would not retract

Upon returning the car and staying we where dissatisfied, the chap (pictured in a shirt) basically asked “Is the tank full? ” and as it was told us to get lost.

Appalling customer service.

Me encanta esta compañía ya que puedes viajar con el a todos los puntos de la isla y una comodidad en poder aparcar en cualquier rincón de la isla ya que la mitad de su flota son coches pequeños.
Además nosotros lo cogimos en el aeropuerto de Lanzarote y lo dejamos en Puerto del Carmen, sin problema ninguno.

Très bonne agence de location de voiture, pas de dépôt de garantie. Prix correct. Pensez à réserver à l'avance via Internet!

Muy buena atención ante un problema que surgió. Me cambiaron el vehículo sin impedimento ninguno, ya que estaba justificada la causa.

Sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Wagen problemlos online gebucht. Am Urlaubsort wird man direkt im Hotel von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt. Onlinepreis ist gleich Endpreis, es kommen also keine weiteren Kosten auf einen zu. Personal spricht zudem gut deutsch.

Friendly car hire place. Changed our car when we found a problem with a vibration through the wheels. Would use them again.

Loueur de voiture implanté partout sur l ile. Prix très correcte 167 euros assurance tous risque zéro franchise kilométrage illimité.
Les voitures sont récentes.

FANTÁSTICO! Rent a Car con Mayor y más actualizada flota de Toda Canarias. Se encuentran en TODOS LOS AEROPUERTOS Y PUERTOS CON TRÁNSITO DE CANARIAS.

Location d'une Seat Leon très récente, essence manuelle, pendant 5 jours pour 126€ avec réservation facile sur le site qui est très bien fait (qui a permis d'économiser environ 40€ par rapport à des démarches sur place ou depuis l'hôtel).
Le retour du véhicule a été expédié en 3 minutes au comptoir, sans aucune vérification autour ou dans la voiture, juste un compte-rendu oral de ma part! Du jamais vu!
Possibilité de se faire livrer/récupérer le véhicule à l'hôtel.
La gratuité des sièges auto pour enfants est à appréciable et pas pratiquée par tous les loueurs.
