Con mas de 20 años como cliente, no puedo dejar de recomendar este sitio. Una gran selección de coches y además de las opciones para alquilar un coche, con solo una llamada me han solucionado algún contratiempo incluso un Domingo.

Mi último alquiler fue un Domingo y luego el Lunes con solo llamar pude mantener el coche 1 día más, me lo han solucionado todo vía telefónica. Un saludo a la familia CICAR y muchas gracias por su servicio.

¡Tuve una experiencia absolutamente horrible con CICAR!

Alquilé un coche de CICAR hace 1 mes. Exigieron una fianza de 50€ para el combustible, lo que tenía sentido en ese momento. Pero cuando devolví el auto con exactamente la misma cantidad de combustible, se negaron a devolverme el depósito.

Su atención al cliente por correo electrónico fue una completa decepción. Todo lo que obtuve fueron respuestas automáticas con las mismas respuestas inútiles. Ni siquiera se molestaron en tratar de resolver el problema o proporcionar evidencia para justificar sus acciones de estafa.

Mantente alejado de ellos.

Alquilé un coche de CICAR dos veces durante mi estancia en Tenerife y quedé muy satisfecho con el servicio. El personal era amable y servicial y el coche estaba en buenas condiciones. El proceso de alquiler fue rápido y sencillo y no tuve que esperar mucho para recoger el coche. Los precios eran razonables y no había tarifas o cargos ocultos. Definitivamente recomendaría esta empresa de alquiler de coches a cualquiera que visite Tenerife.

Autoannahme verlief schnell und unproblematisch. Wir bekamen ein Ausfuhrticket zum verlassen des Parkplatzes, das wir dann an der Kasse bezahlen mussten. Preis war 5 Euro. Das war das erste Mal das wir bei Autoabholung Parkplatzgebühren bezahlen mussten, deshalb 2 Sterne Abzug.

The service was awesome. The car was more expensive than what we booked. The only thing, I had to find out where to deliver the car on the spot, which caused a little trouble.

Cà fait 2 fois en 2 ans que j'ai loué un véhicule chez CICAR en Espagne. Quand ils ont vos coordonnées la 1ère fois, ils ne vous les redemandent plus. L'avantage vous réservez sur leur site en 2 minutes "Chrono". Petit conseil, réservez avant votre départ et profitez de leur promotion "sans surprise". Véhicules récents et bien entretenus. Entreprise Espagne sérieuse que je vous recommande.

De lo mejor en alquiler de coches. Calidad-precio inmejorable. Seguro a todo riesgo y ante cualquier incidente o cambio todo el personal es excepcional. Siempre que viajó a las islas, lo alquilo con ellos y siempre han atendido a los imprevistos y resuelto lo que dependiera de ellos. Recomiendo hacer la reserva con antelación porque lo puedes cancelar en cualquier momento sin ningún coste. También asumir el cargo de gasolina porque es más barato que en las gasolineras (ago22).

Great and easy service! Especially the free full insurance makes it excellent value for your money. I booked an Opel Astra and I got an Opel Mokka. Getting a different car than what you booked is very normal though, so nothing to complain about.

2nd time we rented at CICAR. Earlier this year in Gran Canaria / Playa del Ingles now in Tenerife. Rented a Seat Ibiza but got a Peugeot 3008. Bigger car, would normally cost more but of course the upgrade is free of charge. The office is inside the harbor terminal building. Cars are at the parking lot which is probably a 200 meter walk. What can I say? Nice car, clean car. Had some scratches and dents here and there but that is what you can expect with a rental car. The only downside was that the fuel tank was perhaps at 10% so I had to go and fill her up before we could start our trip. You can return it the same way you took it from CICAR but would be nice if there was at least half a tank left.

If you go to Tenerife be sure to rent a car and visit Teide National Park. It is amazing. Also visit the same National Park at night if you are a stargazer. 3rd best place in the world to watch stars.

Not pleased.

First, made a reservation. Clearly states that they can deliver the car to our hotel / reception and office has confirmed that on email.

Second, reservation made for 160e.

Well, these scammers call just day before reservation to tell us that we have to move into some harbor christianos and pick our car, without any reason.

When picked the car, i paid 184e, so they liked to take 24e extra FOR NOTHING! Something is wrong in this.
If i knew, id never reserve anything from this sh^tt firm again.

La mejor compañía con la que he alquilado coche.
Incluyen seguro a todo riesgo y segundo conductor. Rápido y muy resolutivos.
Alquilamos un coche en Tenerife Norte y al 4º día empezó a dar aviso de falta de presión en un neumático. Fuimos a la oficina de Los Cristianos y nos lo cambiaron sin ningún problema.
Sin duda volveré a reservar con ellos.

The best rent a car in Tenerife! Don't go for other companies with cheaper price and hidden fees.

Averla really bad service:
1. They gave us a different car of what we booked.
2. They made a mistake and gave the (new) car that we supposed to get to the people queuing after us.
3. We waited 1.5 h to get our car (pick-up time was 10: 00 and we got the car at 11: 30).
4. When I brought back the car, they didn’t give me any instructions were to park it. Being the office near the port, I went in and asked where they wanted me to park it, they tried to explain it to me with a really bad English, I went out, I did what they said and they were still not happy because they wanted the parking ticket that apparently I was supposed to pay.
5. The lady very rudely waved at me telling me to go away saying “I will deal with it”.
They will never see me again.

Buchung wurde ohne Probleme angepasst und Mietwagen war top.

Pour rendre la voiture il faut entrer dans le parking public du port. Rien n'est indiqué ni fléché. Il n'y a pas d'entrée particulière et quand le parking est complet il faut attendre que des places se libèrent dans le parking même s'il y a des places réservées cicar.
Pas pratique du tout et très long!
La personne de cicar au guichet (qui est introuvable puisque pas indiqué) n'est pas d'une grande aide non plus.
Il y a une seule personne qui s'occupe de donner et reprendre les clés et c'est tees long quand on a juste a rendre des clés s'il faut attendre quelqu'un qui loue sa voiture.
Un numéro de téléphone mais personne ne repind
Pas une bonne expérience. Alors que le reste de la location s'est très bien passé et la location à la laguna aussi.

La chica que nos atendió muy maja, nos dieron un León con cámara trasera, muy completito, incluso pudiéndolo devolver en el aeropuerto norte. Todo bien excepto que cobran una fianza por la gasolina que tiene el vehículo, la cual estiman un precio, lo suman al precio del alquiler y supuestamente te lo devuelven a la tarjeta cuando verifican que el depósito está igual que te lo dieron (si hay menos te quitan una parte proporcional). La devolución del coche la hice ayer y aún no hemos recibido devolución alguna. Para otra ocasión contrataré otra compañía que su política sea lleno-lleno, sin fianzas.

Una de las pocas oficinas que responden al teléfono. En Gran Canaria durante toda una tarde y mañana llamando, y cero respuesta o línea ocupada. Personal muy amable y profesional.

This is how rental company should work. Perfect approach, got car with full insurance no extra cost for no sence extras no chating about damage, fuel. If every company would have approach like this.

Rien à dire: service et voiture impeccables. Si vous déposez votre voiture à Los Cristianos, il suffit de la laisser dans le parking publique aux places réservées à cet effet et de vous rendre à l'agence quelques 300m plus loin.

Alquiler con total tranquilidad. Barato y sin quererte sacar el dinero. En Canarias sin duda los mejores

Fantástica empresa de coches de alquiler. Nuevos, limpios, ecológicos, seguros, etc. El problema aveces son los conductores poco conocedores de las normas de tráfico, cruze de raya continua cuando se equivocan, 60 por la autopista, que te toque uno en la tf 373con el GPS. Etc. ECOTASA PARA TURISTAS YA. Y PAGO POR ENTRAR EN EL TEIDE

Nos han solucionado un olvido nuestro en el contrato de una manera exquisita. Como siempre, Cicar no defrauda, y ya son muchas veces confiando en ellos.

Great service and great car. Rented low budget car for two days and drove it around the island. Looked having good service. Returned it at the south airport no problem. They even refunded the extra fuel I put on it.

So easy to book a car with up to date vehicles to choose from, of all size and a great price as well
