Dora ha sido de gran ayuda. Tuvimos que cancelar nuestras vacaciones en diciembre de 2022 y recibimos un vale por el depósito pagado. Canjeé esto en una excursión diferente que se realizará este año.

Definitely one of my favorite tour service, made our trip to Tenerife islands a lot better than last time, everything felt so organized and I wasn’t glued to my phone trying to book things last minute, booked almost around 5 of my tours through their website and the staff was super cooperative, definitely suggesting them to anyone visiting Tenerife.

After booking tickets for loro park and forgetting to book the bus I contacted club canary and Maria got straight back to me about the booking I required.marias service was brilliant from start to finish.

Gute Auskünfte, Ticket war sofort da, nach Bestätigung über WhatsApp, allerdings musste man zuerst die Nummer in WhatsApp hinterlegen, sonst denkt das Telefon, dass WhatsApp noch nicht installiert ist. Ist vielleicht ein Android-Problem

Alles Super von Anfang bis zum Ende der Reise besonders muss ich die Reiseleiterin und den Busfahrer loben der Canari Club ist nur zu empfehlen.

Although we have not been on the trip yet (we fly out in 2 weeks), booking couldn't be better. We plan to take our children on a boat trip as it's our daughters birthday whilst we are away. Speaking to Regina was incredibly helpful. No question was too much trouble and she answered everything in great detail, often going to the great lengths of asking the boats captain details that she did not have the answers to there and then. The professionalism of Regina is second to none, and if the trip is anything like the service we have so far received, its going to be fantastic! Thank you again Regina! First class service, brilliant communication, very informative, helpful and friendly! We can't wait for the trip!

Today we had a great boat trip with te Monto christo boat a very good crew great Captain and his mate good food and drinks we see a lot of dolphins it’s was amazing experience after that we did some snorkeling and have some nice tapas and als the other crew member tells a lot of all the marine life here in this area als a good education

I have booked a private boat trip through Cristina from Club Canary and she has been unbelievably helpful catering to our needs. Whether it be adding an extra person or helping organise suitable food for my dietary requirements she really has gone above and beyond to help. We will be going on the trip next week and I cannot wait!

Excellent advice from the Club Canary team. The downhill bike and paragliding were brilliant experiences. When we had a problem with our boat trip (the boat crew had double booked), Club Canary worked tirelessly to arrange an alternative at short notice. Many thanks to you all.

Booking Tours through club canary was the best decision. I enjoyed my trips fully without stressing about anything. My friends and I booked the private north tour and went to the amazing siam water park. Both the tours were really great and the north side of Tenerife is as beautiful as people describe. It was worth the money. Thankyou Club Canary for the amazing experience

Excelente atención, súper profesional, el trato súper amable y lo mejor de todo puedes conseguir todo para tus vacaciones, todo lo hice con ellos y de verdad que pasamos unas vacaciones súper bien, recomiendo mucho el servicio en barca privada.

Re 2 hour Safari Jet-Ski excursion.
Club Canary office location, website and representatives came across as a very high end adventure provider but understand they are just a tour booking service and are going to hand you off to a third party service provide. Our actual "experience" with the service provider was average at best. It was a service we could have booked off the beach closer to our hotel and probably should have. It was definitely not a "safari" or tour. We did not visit anywhere and there was NO snorkeling. We motored around for two hours east of La Galletas on decent jet-skis in very rough conditions. I would not recommend this tour operator or excursion from La Galletas. It could have been so much better.

I found Club Canary in the Plaza del Duque shopping center where I was greeted by Roy. He showed me several videos and told me about different amazing excursions on the island. He really took the time to explain to me everything, and after he showed me the prices and I was very surprised! It was way cheaper than similar excursions. Thank you for your great hospitality and for helping me discover this beautiful island! My friends and I decided to do a 1 hour jet ski safari, it was all worth it for the amazing price!

Excellent. These guys are friendly, helpful, and very professional. They booked a half day tour to Heide for us which was better, and delivered more, than was promised. I recommend this company.
