Club Las Calas

Acogedor club de vacaciones con buenas instalaciones y una programación de eventos diarios para satisfacer la mayoría de necesidades. Ubicado en una zona tranquila a sólo unos minutos a pie del excelente paseo marítimo de Puerto del Carmen.

Lugar familiar de vacaciones de invierno bajo el sol durante más de 25 años. Relajante, tranquilo, personal encantador, buen bar y comida en 361 y apartamentos limpios y cómodos.

Llevamos viniendo aquí varios años; siempre disfruta de la multitud que conoces aquí.

Los apartamentos necesitan urgentemente aire acondicionado, además tienen problemas para contratar personal, lo que ha provocado el cierre de uno de los dos bares del recinto, lo cual es una verdadera lástima.

El personal es fantástico y no puede hacer más por ti.

Era tiempo compartido, encantador apartamento. Personal muy amable, el bar era agradable con entretenimiento.

Las Calas es un complejo bastante pequeño con un ambiente muy agradable. Todo el lugar está impecablemente limpio y muy bien mantenido. Además de bebidas, en el bar se ofrece buena comida a precios muy razonables. Si quieres practicar tu español, te decepcionarás un poco porque el inglés es definitivamente el idioma dominante que se habla aquí, además de contar con varios empleados ingleses. El complejo está a unos minutos a pie del mar bajando una colina bastante empinada, pero hay muchos taxis disponibles para aquellos a quienes no les apetece volver a subir.

Lugar encantador, le vendría bien aire acondicionado, buen restaurante. Un pequeño paseo cuesta arriba desde la excelente playa, 3 piscinas para que puedas alejarte de los niños ruidosos.

Este restaurante es simplemente uno de los mejores. Todo lo que se ofrece es muy bueno. Yo recomiendo. Se recomienda reservar. Este restaurante siempre está lleno.

Un lugar absolutamente encantador para quedarse, el personal fue brillante y siempre tenía una sonrisa en la cara, el lugar del hoyo fue fantástico.

Estábamos muy emocionados. Los apartamentos son bastante grandes en diseño, limpios y bien decorados. La zona de la piscina no está templada, pero el agua está bastante templada. En realidad justo para refrescarse. El personal es muy amable. Además, la limpieza de toda la zona no es nada de lo que quejarse. Sin embargo, es importante saber que los costos de la electricidad aún deben calcularse como una tarifa plana además del precio. Particularmente no me gusta eso. Las camas también son bastante incómodas. Sin embargo, puede obtener un adorno adicional. Considerándolo todo realmente recomendable con PEQUEÑAS debilidades. ¡Con gusto otra vez!

Tengo que reconocer que todas las residencias de esta isla son muy muy bonitas.
La arquitectura y los colores, blanco y verde, hacen que todos se parezcan.
Nuestra residencia estaba a tiro de piedra del mar y del centro y del puerto.
La casa tiene dos niveles, en la planta baja una habitación doble o twin, donde te mantienes fresco y en la planta superior una cocina completamente nueva equipada con todo lo que necesitas y más, con una sala de estar con un sofá cama doble y una hermosa terraza habitable con vista al mar.

En el pueblo hay 4 piscinas y cómodas áreas comunes para acomodar a muchos turistas.

El único hándicap, el bar abre a las 9 así que para desayunar prepárate en el apartamento.
¡Todo limpio y ordenado!
Además, el personal es agradable y amable.

Beautiful resort. The reception staff are the nicest we've met and very helpful. The Pool is the perfect temperature. Beds are comfortable. Showers and kitchens are top of the range. Sunloungers are super comfy. Have been to this resort for 35 years and will keep returning.

Beautiful timeshare, well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Regular holiday destination, good covid safety measures in place.

Lovely apartment complex however the apartments need updating apart from the bathrooms as they seem to have had a refit. The bathroom towels are so thin and raggy they need replacing. You need to be quite good at walking as it is at the top of the hill.

An old lady in the reception the most arrogant and miss respectful one. I am not rating the the place, I am rating the service and the humanity of this person who I asked for help and scolded me like if I was her kid on the 31th of December at 19h30 around. I don’t understand how come ppl like her can be at a reception of a hotel.

Sto passando tre settimane qui bilocale nuovissimo bene arredato e molto funzionale non manca davvero niente personale discreto ed efficiente con una cura maniacale per la pulizia sia negli appartamenti che nei luoghi comuni non avrei potuto trovare di meglio

Just had a great week here. Resort, staff & clubhouse is fab. Thank you Zoe for your great sense of humour. Loved hearing you laughing. Great food too.

Une excellente semaine dans cette résidence hôtelière.très propre et bien reçu par le personnel.
Avec en plus du beau temps printanier, pas moins de 24°C. Avec des paysages volcaniques à couper le souffle dans toute l'île! Et, à ne pas manquer: le Jardin des Cactus.

1st time here and just as the covid lockdown has eased. Very nice place, clean and well kept. Rooms look like they have been recently updated. 10 minute walk down the the strip / beach.

We had a brilliant week as usual. Met all our friends we have made over the years at club Las callas. The weather was really good. Back home now to the cold.

We are owners there and love the place, staff are helpful and friendly, cant wait till next time

What a lovely friendly place. Very well organised. The staff was great. But the lady that made my holiday was zoe from the skyline. What a fantastic front of house team member, so witty and very hard working. We will be back for sure.

El complejo está muy bien, el personal muy amable.
Inconvenientes: casi todos los apartamentos son propiedad de ciudadanos británicos, con lo que no hay NADIE español. Buena forma de inmersión lingüística.

This is our second visit to Club Las Calas, and I’m sure it will not be the last. Lovely clean apartment in a relaxed and well laid out grounds. Supermarket a short walk away, and only a 10min walk to the strip and beach.

Fab place, very clean staff so friendly. Pool good entertainment and nice bar. Very friendly place also lot of English staff. Would recommend definitely.

Great location, views and people. We had a fabulous holiday in our lovely apartment. Reception staff are second to none!

Been coming to Las Calas for twenty four years now, obviously we generally enjoy the resort, the people are brilliant and staff helpful but this will be the last, the management have completely lost control!

Family fun all day. Lovely staff, but the other guests are really open to making friends. Smile.they will smile back!

Las Calas is a great place to stay at Puerto del Carmen. Apartments are big enough to allow you live in or enjoying your private terrace. There are 3 big swimming pools and 2 for kids. There is a new gym and yoga practice on the new terrace in the morning. The kids club is a great experience for kids, they loved it. Las Calas is our favourite place in Puerto del Carmen.

Complesso di appartamenti molto sfruttabili con piscina. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile

Mi reseña se basa en nuestra experiencia de una semana en un supuesto Complejo con Corona de oro. Las habitaciones son buenas, equipamiento moderno, buenas instalaciones y electrodomesticos (exceptuando el exprimidor), limpias y modernas. Las camas muy cómodas y no habia problemas de ruidos. Pero habia muchas cosas que no nos hacían gracia. En primer lugar, solo habia menaje y vajilla para cuatro personas, por lo tanto si usábamos cubiertos para cocinar luego habia que lavarlos para poder comer. En segundo lugar al hacer el check in nos cobraron 25 euros de agua y luz, cosa que no te hace gracia pagar (si me lo incluyen en el precio ni me daría cuenta). En tercer lugar, no hay wifi, o por lo menos teníamos que ir a una esquina de recepción para poder conectarnos. En cuarto lugar, si eres español mejor que no vengas, ya que gran parte del personal del hotel no habla en español, y solo hay alemanes e ingleses en el hotel. En cuarto lugar, no tienen problema en entrar a la habitación en cualquier momento, la limpiadora entró como pedro por su casa pudiendo estar desnudo, dormido o practicando relaciones con mi pareja, el electricista aporreó la puerta cuando una de los huéspedes estaba enferma, y a pesar de ello cogió su tarjeta y entró sin pedir permiso. En quinto lugar, hay que pagar fianza tanto por las toallas de piscina (2€) como por la colchoneta para la tumbona (6€). En sexto lugar, en el check in se limitaron a pedirnos cosas (dinero para luz y agua fianza, documentación) y dejaron de explicarnos las instalaciones y los servicios de los que el hotel disponía (horarios de limpieza, supermercado, zonas de entretenimiento), Y por último, a las noches el programa de animación infantil tiene eventos que generan gritos de niños y mucho ruido a mas horas de media noche. Por lo que, para un hotel con corona de oro no me parece que sea tan bueno ni mucho menos, pero para ser un hotel de dos estrella pues tienes todo lo que necesitas y el apartamento en si esta muy bien.

Perfect vacations spot with 4 good pools and 2 places to eat and drink. The service and food on the 361 restaurant is out of this world. I will really miss this place when the vacations comes to its end.

Great location, clean apartment, staff are lovely. The whole resort is clean, couple of lovely bar/restaurants which serve food. Would definitely return.

Haven't stayed there for holidays, but went there to visit an event where 2 lovely girls were selling clothing and candy! The receptionist was very friendly and directed us to where the event was. The lady behind the bar was also very friendly! Had a good afternoon.

A nice friendly hotel. 2 lovely restaurants on site but make sure you book '361' in advance as its very popular. There is also a choice of 4 swimming pools. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the sea, although it is uphill going towards the hotel. But I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location with sea views, only 10 minutes walk to the Strip and beach. Very friendly staff. Apartments were very clean and tidy. On site restaurants serving great food at very reasonable prices and live entertainment.

We had a super stake and ale pie with chips and a pint later we jive to live entertainment. Super atmosphere

Club Las calas is an excellent place to start with, for my break it has everything you need for your holiday, people are so friendly food and entertainment excellent will be coming back again.
