Club Oceano

Me senté aquí en el bar de la piscina, todo triste esperando mi taxi. Tercera vez aquí y no será la última. Es un encantador lugar de apartamentos de vacaciones, pequeño y acogedor. Está gestionado muy, muy bien y el personal es brillante. También tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Si tienes movilidad limitada pide un apartamento en planta baja ya que no hay ascensores.

Fantástico haber venido aquí durante años, con toda mi familia.nuestra primera noche nos excedimos un poco. Mi hermana dejó su bolso cerca de la piscina. A la mañana siguiente lo recuperó y el hombre de la piscina se lo devolvió con alrededor de 1000 libras en oro y todo su dinero.así que amo el lugar

Me encanta este lugar. Esta fue nuestra cuarta visita. Personal muy amable. El personal de mantenimiento y de la casa se ocupa de sus asuntos, lo que te hace sentir culpable relajándote y nadando en la hermosa piscina. Todo el personal brinda un excelente lugar para volver. Cerca de todo y a poca distancia del casco antiguo.

Estancia inmejorable, cerca de la playa para bajar andando, muy tranquilo, apartamentos limpios y bastante nuevo, nos ha sorprendido gratamente

Hermoso lugar en conjunto. Tenía de todo. Simplemente perfecto. Definitivamente regresaremos

El lugar es muy tranquilo, pacífico.
Los apartamentos son funcionales y están suficientemente bien equipados: allí te sientes bien. Se benefician de una buena privacidad y están cerca de la piscina climatizada.
El bar cerca de la piscina es un lugar muy agradable donde se reúnen todos.
El personal es muy agradable y acogedor.
El supermercado más cercano está a dos minutos a pie.
La playa está a 5 minutos andando.
Dos pequeñas lamentaciones: el servicio de restaurante cierra a las 17: 00 horas y no hay lavadora.

Llevamos años viniendo aquí pero no volveremos. Las piscinas están heladas y los niños no pueden entrar. Tienen una bañera de hidromasaje que tiene solo 28 grados, por lo que no hay riesgo para la salud, por lo que llevamos a los niños para que pudieran divertirse un poco en el agua. No había adultos ni nadie esperando porque estaba en silencio. Entonces una mujer de la recepcionista llamada Linette se acercó y nos dijo que saliéramos. Tenía una actitud terrible y era muy desagradable. No podía decirnos por qué teníamos que salir, pero eran las "reglas". Dijimos que el agua está fría, por lo que no hay riesgo para la salud y que no había nadie más que quisiera entrar. Ella es simplemente un ser humano muy horrible con una actitud terrible y seguía sonriendo cuando le preguntamos cómo quejarnos mientras decíamos gracias sarcásticamente. Si alguien del club Oceano lee esto, entonces tal vez no debería tener a alguien así en un puesto de servicio al cliente. Hemos venido aquí como familia todos los años con entre 7 y 12 personas durante los últimos 12 años y esta será la última vez para nosotros.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, all the staff brilliant helpful polite and friendly, would highly recommend this complex spotlessly clean comfortable apartments and brilliant location will definitely be coming back soon

I did not travel but my dad and uncle did, faye the girl on reception went out her way to help them print boarding passes, emailed me and phoned me as they don't know how to do it. Really appreciated by us all.

Alojamiento absolutamente ideal. La zona es inmejorable. Puerto del Carmen excelentemente ubicado si quieres visitar toda la isla. El apartamento a 5 minutos andando a la playa, con un paseo maritimo excelente con todo tipo de oferta en restauración y servicios. El apartamento muy limpio y espacioso. La zona comunitaria muy tranquila, con piscina y bar, y con piscina para niños. El personal de 10, tanto en recepción, como en el bar y personal de mantenimiento y limpieza. Mi mujer, mi hijo y yo hemos estado súper a gusto y repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias!

Amazing place, everything you need in apartment, food great, such a lovely place and couldn't fault the staff, from cleaners, reception and to all others doing food and bar, especially Jenni, who we had such great banter with and to some long time regulars we met, not one negative thought on this ace and can't wait to return

Aside from the several dozen ants we found crawling throughout the accommodation, it was pretty nice

Just got back from 2 weeks in lanzarote and stayed here for our second week Loved it, very nice very clean the apartment had every thing we needed.we extended our holiday and managed to get the last apartment, we wasent disappointed. It's close to all the shops, restaurants near the sea front. Faye and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

An absolute gem of a place. The staff, cleanliness, atmosphere and the peace and quiet. Will definitely be back. Very close to the the bars and restaurants but just far enough away not to hear the noise. Breakfast in the poolside bar is delicious. A big shout out to Mandy and Jenny in the poolside bar who were fantastic while we stayed in the complex.

Si quieres sentir que estás en UK sin ninguna esencia española y con el comportamiento típico amargo inglés, este es tu sitio. Un trato agresivo, con poquísima consideración y con instalaciones cerradas. El apartamento muy muy básico y lo único que podrás comer es comida inglesa. Aquí sentirás el verdadero ambiente canario (sarcasmo)

Absolutely terrible customer service. We had booked to stay here in January and a week before the date, my sister died so we couldn't go. We emailed asking for a refund and they flat out refused so then we asked to move our stay to March they more or less told us to get lost! Unbelievable in this day and age from a company that prides itself on customer service can do something like this.

Brilliant apartments. Lovely little bar and restaurant do a great breakfast. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Receptionist is great nothing was too much for her. I will definitely stay here again.

Really loved these apartments. Great location, staff, and the best beds we have slept in, in any Lanzarote apartments. Only 2 small things.the WiFi you have to pay for and it was not very stable and the other thing was the safe in our room. It was fitted at ground level and might prove difficult for less mobile visitors. But we loved our 1st stay and next time we visit PDC we will stay st Club Oceano if available

The place outside is nice. The room is spacious but very simple. Cleaning just every two or three days. There is nothing in the room and they charge for everything. Wifi, safe, fan, beach towels.all of them for a fee. There is no soap, no gel, and no dishwasher. There is no scouring pad for scrubbing. You have to buy everything to start your vacation. As there is no reception in the afternoon. Toilet paper and towels with dropper, just a few. There is no air conditioning or fans. The fan is rented to you, like everything else. Expensive wifi. Super limited pool hours. TV with € 20 deposit. There are no hammocks for everyone. Of course, there is no elevator, dishwasher, or laundry room. If you arrive on the afternoon, as there is no reception, you have to find the key for the room in a keybox. They're scroungers.

Un lugar donde disfrutar de tus vacaciones aunque todo en inglés, nosotros estuvimos 5 días y todo bien aunque hay muchísimos bichos que entran del jardín. Lleva antimosquitos! Si quieres dormir. Lo único malo que no hay aire acondicionado disponible y las noches de calor fueron horribles.

Normally stay in the apartments this year we stayed in one of their villas. Absolutely spotless clean. Luxurious and we hopefully get to book it next year.

We were booked to check in here tomorrow but can’t travel to Spain due to restrictions by the government so we WILL NOT be staying in the property yet they charged us the full amount. This is scandalous, there was no offer to rearrange dates or any mention of refund despite not actually staying there. We were just told we would not receive any refund

This “small business” as they described themselves is taking money from people in this time of trouble for a stay in their property that never happened.

This is not okay and I don’t advise anyone stays here

Truly cannot believe the horrific customer service by Club Oceano. Myself and my family have been coming here years and have booked for April and July. Obviously we cannot travel due to lockdown and the company point blank refuse to offer any sort of refund or even change the dates. All we requested was to change the dates to later in the year when we can fly again and they refused so we have lost all our deposits. A truly awful company ran by awful people, they will lose ALL of their regular customers and gain no new ones with their money driven shocking customer service. All this talk about company policy however they can’t make exceptions in a time of crisis.

Even 1 star is a star too many sadly. We were booked to stay at the end of April but have had to cancel due to the ongoing global pandemic. I had paid in full and now management refuse to return more than 50% of my money as apparently per their terms and conditions that is all I am entitled to! How I could cancel a holiday earlier when no pandemic or travel restrictions existed is beyond me! They state the money they keep will cover staff costs as they face financial hardship - their lack of business contingency plans should not be the problem of the customer! Their lack of flexibility and customer service skills is not encouraging me or my parents (who are repeat customers) to ever wish to stay again. Many other accommodation companies have given full refunds or allowed dates to be changed with no quibble. Even Ryanair have given full refunds and that’s saying something! These are the companies I will be booking with in future and if you have any sense, you will too.

My god so clean, Staff so friendly only roughly 40 apartment complex. Heated swimming pools and jacuzzi. So reasonably priced. Breakfast with coffee €3.80 WOW

Fantastic small complex. With lovely apartments. Very clean, well maintained and equipped for eating in. Fabulous staff always so helpful and pleasant. Seriously Can't fault the place. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely place to stay. Our second holiday there but it won't be our last. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Apts very clean and we'll equipped. Lovely heated pool.

A nice clean small well maintained complex in a great location close to the strip and not far from the old town. Only gripe is the really poor, WiFi. Tip don't stay in apartments 29 to 24 unless you want permanent shade. I'd recommend the place to a friend and there's tons of repeat business so they're doing lots of things exceptionally well.

This is room 6 perfect.sun on the balcony in the morning and shade about 5 ish. REALLY clean complex very friendly staff.definitely staying here again.

We actually stayed in a villa and not the apartments at club Oceano. The staff we delt with were very nice and friendly. The villa was clean and the pool well maintained.
