Coral Los Alisios

Me picaron por la noche, piscina pequeña, era difícil conseguir tumbonas y esta alarma de incendio se activó a las 5 am sin que el personal organizara ni explicara nada. Mi ventilador de techo ni siquiera funcionaba, era estúpidamente lento. No me sentí seguro en el hotel y mantuve todas mis cosas escondidas todo el tiempo. Está bastante lejos de cualquier lugar, por lo que, a menos que tenga todo incluido, tendrá que caminar mucho en el calor. No tuve una buena estadía en absoluto. Nada especial me decepcionó gravemente. Quería dejar todo lo que estuve aquí y estuve aquí durante 7 días agonizantes.

No estuvo bien, faltaban baldosas en el suelo de la piscina, baldosas rotas fuera del apartamento, peligro de tropiezo.
En el restaurante, los camareros se encuentran alrededor de su mesa esperando para mover los platos, etc.
La limpiadora entraba cuando quería,
Apenas hubo entretenimiento por la noche, se fue a otra parte.

El hotel es lo que es. Las habitaciones son limpias, modernas y tienen de todo, excepto AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Entonces hace un calor abrasador. Puedes simplemente abrir las ventanas y usar los ventiladores, lo que ayuda un poco, pero ten cuidado. Y está a unos 15 minutos a pie de la playa, así que tenlo en cuenta también. No puedo comentar sobre el todo incluido, pero sinceramente, este hotel está absolutamente bien. El personal es amable, el área de la piscina estaba siendo renovada pero no era demasiado ruidosa. Definitivamente es una buena base y una buena relación calidad-precio si vas a alojarte en régimen de autoservicio. ¡Por favor, coral, invierte en aire acondicionado!

Apartamentos maravillosos, totalmente equipados, reformados, bien decorados, grandes, balcón enorme, camas cómodas, Algo que nos preocupaba mucho era el tema de las cucarachas porque las odiamos, tengo que decir que en todo el complejo no vi ni una sola, ni en habitación ni en zonas comunes, están limpísimos. Todo el personal es muy amable, recepcionistas, bar, en especial Sara de animación a la que mi hija Jacqueline le cogió muchísimo cariño, es muy buena con los niños.

También decir que quien se hospeda suele ser básicamente familias de ingleses con ganas de pasárselo bien, pero para nada turismo de borrachera ni similar. Hay buen rollo.

Las personas que se quejan de que está muy lejos, lo siento pero la dirección la pone claramente antes de reservar, de todas formas en 10 minutos estás en la playa si tienes un estado físico al menos normal, a 2' tienes bares y supermercado.

Área de piscina muy bien también y siempre hay tumbonas libres.

Repetiremos 100% en navidad y/o verano porque están muy muy bien, os lo recomiendo porque la relación calidad precio es de 10.

Positivo: Habitación muy limpia, cambio de toallas, palomas y limpieza casi 2-3 días, una de mis mejores experiencias si hablamos de habitación, tamaño, comodidad y limpieza.
Sólo buenas cenas.
Negativo: sentí que el tipo y la calidad de la comida estaban dirigidos a los británicos, no soy británico y esperaba más comida sana y fresca. Cenas Para mi mala comida. Compramos media pensión, sabíamos lo que estaba incluido y lo que no, pero nos dijeron que pagáramos por separado el café y las bebidas frías de las máquinas automáticas que había en la cantina. Esta información debe proporcionarse claramente en la reserva, el personal nos pilló para pagar como un ladrón. Esto está cableado ya que pagamos media pensión y no incluye nada para beber gratis.
Baldosas muy resbaladizas en el hotel, muchas escaleras, sin instalaciones, áreas de juegos para niños, por lo que no es ideal para familias.

La limpieza general es lo más positivo.

Agradecer el trato de todo su personal…Pili, María Jesús…siempre preocupadas de que todo esté perfecto…la chica del bar de la piscina que hace unos cócteles espectaculares…los chicos que están en restaurante y bar un 10 para ellos. Y qué decir de Sara la animadora…paciencia infinita con los clientes maleducados y capaz de involucrar en las actividades a los más reservados. Manolo de recepción y su compañeras un amor de personas. Los chicos de mantenimiento siempre dispuestos a echarte una mano…la cocinera un 10. Si me olvido de alguno lo siento pero decir que en general un trato excepcional por parte de todos los empleados

El apartamento es espacioso y bueno, el desayuno es el mismo todos los días y el pan de jengibre no es fresco.
La piscina es pequeña para la cantidad de gente que se aloja y está llena de colchonetas y pozas. Las sombrillas se discuten de antemano con toallas al igual que los asientos. Así que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Para nosotros es muy decepcionante que el alojamiento lo permita. Intentaremos aprovechar al máximo nuestras vacaciones, pero no creo que pasemos otras vacaciones aquí.
El personal y el apartamento y el mantenimiento están en orden.

Todo correcto, bien en relación calidad - precio. Los armarios son amplios. Ambiente agradable, estilo familiar. Cierto que, todo está enfocado al turismo extranjero, pero no nos sentimos discriminados ni nada. Normal.

Buen hotel pero esta diseñado para turismo internacional y no nacional, a esto me refiero por el tema horarios, la piscina que cierra a las 7-7: 30 (muy pronto y siendo verano con el calor que hace) El horario de cenas, que acaba a las 9, como puede acabar a las 9 la cena? Las comidas no se quedan muy lejos de tener horas muy tempranas.
Por el resto todo bien, buen servicio de habitaciones, buenas habitaciones, buena ubicacion, y muy buenas vistas, con buenos espacios para descansar en las zonas comunes, estilo patios.

Great place, room was good.kitchen area was also great.bed comfortable also went SC so cannot comment on food, i knew the location was up a hill but thats fine for me only 5 min walk from bus station, had a great stay

Room was in need of an update, shower was a challenge to get working right, front rooms are stupidly noisy all night. Have window open no sleep from noise, closed no sleep from heat. Pool area small, didn't fancy it after witnessing a young boy piddling in the flower bed at the bar. Drinks ridiculously expensive at the bar unless you are all inclusive. Location is ok but bus drivers outside talking all night meant couldn't have window open. Maid kept moving our clothes around and even took wife's 2nd pillow on day 3. Staff in reception were amazing made to feel very welcome.

Lovely hotel, decent rooms for families, avoid block b rooms that have main bedroom face into main road as they can be noisy late at night & early morning. Beds in lounge are decent for kids, not pull out type. Good generous sized apartment overall including balcony.
The pool was a bit cold for my liking but kids didn't mind, maybe hadn't had the summer to warm up but it was clean inside & around it.
We only went to entertainment once but it was great fun, kids disco followed by bingo, nice entertainer.
We went to Siam Park every day via taxi but the free bus stop is 5 mins walk away near the shops & restaurants. Taxi was circa €8-9 each way, drivers always went an extra junction which I reckon added a 1€ extra, apparently some cans are running old meters & some new but it was always similar price yet from cost adeje to our hotel one night only cost us 6€? Must be a water park tax. Use the free bus if you can but will mean some waiting around both sides. Taxi queue at Siam Park when it closes us huge so leave 30 mins before the end of you can get kids out the water!

The hotel & it's staff are brilliant, few mins walk to decent shops & restaurants, 15 mins to the beach, if you want a bit more you can get to it with a 20 mins walk on promenade area or short cab ride to Las Americas.

Will go back if we see a decent offer including Siam Park like this time

Lovely hotel, room nice & spacious, staff all lovely, from reception staff to cleaning staff, cannot comment on food as we did not go all inclusive so ate out r in are room

Fuimos 6 dias y la verdad fue toda una experencia, nos trataron como si fueramos uno mas de familia, no se si sera el trato asi para todo el mundo pero quien lo pase mal no sera por culpa del hotel, el recepcionista un crack, la camarera una prodigio y el socorrista un profesional todo un salvador, no recomendo sitios para salir y comer, todo un acierto! Si no es por el no lo pasariamos tan bien. (el hotel es tirando a familiar, no para gente que busque fiesta en el propio hotel, para relarjarse y dormir tranquilo el mejor)

Un lugar tranquilo para estar con familia o amigos y tener una estancia agradable.
El socorrista nos recomendó sitios donde comer, donde tomar algo por la noche y bailar. El resto de personal ha sido muy agradable y el servicio de limpieza también.

Clean spacious apartments rooms cleaned and towels changed regularly, bring your own mug if you like a cup of tea in the morning as cups small side a bit of a walk ‍️ into the main town but a good selection of eateries next to paradise Park apts a 5 minute walk away rather than the 20 mins to walk to the beach ️

Quite a walk from the sea. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is good but could do with being bigger or more pools. The splash park was good for our young ones. The kids entertainment was poor. All inclusive food was good.

Estuvimos una semana y el apartamento fantástico, el personal muy profesional salvo la señora que trabaja de camarera en el bar de la piscina era muy desagradable y poco profesional en contrapunto a sus compañeros que eran fantásticos, y me sorprendió muchísimo la almohada de la cama "fantástica"hacía tiempo que no tenía que pedir otra en un hotel (para mí es un tema importante) tanto que si pudiera me compraría una para casa, volveremos

The hotel is lovely and the service from every member of staff was amazing. They were so willing to help and very friendly. Beds are comfy and rooms regularly cleaned. The staff all were very nice to our 1 yr old and he loved them. Food is lovely at breakfast and in the bar too. I would highly recommend this hotel

Room/apartment was amazing. So clean, lots of space, had everything you needed and securely looked with key card gate and door. Not a lot to do at night. (Singers where really good but no big choice of alcohol and pool table really worn out) perfect distance from beaches and other shops

Reasonable price, good location close to shops, walking distance to beach, restaurants, car for hire free wifi nice clean room, not an single issue with it. Owen missing you have microware toaster, coffe maker, kettle, and induction hob, my room does not have air con but is not hot at all when you know when you have oprn window and when close.

Beds are comfy, rooms are cleaned but floors not mopped or hoovered so keep your slippers on!
Hotel itself is fine. Above average for the price. Could do with an oven in the kitchen.

Huge refurbished apartment. Bit of a way out from the seafront but we didn’t mind that as that was too busy and brash. Immaculately clean. Good range of kitchen utensils although mugs rather than cups would be welcome. Washing up liquid etc provided but no condiments or coffee/tea. Induction hob plus microwave. No beach towels though that we could see

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per tre notti. Avevamo prenotato per 5 notti e prima di patire per il nostro viaggio abbiamo chiamato la struttura per chiedere se potevamo partire due giorni prima. Ci dissero che non era un problema visto che avevamo detto in tempo e che la nostra prenotazione includeva la cancellazione gratuita. Ebbene una volta arrivati a fare il check-in ci dicono che se vogliamo partire due giorni prima possiamo farlo ma che non ci restituiscono i soldi delle notti non usufruite. Inoltre ci obbligano a pagare tutto subito al momento dell'arrivo con la minaccia di non farci entrare. Era notte, che dovevamo fare? Il giorno dopo parliamo con la responsabile per speigarli il tutto ma non le importa niente, a loro non importa essere corretti, a loro importa solo dei soldi. Non ci hanno mai trattato come persone, il personale non è affatto cordiale. Per entrare nel proprio appartamento devi fare chilometri di sue giù per le scale perchè l'interno del residence non è ben collegato. Dentro l'appartamento la fornitura è scarsa: in camera niente coperta e la notte fa più fresco, in bagno l'asciugacapelli funzionava a tratti e quando lo faceva mandava solo aria fredda. La cucina terribile! Sprovvista di tutto, mancavano utensili per la cucina, spugne, prese per le pentole, scope per pulire, tovagliette, niente di niente! Inoltre il cibo faceva veramente schifo e cosa più importante la pulizia! Il nostro appartamento non era affatto pulito quando siamo arrivati (vedi foto) e non è stato pulito durante il nostro soggiorno. Non alloggiate in questo posto, noi siamo stati male quattro giorni, vi rovinano la vacanza!

Indecent. The apartments are dirty and not provided. In the kitchen lacks the necessary for cooking. The bathroom has neither windows nor vacuum cleaners, the hair dryer does not work. The pool has freezing water and the staff is really rude. Strongly advised against!

Food was very Repetitive. Big apartments, but no air con, just ceiling fans. Not enough umbrellas at pool.

Nu va recomand. Piscina e mizerabila, camerele nu sunt curatate corect. Miercurea si sambata se colecteaza doar gunoiul. Cartelele de camera sunt pe banda magnetica si s-au defectat de 3 ori. Zilnic aceeasi mancare.

Piscine trop petite et trop bruyante
le responsable de la restauration accueil très très médiocre regard incessant pendant le repas à croire qu'on a volé le repas il fait les cent pas dans tout le restaurant à regarder toutes les tables et a demandé si c'est fini fini c'est très très désagréable ça gâche les vacances viennoiserie imangeable trop de porc aucune spécialité locale espagnole.
Le restaurant est le snack ferme à 21h la piscine à 6h beaucoup beaucoup trop tôt lorsque nous sommes en vacances svp vous avons besoin de festivités et surtout de détente
Pour les points positifs accueil de la réception et réactivité lorsque nous avons un problème 5 /5

I recommend this place, price was somehow ok. The only thing I did not liked is the pool - it did not looked like really fresh. On the top apartment it can we hot - there was not cooling inside

Absolutely amazing stay the apartment was faultless and the staff couldn't do enough to help and make our stay even better it ten star's wear available that's what I'd give them thanks bigup to you all.

Worst hotel staff I have ever encountered in my life. My brother was robbed with a knife to his throat on New Year’s Eve, and the hotel receptionist told him he lied and made it up, “stuff like that doesn’t happen there”, he told him and representatives from the travel agency on New Year’s Day. Absolutely horrible and should be FIRED for his treatment of guests who’s suffered such trauma!

Dont cone here, the room had no ac, restaurant is absolutely terrible no selection and bad tasting in general, room was old and run down with an absolutely awful bathroom. The pool and staff are the only good things in this place.

Rooms were really spacious and modern well equipped for self catering. Not much entertainment for kids but was ok. Some older guest were rather mardy and kept asking the kids to keep quiet and for music to be turned down. And the hotel did this. This was rather frustrating as they should of booked to go to a adults only hotel if they didn't want noise! Staff were really good and the hotel was close to shops and bus stations

Fantastic place to stay. The triple room for four was very spacious and probably all the rooms are. Room service and cleaning is great. Best morning buffet that I have experieced in a hotel. Only annoyance was loud music and shouting to mic at quite late in the night when we were putting little kids to bed.

This hotel was very good rooms are big very moden we went self catering as im not one for sitting about in the same place all week but everything you need is there clean bedding and towels every day had about 3 little cockroches on our first day but nothing the rest of the week the 3 girls on the entertainment are brill with the kids
