Karolis (Charles) fue nuestro guía, fue amable, divertido y conocedor. Hablaba inglés y español con fluidez y realmente hizo el viaje.

Reservé el safari en jeep por capricho, así que no estaba seguro de qué esperar; estoy muy contenta de haberlo hecho.
Nos llevaron a lugares espectaculares y el día estuvo lleno de aventuras. Una manera fantástica de ver algo de lo que Gran Canaria tiene para ofrecer. ¡Me sentí seguro en el jeep, a pesar de las locas pistas de montaña todoterreno! Mi marido dice que lo más destacado del viaje fueron mis gritos mientras dábamos algunas curvas

Pueblos hermosos, lugareños amigables y un clima maravilloso fueron la guinda del pastel.

¡Karolis fue una guía brillante, muy conocedora de la zona y la isla! ¡Tuve un gran día! El viaje es perfecto si viajas solo o en grupo más grande.

Tuve un maravilloso recorrido por Gran Canaria con Kevin como nuestro guía turístico muy informativo (¿quién estrelló la foto de abajo?). Las paradas fueron muy pintorescas y un gran lugar para tomar algunas fotos y probar los pasteles de almendras y el café. Recomendaría altamente este viaje.

He hecho el recorrido panorámico por segunda vez y fue otro día de vacaciones de ensueño. Definitivamente repetiré el tour en mis próximas vacaciones en Gran Canaria. Realmente vale la pena y es 1000 veces mejor que con los autocares grandes de otros operadores. Que el día se convierta en una experiencia se debe sin duda a Uwe como guía turístico. Se divierte haciendo lo que hace y su entusiasmo por la isla es evidente y su buen humor es contagioso. Incluso en carreteras estrechas y sinuosas, Uwe hace que uno se sienta absolutamente seguro como conductor, cuida de los huéspedes y pregunta periódicamente si todos están bien. Simplemente 5 estrellas y absolutamente recomendable. ¡Arriba! Chicos, hagan el recorrido, ¡no se arrepentirán!

Fue un día muy agradable en el VIP Tour Panorama. Visitamos hermosas montañas y pueblos. Tuvimos un gran guía, Kevin, que también hizo que el día fuera divertido. Las 4 estrellas son para la gira y la quinta es para Kevin.

El 25 de septiembre Pudimos experimentar el Discovery Tour con 6 agradables compañeros ciclistas y nuestro guía turístico Uwe.
Aprendimos mucho sobre la isla, la vida en la isla y sobre los Canarios.
Uwe hizo que el día y el recorrido fueran inolvidables. Su manera entrañable y encantadora ponía todo bajo una luz especial.
Muchas gracias por esto, solo podemos recomendar el Discovery Tour a todos.

Hemos estado de ruta con Juan de panorama y ha merecido muchísimo la pena. Nos ha estado explicando todo al detalle, en todo momento se ha estado preocupando de que todo estuviera a nuestros gustos, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y buenas palabras. Sin duda alguna una experiencia inigualable!

Volamos a Gran Canaria desde Canadá. Pensé que un viaje a este grupo de islas era un cambio interesante con respecto al Caribe. No tenía idea de que esta isla en particular sería tan interesante. Hicimos este recorrido, con Uwe como nuestro guía. ¡Qué gran viaje! Viajamos de un lado a otro de la isla. Dejamos la costa y nos adentramos en las montañas. Desde lo alto las vistas eran espectaculares. Condujimos por caminos sinuosos y nos detuvimos en pequeños pueblos tranquilos. Tomé capuchinos en cafés al lado del acantilado. Visitamos casas construidas en cuevas, aprendimos sobre la flora local y conocimos a una vaca llamada Mónica. Nuestro guía Uwe fue más que fantástico. Obviamente disfruta de su trabajo. Lo que aprendimos fue que esta isla es un paraíso más allá de sus hermosas playas y pueblos turísticos. Gran Canaria puede agradecer a Uwe por inspirarnos a regresar. Él hizo de esta festividad una que nunca olvidaremos. Qué gran día, gran recorrido y gran guía. Gracias Uwe. Eres el mejor guía que hemos tenido en todos los años que hemos viajado. Saludos de los 5 canadienses.

Fabio estuvo increíble en nuestro recorrido panorámico. ¡Tan informado y divertido también, manteniéndonos entretenidos todo el día!

We booked the panoramic tour because we wanted to avoid wasting any precious vacation time on dealing with the hassle that comes with a do-it-yourself sight seeing tour (you know: finding a rental car, reading tourist guides to define a route, looking for parking space at every sightseeing location etc). Obviously, excursions come at a cost but we have to admit that at least this one, was well worth it. We were picked up at our hotel at the correct time by a charming, friendly guide who during the whole 8 hour tour, provided us with interesting information about Gran Canaria, showed professional driving skills and provided enough flexibility for everyone (we were a group of 6) to take the time we needed at each stop. Part of the package was also an all-in lunch in a local restaurant which gives the opportunity to actually taste the real local cuisine. But now.the verdict.well, since this excursion met all expectations and there's nothing really which we didn't like, the only correct rating is 5*.

Part 2:
"Off-road jeep safari", it sounds fun, right? It's what we thought too when we booked this excursion and it's why we ended up on J's authentic Landrover Defender's back seats. Having done the panoramic tour just two days ago, we weren't sure if this off-road tour would be that much different. But it turned out to be very different. Although you stay in the southern part of the island, the route up the main crater is just amazing. Eating dust (yes, better not dress too fancy) while enjoying the views on some Gran Canarian canyon. It's very nice. The way back is the same as for the panoramic tour but in the opposite direction which actually makes a difference, you'll get a very nice overview of the main crater, where more or less in the middle you'll get to enjoy a tasty lunch. At the end there's the possibility to do a short camel ride but we decided to pass on this one (we're not huge fans of using animals for commercial purposes.a personal opinion though). Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing excursion.

Having done both the panoramic as the off-road tour we can both recommend but be aware that they have different objectives. If you'd like to discover the island's main hot spots with great guidance and plenty of time to takes pictures then choose the panoramic tour. If you're looking for more fun while enjoying some places in the south where you can't or shouldn't go with a rental car, then go for the off-road tour. And if you have the time for it, just do both.

Un petit plus pour notre adorable guide Antonio ️ Qui a été super du début à la fin, malgré la barrière de la langue, il nous a fait passer un super moment. Today we have been on a tour of the island. The trip was amazing. Make sure you do it and ask for Kevin to be your driver he is a fun guy who is very informative. We stopped in a village for lunch. For 14€ each we had a tapas lunch which was delicious, wine and coffee included. Amazing value.
You get to see the beautiful island. The contrast between each side of the island is incredible. It’s a full day and one you won’t forget, Thank you Kevin for your wonderful company.

Les guides étaient superbes, mention spéciale à notre guide italien qui parlait très bien français et qui nous a donné beaucoup d'explications sur l'île et le sud de l'île à travers l'Histoire. What an amazing experience. Firstly our driver Louis (mad dog), totally entertaining character. Never stopped laughing or screaming on the off road. He was very knowledgeable and we learnt so many things about the beautiful Canary Islands. We stopped at a quaint little village for a bite to eat, then went on a camel ride while the other passengers opted to stay at the aloe Vera shop. I cannot recommend this trip enough. A truly memorable day from 8: 30am till 3: 30pm. The time flew. Thank you so much for such wonderful memories. Well worth doing. 100% recommend this. Thank you so much.

I really loved my tour with Janne 28 december 2022. We all travellers (Rolf travelling agency) were happy to be guided by Janne. He is very well informed of everything on Gran Canaria and he could give us answers of every question.

Una bonita experiencia, Juan nuestro guía muy atento y explicó cada detalle de los sitios donde pasamos, las vista son increíbles, conocer Gran Canaria interior es impresionante. Volveríamos hacer sin dudarlo.

UPDATE after owner’s reply: we were told about the rally and change of the route after our money were taken (cash only in the driver’s hands) but nobody offered a refund, change of date or mentioned about not seeing the usual sights because people presume you can get to a place using different roads. You can ask all the passengers and they will confirm nobody figured out. Quite disappointing and not showing good morals of you to wash your hands with “we said that and that so it is your choice you attended”. I will do my best as a lawyer to let authorities investigate this case. Thanks

I was pretty excited to have this trip done with two of my friends. Everything started as planned, pick up was on time. The guide mentioned we will start a different route and nobody paid attention. We had breakfast, then lunch, then time was passing by and someone asked about Roque Nublo, valley of thousand palms, Fataga, Mirador, church, Lavanderia all described on the website.didn’t see any of these and the seller of the tickets was promising optional camel ride which many people wanted to try as well. So after we figured out none of this is happening the guide explained that due to a car rally the regular route is closed and we cannot see the sights (which was not mentioned in the morning) I felt pretty upset for paying 59€ for a car ride to two basic restaurants and back. I understand that roads are being closed sometimes but we had to be offered a different date at least or a refund. The guide was a good guy and he offered a ride to the Maspalomas dune camels and then back to my hotel but I refused as my mood was already down. Please make sure this never happens again! Thanks.

Lo hemos pasado muy bien, merece la pena, hemos visto sitios Hermosos y el personal ha sido de lo más agradable. Muchas gracias Discovery.

Viajamos hoy con ellos todo el día, y nuestro guía fue José y la verdad que ya fuimos a varios zafaris pero para nosotros fue el mejor de todas las islas un fuerte abrazo a la dirección por contratar gente tan amable y educada y al guia le damos un 10 y se queda corto para nosotros los mejores.

Hicimos una ruta en safari en Fuerteventura en agosto. Muy completa y recomendable. Le agradecemos mucho a Carmen, la persona que nos atendió por teléfono, por todo su esfuerzo para encontrarnos un hueco. Si no llega a ser por ella, no hubieramos podido ir a Cofete y disfrutar de la experiencia. Muchas gracias!

Awesome safari! Everyone was courteous and helpful. Lunch was great and we stopped multiple times for breaks and food.

Ayer fui a la excursión de Cofete con Paqui, es poco lo que dice, a los animales los transportan en mejores condiciones, estos jeep parecía que venían de la chatarra.
Si no tienes problemas de columna te puedes lesionar porque los amortiguadores no van. Los guias no son guías ni explican nada y de la comida mejor ni hablar porque lo más fácil es tener problemas digestivos y diarrea. Una autentica tomadura de pelo y mucha caradura

Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Reservé excursión para cofete. Los vehículos eran un desastre muy viejos y con mala amortiguacion. Nos llevaron a comer a punta de Jandia. Las papas muy pocas y malas. La ensalada pasada y poca. De postre una naranja. Sin café. Muy cutre y encima con prisas. Pague 59 euros. Me parece una estafa. Hoy estamos con dolor de espalda. En fin muy cutre.

We booked the panorama tour through Jet2, which includes the northern part of Gran Canaria. Due to the forest fires the tour got heavily adjusted and we only saw the southern part of the island, which wouldn’t be an issue if this was communicated beforehand. However, we only heard on the morning of the tour and had no choice but to go. Our guide wasn’t particularly communicative either. After spending 8 hours on the non air conditioned van he hadn’t asked a single question and still didn’t know our names. Even though the scenery was spectacular at points and the driving was good, I would not recommend.
