Llamé a estos médicos ayer porque mi hijo de un año se enfermó mucho con fiebre, tos y letargo, los médicos fueron fantásticos y salieron casi de inmediato. El doctor hablaba muy bien inglés, muy amable, empático y profesional. Antibióticos recetados y cosas para la nariz, mi som ahora está mejorando para que podamos disfrutar el resto de nuestras vacaciones.

Gracias, rápidamente me aceptaron y examinaron, me recetaron un medicamento que debo tomar para recuperarme rápidamente. ¡Seré tratado!

Muy buen servicio de esta práctica médica hoy. Mi hija no se encontraba bien mientras estaba de vacaciones; el hotel llamó a este médico para que la asistiera. Llegó rápidamente, fue amable, comprensivo y usó una aplicación de traducción para ayudar a superar la barrera del idioma.

Al principio pensé que había solucionado mi problema, pero me recetaron un fármaco invasivo para patologías avanzadas que suponía un riesgo para mi salud. ¡Me visitaron cardiólogos y especialistas que lo confirmaron! No es mi opinion

I had to wait a while as the doctor was out on a house call. Once I got in to see the doctor he was very thorough with his examination and relevant questions. I was given a prescription for antibiotics and hopefully will be on the mend soon. Couldn't fault the service I received and would recommend it.

My girlfriend was seen very quickly. The doctor knew exactly what the issue was and arranged prescription and gave good guidance. I would recommend this practice. Wish England was so efficient…

The most incompetent doctor. She prescribed an antibiotic to a 3-month-old baby that can only be used from 2 years. My baby had an adverse reaction

Los llamé después de medianoche y el médico vino a mi hotel al poco tiempo. Muy profesional y no podría haber pedido un mejor servicio. Puedo recomendar.

Tuve que esperar un rato porque el médico estaba de visita a domicilio. Una vez que fui a ver al médico, fue muy minucioso con su examen y las preguntas relevantes. Me recetaron antibióticos y espero que me recupere pronto. No me puedo quejar del servicio que recibí y lo recomendaría.

Wonderful service when my husband needed to see a doctor today. Very helpful English speaking receptionist and the Dr was very empathetic, thorough and caring.
Couldn’t fault this practice if I tried!

Very unfriendly experience, took our 1 year old son was told he had dermatitis but we went to another place down the road and was told he had an allergy to sleuthing else. Been charged €180 and no paperwork nothing and another €60 for prescription where the other place charged us 40 absolute joke never go there again as you will get scammed

Amazing service, my daughter had an ear infection and was seen to in the matter of minutes. Reasonably priced also compares to other surgeries I call. Thanks for all your help

Visited this doctors after an accident in Tenerife, fluent English spoken over the phone and in person, fit to fly certificate issued within 30 minutes allowing us to get home for only €70 euros, thankyou for your help

Walked in and got seen by the dr within the hour. Both receptionist and dr very helpful and got treatment sorted, also don’t think unreasonable price for a private dr. Would recommend.

Nice small doctors office with very friendly staff. Excellently clean and fast service. And extra points go for 24 hour service. Got relief against my calima allergy outburst. Update after 2 days - i feel again good and prescribed medicines were very helpful. Thanks a lot!

I've just been to this doctors and seen Dr Franz, he was extremely thorough and asked me plenty of questions about my condition. It's a very personal and embarrassing condition and he made me feel totally at ease. I've had this condition for 20 years and although the doctors back home in the UK gave me some advice about the cure and prevention they never gave me no way near as much advice as Dr Franz has. He has really opened my eyes and I my mental attitude towards the condition has changed dramatically, I now feel i will have this condition cured in a matter of weeks and i will be able to live my life normally, at last, theres light at the end of tunnel.

Atlantic Holidays benyttede lægeklinik igennem 40 år.
Atlantic Holiday has collaborated during more than 40 years with the clinic.

We went to this doctor whilst on holiday in April 2019, he diagnosed me incorrectly and I ended up going to hospital urgently to then pay again. He also didn't diagnose my son 100% correctly, having to also go to a hospital whereby they informed us that the medication given by this doctor was wrong, especially as he was 15. Strange thing is he looked at his passport? My son then had to have morphine, blood tests, and a scan, this doctor should have realised how seriously poorly my son was. My recommendation is steer clear of this doctor, and go to Hospiten which is private, or go to the public hospital.
