El Guarapo Apartaments

Destacar la amabilidad de los empleados pero la experiencia no fue la esperada. La calidad no corresponde al precio que tienen estos apartahoteles. Los estándares de limpieza súper bajos. En ningún momento hubo un cambio de sàbanas y la cama me la hacía yo cada día y mi acompañante lo mismo. Toallas llenas de maquillaje recién puestas. Ropa de cama y baño totalmente agujereada, que se iban solas al cubo de la basura, exteriores con telarañas y bichos varios en los aparatos de luz. Limpieza de baños, suelo, cocina, terraza por encima. Hasta que no decides quejarte no ponen solución.
Es una pena sino mejoran esta cuestión porque el sitio si buscas tranquilidad la tiene.

Vacaciones con un ñino y un bebé, buena posición fácil de encontrar, todo muy limpio, personal amable y disponible y el desayuno riquísimo un 10 en todo!

Hermosos apartamentos. Piscina pequeña pero adecuada. Fue una pena que el bar/snack bar no estuviera abierto todo el día. La recepción no fue las 24 horas. En nuestro último día nos decepcionó porque no pudimos conservar la habitación un poco más, aunque habíamos solicitado 2 días después de nuestra llegada. Tienen instalaciones para guardar tus pertenencias, ducha y WC para refrescarte antes de volver a casa, pero no tienen dónde sentarte y tomar una copa en la piscina. No todo pesimismo, era un lugar encantador y amigable.

Apartamentos vacacionales muy limpios y equipados. El personal trabaja arduamente para mantener las cosas en buen estado, incluidos los terrenos. Sin embargo, aquí es donde termina lo positivo. Estos apartamentos también se han convertido en víctimas de la enfermedad inglesa de tener que bloquear las hamacas a las 6 de la mañana. Hay muchos letreros que dicen que esto no está permitido, pero claramente algunas personas tienen demasiado derecho a seguir las reglas y estropearlo para otros. La gerencia debería controlar esto mejor. La recepción cierra por la noche y no hay personal disponible para solucionar cualquier problema. Además, el bar de la piscina ya no abre.
Unas buenas vacaciones mimadas por ingleses egoístas.

Las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido. Regresamos la semana pasada. El lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo y bien equipado. Las chicas del apartamento nos mantuvieron informados y se comunicaron con nosotros antes de nuestra llegada para asegurarse de que tuviéramos lo que necesitábamos. La comunicación what's up fue muy buena y también cuando llegamos estaban muy felices de ayudarnos o recomendar lugares. Al llegar nos enviaron una lista de los lugares para ver/comer.
Los apartamentos están limpios, los limpiadores están allí todos los días, pero tu apartamento se limpia cada dos días. Las toallas se pueden cambiar más a menudo si es necesario, solo pregunte. No hay aire acondicionado en el apartamento, hay un ventilador, pero creo que con la brisa no necesitas aire acondicionado.
No reservamos el desayuno, así que no puedo decir mucho sobre la comida, pero puedes cocinar comidas fáciles en el apartamento.

Una cosa menor que no me gustó fue la calidad del café por el precio que pagué. 3,60 € por un pequeño retraso de las máquinas.

Los apartamentos están ubicados muy cerca de tiendas, playas, bares y restaurantes. 5 minutos a pie de Playa Bastian, 7 minutos a pie de Jabillo y es un lugar muy agradable. Puedes hacer snorkel, a mis hijos les encantó. Incluso pescaron un pulpo un día. La piscina no está climatizada, tal vez para los niños más pequeños sería mejor si el agua estuviera más caliente, pero permanecen en el agua todo el tiempo para que se acostumbren rápidamente.
En general, nos encantó el lugar y definitivamente volveremos. Gracias por el servicio de 5 estrellas.

El apartamento está nuevo, grande y con un ambiente muy tranquilo. La piscina grande y bonita. Localización en un barrio muy orientado a ingleses pero con mucha vida. Nos recomendaron bares por WhatsApp y estuvieron muy atentos. Pero la limpieza muy corta, sabanas con manchas, dos sillones que no deberían ni de estar en zonas de cara al público y el día de limpieza, que es cada 48h se limitaron a estirar las sabanas y cambiar las toallas.
Lo dijimos en recepción tal como llegamos y en nuestros 5 días de estancia nadie se responsabilizo de dicha limpieza.

Excelentes apartamentos prácticos para cuadrados y playas, nos encanta la segunda vez que los usamos y volveremos pronto

Bonito complejo de apartamentos, lo suficientemente grande para 2 personas. Terraza o balcón para sentarse al aire libre. Tuve que acostumbrarme a la forma de desayuno. No hay buffet, pero elige entre 2 tapas y 1 desayuno, 1 café o té y 1 zumo de frutas. Pero al final tienes suficiente. Y una gran ventaja es que todo se puede comprar a un agricultor de la zona que lo cultiva de forma ecológica.

En un lugar limpio y tranquilo alrededor de una piscina. Recepcionista agradable y sonriente Piso de lujo muy correcto

Lovely apartments. Helpful staff. Very clean and modern. Breakfast menu a little hard to negotiate but plenty of it.

Stayed last weekend and couldn't fault the place. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Added extra touches such as messages asking if pillows were comfortable make the difference between good and great. Apartments well equipped, clean, comfortable beds.

Recommend booking if you require a quiet, relaxing break.

Vam estar molt a gust. L'esmorzar era bastant senzill però les habitacions són senzilles, fresques i ben equipades, i la piscina està molt bé.

Un ensemble de petits appartements dans une résidence calme et à proximité de la plage, et de quelques restaurants. Et le centre ville pas très loin.

Fuimos por trabajo y la verdad no pudimos disfrutar de todas las instalaciones al completo, pero la cafetería y la piscina se veían muy bien. La habitación nos pareció muy cómoda (distribución y colchones) y valorar la limpieza, destacando que, en las dos semanas que estuvimos no nos encontramos con ninguna visita de esos insectos tan indeseables y tan comunes en las zonas costeras de las islas. Y mención especial para el personal de los apartamentos, tanto la camarera de piso como de la recepcionista, siempre atentas a que todo fuera de nuestro agrado. Opción más que probable para repetir, tanto por trabajo como con la familia, que me quedé con las ganas de probar los desayunos.

Pase unos días, muy agusto un sitio agradable muy tranquilo y muy buena ubicación para dar paseítos por el paseo marítimo. Buenos desayunos piscina tranquilita y alrededores.

Great option to stay a few days in Lanzarote. Very close to the airport and centric to the whole island. Rooms were super spacious and big.

The best hotel to spend your holiday as a couple or family with children.
The pool area is very nice and esthetically amazing, comforting sun beds. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and everything brand new. Amazing huuuuge and comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen. Amazing location of 5min walking to the kids park, 2 amazing sandy beaches, the restaurants zone in the Marines village and supermarket.
And the star of the place is the tastiest breakfast ever, with local eco products, most helpful and friendly staff that helped us enjoy our stay even more.
Next year coming without a doubt.

Lovely complex. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. There is no one in reception after 4. We foolishly locked ourselves out, we contacted them on what's app and we're back in our apartment 10 minutes later. Shame the bar was not opened, as with everywhere else I think it may have been a staff issue. Great holiday thanks to the whole team.

Sencillamente el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado nunca, un trato excepcional, nos hicieron seguimiento por WhatsApp de todas la necesidades, el desayuno de 10, con posibilidades de elegir (english breakfast, quesos tradicionales canarios, zumo naturales) y estilo gourmet en el servicio con vistas a la piscina. Apartamento ideal y luminoso. ¡Si vienen a lanzarote no duden en escoger Guarapo!

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it was like a home from home. Well equipped kitchen with dining area, leading into a lounge with french doors out onto a terrace. Big bedroom and stylish bathroom. It was clean and well presented on arrival and cleaned every other day with towels changed. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel has no music by the pool and quite time from 23: 00 to 09: 00 policy which is great for a chilled relax holiday. Close to the centre but far enough away. Definitely stay there again.

Had a great time at these apartments well kept and clean lovely pool, swimming every day was a tad cold but once in it was fine. Beautiful gardens nothing a bother for staff. About a 10 min walk to shops, bars, restraunts and beaches in the heart of Teguise but off the main drag making it a quiet area. We will certainly be back.

Quality apartments, freindly staff quiet location, but still near to amenities, only about 15mins walk to the centre plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, will certainly be visiting again

My sister and I spent a week at El Guarapo and we had a wonderful time. We had a one bedroom ground floor garden apartment which was ideal for us as the terrace was reasonably shaded which kept things cool. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and spotless. The drying rack attached to the terrace wall is a brilliant addition and housekeeping cleaning and replacing towels every two days is great service.

Reception staff used WhatsApp to keep guests updated and for booking extras such as bottled water, sun loungers, breakfasts, beach towels etc as well as providing an interactive map with their recommendations for eating, attractions, visiting etc.

The pool bar was only open between 8.30-11.00am but the breakfast deal options were really varied and delicious and good value at €8 and the ladies did a fantastic job cooking everything to order at really busy times. The pool area could get crowded at times so more loungers around the pool would have been helpful.

The gardens were really well designed and maintained and the view from our terrace was relaxing and quiet despite being close to the pool and reception areas.

El Guarapo complex is small and secluded on a lovely street which was ideal for us as it was relaxing and quiet but only a short walk down the street to the sea/beach and a 5 minute shortcut path to the lively centre of Costa Teguise/Pueblo Marinero where there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs etc.

There were only a few small niggles which would have improved our stay:
- some hooks on the wall in the bedroom would be useful to hang worn clothes outside the wardrobe
- a shelf inside the shower cubicle to put showering toiletries bottles etc
- I totally understand the decision not to have air conditioning for environmental reasons but the large fan in the living room sounds like a hovercraft coming into land, even on its lowest setting, maybe smaller less noisy fans would be preferable

This was our first visit to Lanzarote and El Guarapo and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would heartily recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at El Guarapo. We had a lovely comfortable apartment with a handy sunny balcony facing the pool, which was handy to check on availability of sunbeds around the pool. It is well situated minimal walk from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars, but apartments area stayed very tranquil during the night. We opted for breakfast option and were very pleased with both quality and variety. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, giving us advice what to see/do. Would recommend it to a friend.

Cosy place with a nice swimming pool. Spacious apartments, we have got a really nice view of the garden. At dark time, an illuminated garden looks like a fairytale

Great location in these apartments. Small, quiet and clean apartments. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had a first floor apartment just past swimming pool which suited us well. Only criticism is the lack of sunbeds, difficult to get unless you got there early and even though there was a local rule of empty for 15 minutes it was yours, we wouldn't have liked to take towels off that had been left as a booking!

Amazing location, fab staff. Lovely pool spotlessly clean. And nice and quiet at nightm just a few min walk from the bars and restaurants. But out the way enough to be quiet. Beach is 5 min walk away too

Great location close to bars, restaurants, beaches and spa etc, really clean, neat and tidy, all cutlery and plates you could need, great service, comfortable bed, 2 pillow options and soft bed linen (husband found the bed a little hard though!), lovely setting with the garden and pool, great pool cafe.
The only one downside was the shower as there was very little pressure although to be honest I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with a great shower! We've stayed in 3 places so far in Costa Teguise and this was my favourite.

El Guarapo, as always was lovely. We had a wonderful stay after a 2 year break due to covid. Thankyou to all the staff and management. We are looking forward to being there, hopefully, again next year. Thankyou.

We are still here for another 3 weeks and loving every minute. It's quite the apts are great. Only down side is bar closes at 3pm so no nightcap available

Just back from another ten day holiday at El Guarapo in Costa Teguise Lanzarote. Been here many times before and can't recommend it enough. Already booked for March and November 2022.

Only day 1 but spot on up to now, no complaints. All as you'd expect, Louise on reception is really helpful, apartment is lovely as is the complex.

Spent 18 nights there recently, always a warm friendly welcome. The staff are working really hard to maintain high standards, clean comfortable rooms and regular housekeeping visits.
Pool area and gardens are immaculate, and an ideal location. Will definitely return.

Really tastefully done apartment complex and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of minutes to the beach and a shortcut takes you to the main town. Has a quiet policy but we had some very noisy neighbours who couldnt keep their voices down and banged their door in the early hours every night, not the complexes fault though. The pool was advertised as being heated until end of October but was not. There is a rule of not reserving sunbeds but the few there were had been reserved by 7.15am every day and not used till maybe 3pm so we went to the beach instead. The staff are trying to stop people doing it but it is being ignored by some very selfish people which spoils it for others.would still go back again as it was perfect for us

Apartamentos geniales. Muy tranquilo todo. El desayuno esta bien (no es bufet libre ni nada de eso). T lo preparan en la cafeteria que tienen. Todo limpio y perfecta habitacion. Repitiria sin duda. La piscina genial

We had a lovely week in El Guarapo apartments. We stayed before and really couldn't fault this place. The staff, cleaners, maintenance man were all so helpful and friendly. Natalia on reception was lovely to deal with as well. We will definitely be booking here again.

Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, especialmente de Javier que nos dio muchas y muy buenas recomendaciones sobre como organizar nuestros días, lo que ver en la isla y donde comer. El hotel esta limpio, es bonito y las habitaciones son amplias y con todo lo necesario. La piscina es muy agradable y por lo menos durante nuestra estancia no estaba muy llena y se podía disfrutar bien. Como punto negativo a nuestra habitación no llegaba bien el Wifi

This is a nice complex it is quite old and has been recently updated and is well maintained with nice gardens and central to restaurants and bar and it has it's own bar and restaurant which is excellent

La experiencia en Guarapo ha sido estupenda. Un apartamento con terraza muy completo en torno a la piscina. Zona tranquila y cerca de la playa. Y el trato por parte de Javier y Faith, ha sido maravilloso, estando disponibles cuando les hemos necesitado para resolver todas nuestras dudas sobre el alojamiento y sobre la isla. Muchas gracias. Super séjour, on recommande!
On a passé 16 nuits dans cet hôtel en famille avec nos jumeaux de 3 ans.
Endroit très calme, bien situé à 15 mn de l'aéroport, plusieurs petites plages accessibles à pieds, supermarchés 5 mn en voiture (même ouvert le dimanche) ou petite supérette à proximité.
Personnel accueillant, sérieux et attentionnés.piscine et communs nettoyés tous les jours. Appartement propre avec ménage tous les 2 jours.ideale pour les vacances en famille. De plus l'hôtel possède un petit snack qui est tres pratique permettant de se faire une pizza ou assiette de frites!
On recommande vivement cet hôtel et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons!

El apartamento está fenomenal. Nuevos y muy limpios, la decoración bonita y una terraza agradable. No le pongo cinco estrellas porque la piscina está helada. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Muy limpio (cambio de toallas y limpieza cada dos días), bien ubicado, dos playas muy a mano y espectaculares (agua transparente y resguardadas de la olas), tranquilo, buena atención, todo bastante nuevo, moderno, y funcional. Muy recomendable!

Apartamento cuidado con todo lo necesario para una estancia en la isla, bien situado cerca del paseo de playa. Facilidades en el check-in por parte de Javier (más aun en la situación actual COVID).

Great clean and tidy self catering apartments, lovely clean swimming pool, Costa teguise is a nice place to stay, beautiful walk, on the beach front, our apartment was on the bottom floor, it was my fiancé's birthday while we were stopping here and they bought my fiance a bottle of wine and bunch of flowers to say happy birthday which was really nice and thoughtful, the apartments are close to shops and amenities, and bars, restaurants and beach great location definitely go back here highly recommend, stopped and ate here a few times food was good, cocktails were great, a little problem with getting a sunbed round the pool peek time we stopped in july/August, the same group putting towels on sunbeds everyday, so could get a place several times but decided to go, beach which was great big beach clean and tidy, eat out quite a few times and for your daily essentials there is a spar stocking everything you need, meat, veg, fruit, bread, bakery, etc great prices, and about 5 to 10 mins walk away, down the path at side of El Guarapo, overall great stay clean and tidy, lovely apartments, enjoyed our stay here

Nous avons adoré l'hôtel il est propre, la piscine est chauffée et les appartements très bien équipés. Le ménage est fait tout les jours. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir car nous avons passé un super séjour.

Just spent ten days here and have to say it was fabulous. The apartments are in a quiet residential area. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, the gardens are so well maintained. On arrival there was a bottle of wine and a bottle of water waiting for us. Five minute walk to resort centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It was my birthday while we were there and l was given a bottle of Cava so thank you for that. Would definitely go there again.
