Elba Castillo San Jorge & Antigua Suite Hotel

Está es mi segunda visita y sigo recomendándolo, disfrutamos mucho de las vacaciones, la comida, la animación, El personal es encantador y de trato muy cercano.

Hotel de 10! He pasado unas vacaciones inolvidables junto a mi familia en este hotel, la comida estuvo muy buena y aun mejor la atención del personal. La ubicación es inmejorable y tanto la animación como las zonas comunes y habitaciones están genial! Repetiré seguro!

Supongo que la razón principal por la que este hotel solo tiene tres estrellas es la falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, y eso nos haría pensar dos veces antes de volver.
Habiendo dicho eso, el hotel funciona excepcionalmente bien para la cantidad de huéspedes que recibe. Todo es muy eficiente y el personal es amable y se concentra en los huéspedes. Suele haber suficientes tumbonas, siempre mesas disponibles en el restaurante y mínimas colas para los bares o el servicio de comidas.
Es un hotel muy animado, orientado a la familia, con muchas actividades que están bien dirigidas y concurridas. Podría sugerir que la primera media hora de la fiesta de la espuma es solo para niños. Se puso un poco abarrotado y desconfiado con muchos pequeños llorando después de un tiempo.
Solo hay un restaurante buffet, pero hay temas todos los días y algunos hermosos platos recién cocinados. Pude tener mi filete de atún muy raro que me encantó y también complació al chef. Al mismo tiempo, nuestra nieta pudo tener papas fritas calientes y frescas con cada comida y, a menudo, ¡también en el snack bar!
Las habitaciones se ven un poco viejas, pero todas las áreas públicas y los jardines se mantienen meticulosamente.
Siempre que sepa qué esperar, lo recomendaría como un gran lugar para unas divertidas vacaciones en familia.

Las primeras vacaciones mis hijos no querían volver a casa a los 17,13 5 años con necesidades especiales. 7 días deberían ser 10/14 días tan buenos. Nara, gracias por ayudarme con una habitación que se adapta a las necesidades de mis hijos hizo que la vida de vacaciones fuera mucho más fácil. Este es un hotel que acepta entiende las necesidades especiales. Personal increíble. He estado fuera con mis 3 hijos y me ha roto el corazón, pero hay algo en este hotel para todos. Limpio, comida increíble, las bebidas nunca son un problema. El personal de animación es muy útil. Sí, no hay aire acondicionado, no dejes que esto te desanime, ya que la brisa es increíble y se pueden alquilar ventiladores. Entretenimiento nocturno que no hicimos pero sonaba increíble. Gente junto a la piscina amabilidad. Entretenimiento para niños increíble. Vistas increíbles. ¿Por qué no ir aquí? 3 estrellas deberían ser 4 estrellas. Sobre todo el personal limpio y brillante. Miré para reservar para el próximo julio tan bueno. Aún no lanzado a Irlanda. Muchas gracias a todos. Ir con un niño con autismo severo no es fácil, pero hicieron que mis vacaciones fueran tan fáciles con recuerdos brillantes e incluso hice amigos también

Positivos:
Personal - 10/10 amable, eficiente
Comida - buena calidad y variedad
Ubicación: cerca del aeropuerto, las tiendas y la playa. Transferencia exprés a través de Jet2

Negativos:
No hay suficientes tumbonas para acomodar ni siquiera al 30/40% de los huéspedes. Solo puedo suponer que esto es por diseño para alentar a los huéspedes a ir a la playa / excursiones y no pasar tiempo en el hotel usando restaurantes y bares. Fácilmente hay suficiente espacio para acomodar más tumbonas.

El aire acondicionado no es un problema para la mayoría (hablé con otros huéspedes), ya que con la ventana abierta se obtiene una buena brisa, pero desafortunadamente estábamos en el medio del hotel, por lo que la habitación estaba demasiado caliente algunas noches. La habitación con vista al mar valdría la pena el costo adicional por este motivo.

No hay suficiente personal por las noches, más de 20 minutos de espera para tomar una copa algunas noches.

Las habitaciones son enormes, ya que son apartamentos, están totalmente equipados con todo.
Están limpios, pero yo lo limpiaría mas. Los suelos y juntas están muy negras.
La comida del bufete para mi gusto deja mucho que desear. Para un par de días bien, pero nada más, demasiadas cosas en salsa…
Por la noche siempre tienen algún evento y la verdad que se agradece.
Problema que veo, los niños gritando x el hotel a deshoras por la noche (cosa que el hotel no tiene culpa)
También decir que en las instalaciones de fuera hay cucarachas, dentro no e visto ninguna, pero deberían de fumigar

The hotel was in a great spot if a little tired but the staff were brilliant and had a great selection of really nice food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Fui en 2020 justo después del covid. Creo que es el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado. Tengo intolerancia a la lactosa, se lo notifique debidamente y me trataron como una reina, los camareros/as, chefs, todos muy cordiales, se esforzaron al máximo para que mi estancia fuese agradable. También el personal de limpieza muy bueno, todo muy limpio. Con respecto al Protocolo covid no tengo quejas, tenían varios puntos de desinfección por todo el hotel, mascarillas bien puestas, etc. La recepción también muy amable el chico que nos atendió. Quisiera destacar el trato de una de las camareras que fue muy muy bueno, no recuerdo su nombre pero mis felicitaciones por su buen trato a ella y a todo el personal. Volveré seguro!

Got back from a two week stay here last week, we didn't get off to the best start as we had booked sea view rooms but the rooms they gave us, although had a view of the sea, were facing the wasteground, when I went to discuss this with the manager she explained that the sea view rooms were having some work done on the balconies, we were offered a choice moving to a sister hotel with a 4star plus rating or being upgraded to all inclusive and free safety deposit box's, we opted for the latter. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. The food was quite frankly amazing for a 3 star, carvery every lunch and dinner with plenty of other choice. The beer was served in PINT glasses unless poolside and we had to tell them to go easy on the measures when pouring shorts, the entertainment team are very enthusiastic from what we saw although most of our nights were spent out and about. We visit caleta regularly but usually book flights and apartments separately but I would not hesitate to book here again.

This hotel is based over 2 large buildings, our apartment was old but clean. Cleaning (October) everyday. We stayed on self-catering but there is all inclusive. We had dinner once (15 euros) which was good with enough choice. There are 2 largish pools also 2 kids pools, this time of year was fairly quiet so no trouble with getting sun beds, although I'm sure that wouldn't be the case in the summer. This complex is at the end of the street and was quite windy but fairly close to the beach and restaurants. Overall we were happy with our choice.

Chambre non nettoyer à notre arrivé d ailleurs aucun nettoyage journalier a part faire les lits, attention ils changent pas les serviettes de salle de bain tout les jours d ailleurs ça n a jamais été changer pendant notre séjours de 4 nuits obliger d acheter des serviettes.
A part ça l hôtel et pas mal bien situé.

El hotel Elba Sara en Caleta de Fuste Fuerteventura. Es un hotel que pasamos unos días maravillosos a pie de playa con un paseo precioso. Al lado de un Centro Comercial, un Muelle deportivo etc. No me quiero olvidar de los empleados del hotel muy amables todos desde la Recepción, comedor y camarera de piso. Y no nos olvidemos del clima donde siempre hace bueno, un sol maravilloso.

Good layout, friendly staff who can't do enough to make your stay as good as it can be. Buffet meals are good and plenty of choice.
Kids activities and just as important Afukt day time activities are all well run.
I would certainly come back

Took of a star as ants in kitchenette, slight stains on towels and sheets, tiled floor throughout whole hotel is slip hazard, (couldn't wear heels or wedges in the evening) even in anti slip flip flops I wasn't confident walking near pools or courtyard where there's puddles from plant watering and drops from planters above for decoration near night time bar + stairs/lift.
The hotel does place a lot of yellow warning wet floor signs around but doesn't clean up the excess water

Good hotel with nice public areas and friendly staff. The bedrooms are large but showing their age and the biggest drawback is there is no aircon, although you can hire a fan from the small supermarket on site. We were booked bed and breakfast so not sure about the food at other times but the breakfast was great

Excellent location close to the amenities with lovely walks, we recommend pierros on Friday night (comedy drag). The staff at this hotel are superb, very friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Tania on animation who is a darling and kept us entertained with darts, molkki, shuffle board, archery etc, also Idris in the restaurant and Sylvia in the bar. We would certainly stay here again A very relaxing holiday overall

Nos han realojado en este hotel de la cadena después de habernos vendido un hotel que está cerrado y en obras desde hace meses. Tirados en la calle sin ninguna explicación. Este es el trato que le damos a nuestros turistas. Hay quejas por lo mismo en de hace 10 meses y siguen vendiendo algo que no existe y lo peor sin ninguna explicación. Cuando lleguen al hotel se verán, como muchos otros tirados y sin respuestas. Una VERGUENZA! AHORA QUE ME MANDEN EL MENSAJE QUE EXISTEN ALGUNOS CANALES ABIERTOS AUN PARA ESE HOTEL. TRABAJO EN EL SECTOR Y ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA DENUNCIABLE ANTE FISCALIA

Fantastic hotel LOVELY rooms. Food is lovely lots to choose from.staff really friendly.could do with more bar staff queing out the door takes 30mins at busy times to get served. GREAT location for this HOTEL.

Very nice large comfy beds. Great staff. Clean & tidy hotel. Food good. I have stayed in 100"s of hotels and this is one of the best for a relaxing affordable break.

Hotel personnel we're very friendly we're given a really good room the food was excellent no complaints about the hotel but the resort could do with more shops entertainment very good in piero's and o'connors the Irish bar.

Reasonably priced holiday for al inclusive for 1week returned for 2nd year standards weren't as good on complex although rooms were great & food good plenty to choose from

Nice hotel large spacious rooms, wonderful views from our balcony, the hotel staff very accommodating food is excellent lots of choice, will definitely be having a return visit highly recommended

Nice location close to C/D Fuste. Lively pool entertainment walled of from sea winds and pedestrian path by security glass fence.

Precioso paisaje, lindo paseo por el litoral del mar, limpio, piedras volcanicas, gaviotas, y ardillas que corren por tus pies, bancos de piedra y. Papeleras un sitio precioso

Food options are great. If you want to sleep before midnight take ear plugs. Drinks are all good. Overall a nice place just a shame people don't respect others late at night

Very good hotel. Can't fault staff at all. Very good with our 10 month old. Welcoming and accomodating. It's a bit out of the way but made up for by a free shuttle bus into caleta. Pool area is lovely and the food is ok. Suffers due to costa de Antigua being only half built and lots of derelict buildings
