Excelente alquiler de autos, fácil de conseguir en un minuto y con muchas horas de trabajo a bajo precio, excelente personal, increíble.

Alquilamos nuestro vehículo al representante del club JUMBO el día anterior para el día siguiente. Una señora encantadora nos entregó las llaves el día en el hotel con el depósito lleno y el coche muy limpio. Los trámites del alquiler son sencillos y rápidos. Por la noche sólo tendremos que entregar las llaves en la recepción del hotel. Un precio muy razonable que nos permitió pasear por las islas. Gracias a los autos de Elizabeth.

Buenas noches, en general el alquiler fue bien, el único inconveniente fue la entrega del coche que se retrasó 3/4 horas. La solicitud de alquiler fue rápida con el intermediario FRAM local.

Después del desayuno fuimos espontáneamente a ver a la señora de Elisabeth, que alquilaba coches en nuestro hotel, e inmediatamente pudimos alquilar un coche para dos días. Buena relación precio-rendimiento. Cumplir el contrato por dos días fue muy sencillo, recogida y regreso al hotel, todo sin complicaciones y sin sorpresas desagradables. En cualquier momento.

El contrato indica que el auto debe ser devuelto a las 7 a.m, ¿por qué recogerlo a las 8 p.m? Estafa

Servicio muy fácil y un vehículo agradable y limpio. A un precio razonable también. Marca todas las casillas para mí.

Easy reliable service.

Walked in 20 minutes to closing just to get some information on renting a car in two days time. The lady was super helpful and went through the whole procedure with us right there and then so we booked and paid for the car that evening. €53 for a hybrid Fiat 500 for a day.

Picked up the car on Sunday right outside the office. It was handy to pick it up and drop it back at the same location rather than looking for on street parking. They have a key drop box but there was someone in the office so was able to leave the key with her.

Mais attention ️ on vous livre le véhicule avec la moitié du plein vous le rendez avec la voiture et comme l’état du véhicule n’a pas été fait et qu’il possède votre numéro de CB vous été débité de 40€ de retour chez vous trew mauvaise surprise
Donc ne faites pas confiance se sera à vos frais

Noleggiato una macchina tramite l'agenzia di viaggi per vacanza a Fuerteventura. Elizabeth cars rent aveva chiesto gli orari di consegna e riconsegna auto, avevamo concordato alle ore 10 del martedì e alle ore 10 di domenica. Il giorno della consegna, il signore compila il contratto con riconsegna del veicolo alle ore 7 della domenica anziché alle 10. Una volta fatto notare lui mi dice che per prassi fanno il ritiro alle ore 7. Non c'è stato verso di cambiare l'orario, anzi ci è stato detto che se avessimo voluto tenere la macchina in quelle 3 ore avremmo dovuto pagare un giorno intero. Il giorno della riconsegna sono uscito in strada per consegnare le chiavi alle 8 come da loro richiesto, ho aspettato fino alle 7: 15 senza vedere nessuno, ho chiamato il numero dell'assistenza che mi ha detto di lasciarle in reception (ma apriva alle ore 8) quindi me le hanno fatte lasciare dentro la macchina. Diffidate da questo autonoleggio, fanno le regole che vogliono.

When most of the car rentals were closed on Sunday by 12pm this one was still open and they had car available ad-hoc. Didn't ask too many questions, accepted cash payment and offered to collect the car from the hotel so we didn't have to return it to the office.
Nice and polite staff. If we return to Lanzarote I know where I'll rent the car.

Rented a car with a child Seat. No deskription of How to install it. We used more than an hour- and gave up.
The car was cheap. And delivered on time.

Nous avions à suivre loué un autre véhicule plus petit sur les 3 autres journées.mais erreur de changement d horaires.final on paye une journée entre 9h30 et 18h de Loc sans voiture.et on doit rendre plus tôt le véhicule.donc 2 jours de payé perdues.

Can't be bothered to answer my "online booking enquiry form" on there own website. Gives me little confidence in them before we have even started.

Mauvaise expérience d un véhicule avec des soucis mécaniques. On perd quasiment une journée de vacances et en plus, mauvaise foi du mécano envoyé (connaissait le problème à l avance, se jette dessus à coups de marteau et dit qu il n'y avait aucun problème). Conclusion les prestataires étaient au courant du soucis et nous ont loué sciemment un véhicule avec un problème majeur. Heureusement que nous n avons pas eu d accident! Aucunes excuses ni dédommagement. De plus, siège auto non adapté pour enfant de moins de 5 ans. En plus de ne pas recommander car ce sont des gros arnaqueurs je vous le déconseille totalement car se fichent complètement de votre sécurité et vous mettent en danger en toute connaissance de cause

Nous avons perdue une bonne demie journée à cause d'une panne.
On nous a rejeter la faute sur nous pour un problème mécanique. Mécanicien de mauvaise foi Aucun dédommagement pour la perte de temps

Nous avons loué une voiture pour 7 personnes, c'était un Renault traffic.
La voiture avait un problème de passage de vitesse, la marche arrière ne fonctionnait pas. La pédale d'embrayage restait enfoncée. Cela nous a gâché la moitié de notre journée, nous n'avons pas pu faire les activités que nous avions prévu. Le loueur nous a accusé d'avoir coincé la pédale d'embrayage en passant les vitesses alors que nous savons conduire correctement. D'autre part, le mecano connaissait le problème car lorsqu'il est venu le soir il a de suite trouvé la panne sans même chercher. Enfin nous devions avoir la voiture jusqu'au lendemain 9h30, or à 22h elle n'était plus à l'hôtel. Enfin aucun dédommagement, ils ont refusé de nous fournir une voiture même une demi-journée. Bref nul! À fuir!

Old worn out car (see photo of steering wheel). Took 30 minutes to find the car the hand over was so poor - filled in paper work in 5 minutes then sent to find the car parked near the hotel myself.
More expensive than high street companies by €15-€20 per day but had availability when others didn’t. Charged for booster seat. Paperwork said 3/4 tank but arrived with 1/2 and I topped it up to 3/4 to save problems.
Over all it was fine, more expensive than it should be and car of poor quality - lesson… book in advance from one of the larger companies on the island who seem to have newer cars, with the same insurance for less money and free car seats and free sat nav

We booked through the hotel in Puerto del Carmen. No issues whatsoever, the lady had the payment terminal with her and I paid with my credit-card.

The car was fully insured with the price. So no bull and straight forward.

We got a almost new Toyota Hybrid car.

Location en novembre. Voiture livrée à l'hôtel à Costa Teguise. Etat impeccable, service rapide et souriant. Loueur à recommander pour son sérieux, allez y les yeux fermés.

Servicio poco profesional. No tienen pasarela de pago por Internet, por lo que la reserva hay que hacerla por tlf y dando los datos bancarios como si estuviéramos en los 2000.
Pero eso no fue lo peor: reservamos la recogida en el aeropuerto 15 minutos después del aterrizaje y quedamos en el punto de recogida (no tienen stand). Llegaron con un retraso de más de 20 minutos y no dieron explicaciones. A nosotros nos supuso reagendar la entrada en el alojamiento. Cuando se lo explicamos, la mujer nos contenta de malas formas y no plantea ninguna solución.

We tried to book online. They promise they react within some hours. So waiting for a complete day, no reaction. So we call: online form? You should have called us. No cars available for the period we wanted. Unreliable. Don’t book here!

Struggled to rent a car mid holiday very helpfull staff got us one very clean and new Megane car drove really well and stopped well more importantly also dropped off and picked up car as we were staying in puerto calero

Although our travel agent suggested them: don't book a car here though their online form. They never react and when you call they simply say that they have no availability. Bad service.

Exclente experiencia con Elizabeth Cars. Seriedad, simpatía y muy buen precio. Y, sobre todo, sin sorpresas, ni fianzas salvajes, ni cosas raras. Muy recomendable!

Ayant l habitude de louer des voitures je puis vous dire que voici « LA «  bonne adresse en terme de rapport qualité prix!
Pas de perte de temps, véhicule hyper propre (comme neuf), désinfecté, tres peu de kilomètre, aussi Angel de l agence est en permanence en contact via facebook en cas de besoin ou même pour donner de bonnes adresses.
Loué fiat 500 fut idéal pour lanzarote, je recommande cette agence.

Lo bueno de esta compañía de alquiler es que todo está incluido en el precio, seguro a todo riesgo, etc, sin sorpresas. Y el precio y la atención son muy buenas. A cambio, el coche era más antiguo que quizás pueda serlo en otras compañías, pero estaba bien cuidado. 100% recomendable.

Jennifer could not do enough to help us hire a car last week, for 4 days. Gave us a great deal and even a double upgrade! No hidden charges, everything included, just need to top up the fuel that you use. Highly recommended and will definitely use again if we visit Lanzarote

Alquilamos un coche a media mañana por un día y nos obligaron a devolverlo por la noche en lugar de al día siguiente a la misma hora como funciona cualquier alquiler de coche. Es política de empresa y cuando pedimos explicación se contradecían justificando que todas las empresas de alquiler funcionan igual. Nos cobraron 2€ por un elevador mientras que en cualquier empresa local de alquiler lo incluyen gratis. El coche estaba a un cuarto de finalizar el deposito de combustible, era viejo (casi 4 años) y muy usado.

Rented a Vauxhall Corsa direct from the Las Costa Hotel with no issues at all. The car arrived the very next day at the agreed time.
It arrived with a full tank of fuel and you return it with a full tank of fuel.
Fully comprehensive insurance is included in the price with no hidden extras. Other hire companies can appear cheaper to start with and then they add on additional insurance costs, so be aware before booking. I was able to explore the island with ease and the car handled really well considering it was only a Corsa with two adults and two children in it!
The only issues I noticed was the fan blower only worked on speed number 4 (Resistor fault) and the front tyres needed replacing in my opinion.
Other than that, it worked and got me around the Island with no issues.
I didn't complain as I was only using it for a week and could live with the little niggles.
I would definitely use them again as once finished with the car you just hand the keys to hotel reception and they sort everything out for you.
Really happy with the service I received.

Worst experience so far.
We booked a car online and were to receive it 10am in the morning, including a child seat.
It took the lady at hotel floresta 30 minutes to handle three reservations before ours and an additional 20 for us. The childseat was forgotten. So it's close to 11. At this point we wanted to be at our first destination for about half an hour. But we are still waiting for the child seat.
NEVER AGAIN.
