Alquilamos 2 bicicletas de carretera en Playa Blanca. Charlie nos ayudó con una gran sonrisa. Fue de gran ayuda a la hora de configurar la bicicleta y ninguna pregunta era demasiada. Que persona tan encantadora. Las bicicletas en sí estaban en buenas condiciones, bien mantenidas y nos ayudaron a completar nuestro viaje sin problemas (desafortunadamente todavía tuvimos que pedalear nosotros mismos). Alquiler de bicicletas recomendado en Lanzarote.

Alquilé una bicicleta de gravel en Bike Sensations durante 7 días en enero de 2024 y la bicicleta estaba muy bien preparada y se cumplieron todos los acuerdos. En general, ¡el equipo de Bike Sensations en Playa Blanca causó una impresión competente!
Nos encantaría volver en nuestras próximas vacaciones en Lanzarote.

Buen servicio y personal muy amable. Las bicicletas estaban en muy buenas condiciones. Nos divertimos mucho e incluso pudimos mantenerlos un poco más, sin cargo adicional. Muy recomendable.

We are staying in the Papagayo area of Playa Blanca for a couple of weeks and decided to hire a pair of bikes for a day to see some of the local sights.
As the Bike Sensations shop was just a short walk from our hotel we dropped in the day before and asked about the bikes.
Irish Paul in the shop was very friendly and helpful.
We hired a pair of electric mountain bikes for the day, the bikes were top end models, in excellent condition and well maintained etc and they came with lock and helmet.
Definately worth visiting and booking with these guys.very highly recommended

Nos quedamos en el área de Papagayo de Playa Blanca durante un par de semanas y decidimos alquilar un par de bicicletas por un día para ver algunos de los lugares de interés locales.
Como la tienda Bike Sensations estaba a pocos pasos de nuestro hotel, pasamos el día anterior y preguntamos por las bicicletas.
Irish Paul en la tienda fue muy amable y servicial.
Alquilamos un par de bicicletas eléctricas de montaña para el día, las bicicletas eran modelos de gama alta, en excelentes condiciones y bien mantenidas, etc.y venían con candado y casco.
Definitivamente vale la pena visitar y reservar con estos muchachos.muy recomendable

Booked a carbon road bike for 4 days. Was met with a smile from friendly Paul who shared some tips about local routes. The bike was clean and drivetrain clean and lubricated. He helped out with a seat height and pedals and tyre pressure. Spare tube and pump comes with the bike if needed.
Sure I would book again in case i am here in Lanzarote

Came here on a Sunday, long walk as most places were closed. Hired a nicely looked after bike. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful.

Le pateon est vraiment tres sympa. C est un irlandais, acceuillant, avec beaucoup d humour.
Il a de bons velo et est vraiment bien placé, direct au pieds des départs vtt. Vraiment top!

¡Un excelente servicio! Nos proporcionó la configuración de la bicicleta con antelación y estaba lista perfectamente ajustada. Incluso me sorprendió gratamente una llamada telefónica informándome que la bicicleta se podía recoger antes de lo indicado en el formulario de reserva. ¡El Sensa di2 de 12 velocidades es muy recomendable!

Vine aquí un domingo, una larga caminata ya que la mayoría de los lugares estaban cerrados. Alquilé una bicicleta muy bien cuidada. El personal no podría ser más amable ni más servicial.

We hired bikes here over Easter 2022 and have to say we were very happy with them. We hired 4 bikes and a trailer for my youngest who isn't quite cycling yet so he was happy to be pulled along. Very good quality bikes and jamie who we dealt with was very easy to deal with. He had a small selection of bikes left as we didn't pre book and it was easter so very busy but he still managed to sort us out that morning at short notice. Great cycling paths in the area too. Assistant was rude and unhelpful. The first bike we had had a faulty connection and we had to return to the shop to change it. He gave us the next bike up as a replacement and when we returned the bikes the next day he tried to keep 20 euros of our deposit as payment for a bike that was only 10 euros more expensive than the one we originally hired (and which should really have been given as a good will gesture considering the bike we originally had was faulty) Once we had bikes that worked they were good quality and we had a good day out exploring Playa Blanca, but the customer service we experienced was disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful - the owner discussed what type of bikes we wanted to try and insisted we give them a test-ride before hiring. Really enjoyed using the fat bikes - they are great fun!

The owner also agreed to meet us later in the evening to save having to return to Playa Blanca the next day (shop hours 10: 00 to 13: 00).

Would hire bikes from here again.

Very friendly and helpful owner who helped find the perfect bike (ended up with the electric fat bike and I'm 6'3 and weigh above 120kg). Even gave great advice on nearby tracks for a great off road experience with some quality sights to see!

Went above and beyond to help with returning the bike out of hours as we had to leave the following day before they were scheduled to open. Would recommend to anyone, made the holiday well worth it!

Great value, great service. Truly friendly shop with brilliant local knowledge. We hired 2 ebikes for a couple of days and quickly realised we should have did it earlier in our holiday.
The routes from the shop to Playa Blanca and beyond are amazing, made for a cycle ride-almost. Should we return, we will not hesitate in going back to the shop.

Excelente en todos los sentidos, te aesoran estupendamente para darte la bici que mejor te va, y tienen todos los tipos posibles! Nosotros encantados con las fat electricas para recorrer el parque de los ajaches, son una pasada!

Rented fat ebikes from here, and had a ride out through papagayo to headland.great bikes, lots of fun for regular mtb riders, pick your trail carefully if you aren't off road confident.

Great bikes at a great price! Hired for 24 hours and kept bikes locked away overnight in a locked room in Sandos Papagayo Hotel. Kids loved the Fat bikes which were great for riding over to Papagayo beach!

Rented a Specialized fat bike for the day. I thought I'd need to return it for closing but was told by the helpful girl that I could always return it at opening next day. Awesome.extra morning of mtb!

Very rude employee.went in to ask and inquire about rates.the employee looked at me, pointed to the rates outside, told me to look there, and just walked into the back as if all my problems would be solved by looking at a paper. He was more interested in repairing bikes than getting a customer I assume.

Rented a MTB with child's rear seat. Good quality and recent (Whyte) MTB. Seat and Cycle helmets included in price. Helpful owner/staff.
Spent another morning hiring one of their Fatbikes (Norco Sasquatch) and cycling around the Papagayo beaches

Amazing experience to ride this fatbikes. Hard, but great to go cross-country in the Monumento Natural de Los Achajes. Technical quality of the bikes and service is perfect.

Very helpful lady in this bicycle hire shop. The Fat Bikes are worth a trial, which I wasn't even charged for. Great Fun in a fantastic environment.
