I needed to train on a Sunday, fortunately this one was open (it was the only one open in my area) : fair price and I found everything I needed for a good training! Thank you

The gym is located in the city center of Los cristianos. You can get your workout in before you go on the beach. It's a really small gym but it gets the job done.

Great choice of gym to keep you fit and burn off all the food while you are on holiday
This is a small gym, open 24hrs a day. Registration was simply, we were lucky to catch someone in reception, they require ID, then registered our fingerprint which is used Via fingerprint reader to enter the gym day and night. Cost was reasonable, you pay for as many days as you need.
For cardiovascular there are three running and cross trainers, plus two bikes. There's a good selection of residence machines and weights.
Hygiene is going with wipes for cleaning before and after machine use.
There are showes, lockers, which require a you to have a padlock if you want your valuables Safe. There was also a sauna which we haven't tried yet.

Muy lindo gimnasio 24 horas abierto el personal muy amable, el gimnasio está limpio y las máquinas son modernas.

Es un lugar fantástico es un Gimnasio nuevo moderno y máquinas nuevas y tiene sauna también es muy sentrico de la playa de los Cristianos. Y lo más que me gusta es que esta abierto 24 horas todo los días. Durante 365 Dias del año. Recomendable sin dudas algunas %

Desde cuando abrió me entreno siempre hay.gimnasio nuevo de paquete y con sauna, fantástica después del entrenamiento.abierto 24 hora genial.

The best gym in Los Cristianos, good music, very clean change rooms, all machines is new, the gym have sauna! I really recommend it!

Recomiendo este gimnasio, es nuevo, sauna excelente, entrenador cualificado super, hablan muchos idiomas y son muy amables y atentos, no se arrepentirán.
