Una tienda de deportes, merece la pena echar un vistazo a las promociones, algunos precios son mucho mejores que en Polonia, sobre todo porque hay promociones diarias y puedes cazar algo chulo.

Good range of swim wear if you don't want to pack a lot of stuff! They don't put ALL SIZES OUT, so you may have to ask if you need a large or extra large - I had to ask for medium. Friendly staff who speak both English and Spanish.

Les vendeuses ne veulent pas s’occuper des clients et font tout pour les ignorer. C’est honteux, je n’ai jamais été traité comme ça dans un magasin.

Malheureusement une très mauvaise expérience. Mauvaise communication lors de mon achat et lorsque j’ai voulu faire un échange pour une autre taille le staff n’a pas voulu accepter car je n’avais plus la boîte. Le produit était pourtant impeccable. Service client zéro!

Guys a word of warning. Do not buy anything from this store. Poor products not replaced after a day taken back even breaking there own 30 days returns policy. Spanish arrogance beyond belief. Manageress bad attitude, not helpful and did not want to know. Be warned avoid all at costs. They products they sell are cheap and nasty and not fit for purpose.

He tenido una mala experiencia, la encargada Desire ha sido muy desagradable, he ido ha descambiar una prenda defectuosa y segun ella por tener la etiqueta desenganchada no me lo cambiaba cuando era evidente el defecto y muy mal educadamente me dijo: toma tu blusa tu tique y tu bolsa.he hecho la reclamacion y a ese comercio no ire nunca mas y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Aunque mi experiencia como trabajador no fué la mejor, ni por mi parte ni por parte de gente de la empresa, no la empresa en si. He de decir que todos los compañeros que tuve en su momento incluido encargadas, siempre se han desvivido por el cliente y o por sus comodidades hasta encontrar lo que buscaban. Me incluyo cuando digo que siempre se ha dado un buen trato al cliente ante todo, y lo digo yo que acabé mal con ellos, pero las cosas como son, siempre han sido muy buenos profesionales ante clientes y la ropa es inmejorable, se trata muy bien tanto el textil como el calzado y me parece que es una de las mejores tiendas de la Isla. A veces señores, tenemos que hablar mal a un cliente por que ya no podemos mas y el trato que se nos ha dado aveces es pésimo, dicho esto, esta tienda es un lujazo y la gente que trabaja alli, para con los clientes, son profesionales y ante todo trabajadores.

We visit caleta at least twice a year and usually buy trainers from this shop. It's always been a frustrating experience as the assistants are definately not wanting to assist customers and I would go as far too say that they purposely avoid eye contact, but today's was especially infuriating. My husband had chosen a pair and they were waiting at the till, but trying to catch an attendants eye to get my son the correct size was near on impossible! We embedded up spending €90, but to be honest we nearly left the shop twice in discussed. The assistants really need to be taught customer service. Must try harder! Shame as it's a nice shop.

La verdad que todo sobre todo destacar el trabajo de las empleadas en particular una chica llamada Laura me acompañó en todo momento eligiendo mis tallas que es difícil de encontrar puesto que llevo 3xl no solo eso sino que me ofreció algunas otras marcas y acompañándome logré encontrar todo lo que quería ha sido todo un gustazo personas independientes como ellas deberían de estar en todos los comercios

I’m writing this review regarding the Fuerteventura store at the Atlantico shopping centre, 10 mins from the airport.

I purchased a pair of trainers, I clearly asked for the correct size. Two days later whilst packing to go home I checked them over and noticed they were the wrong size. With receipt in hand I returned to store to exchange. The assistant wanted more money to up size and said they did not give refunds, only exchanges.

There are no signs in this shop, in any language, advising of this policy.

After a battle with 3 assistants I eventually got my money back.

No doubt other holiday makers have been caught out and haven’t been assertive enough to stand their ground.

This dishonest practice is appalling. To have a sign in a few languages with the returns policy would be minimum requirement and it’s very bad practice not to have this.

Had all the brands and it was pretty big shop. However most of the shops had sales but this shop didn't offer any sale.
