Europcar es una certeza entre las empresas de alquiler, lo he usado varias veces en diferentes lugares. Por un precio razonable, sorprendentemente conseguimos en Tenerife un coche casi nuevo con una cámara de aparcamiento y un panel digital compatible con Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Por tanto, no es necesario pagar por la navegación. La posibilidad de regresar por la noche nos permitió aprovechar al máximo el coche.

Quedamos muy satisfechos tanto con el coche como con la actitud de los empleados. Definitivamente recomiendo

Wir haben über Check24 zu einem guten Preis ein Auto gebucht. Vor Ort gab es ein kostenfreies Upgrade auf einen Fiat 500 mit Cabriodach und Automatik. Vielen Dank für die tolle Überraschung! Das Auto konnten wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten abgeben und den Schlüssel in eine Schlüsselbox einwerfen.

Hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Auto entPra h ohne Einschränkungen unseren Vorstellungen.

They charged me for the damage that i am not responsible for. I made a video of the car while picking up and noticed many damages that were not specified in the paper, made them add to the paper like it’s my job. Apparently I missed one small scratch in the bottom of the car and they charged me for that. DO MAKE A GOOD REPORTING OF THE DAMAGES so that next drivers won’t be negatively impacted.

Sehr netter Mitarbeiter! Ein Gang ums Fahrzeug hätte mich (im Nachhinein) beruhigt, da es doch allerhand Kratzer etc gab.
Es stand aber alles im Vertrag, was ich auf Spanisch nur nicht sofort verstanden hatte.

Je loué une voiture chez "KEDDY" Europcar à Puerto de la Cruz pendant 12 jours, c'est moi même qu'à fait le choix de voiture dans la page d'Expedia (web) et la restitution c'était à l'aéroport Ténérife Sud "Reine Sofia". Le personnel des agences très sympathique autant pour la prise en charge du véhicule (Puerto de la Cruz) et aussi avec la dame pour la restitution du véhicule (Europcar aéroport Ténérife sud)

Great staff, cars always in great condition and new. No problems whatsoever. I also appreciate the fact that I usually get a more expensive car than what I paid for.

Having said that, it’d be nice to stay in the same size category the customer books. An SUV or even a “Compact” (despite what their name claims) are not small cars by any means and they make driving around Tenerife a little tricky.

Von der Übernahme bis zur Rückgabe. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Erklärung des Fzges. Auto ein Renault Clio mit 20000 km. Jederzeit wieder 3x Daumen hoch.

Alles super unkompliziert. Top Auto in richtig gutem Zustand. Mietwagen habe ich bei anderen Unternehmen deutlich schlechter erlebt.

Don't go to the rude cowboys at AB Volten next door, they gave us a dirty beat up old Fiat Panda with two bald rear tyres for the same daily rate as a nearly new Ford Eurosport from Europcar.
