En realidad, más bien una reseña de 2,5 estrellas.

El viaje fue todo lo que se había mencionado.

Sin embargo, el viaje fue realmente aburrido. Lo más interesante fueron las manifestaciones al comienzo del viaje. El viaje en autobús está bien, pero pensé que habría posibilidades de bajar del autobús y tomar algunas fotos, en lugar de inclinarme y tomarlas (fotos de ventanas poco fiables con reflejos).
El viaje en camello fue cancelado, lo cual no fue nada malo porque se debe al clima, así que si quieres hacer el paseo, hazlo en un día soleado.
La "prueba del vino" es literalmente una mancha de vino en un vaso de chupito, algo que no esperaba que fuera enorme, pero pensé que el lugar sería más interesante.
La "Laguna Verde" es como un estanque sucio en casa durante un paseo con perros. Nada sorprendente.

Finalmente, y esta es probablemente la razón por la que le he dado una calificación tan baja.
Nuestro guía turístico fue muy aburrido. Y normalmente no me gusta comentar sobre esto porque entiendo que debe ser un trabajo largo y repetitivo. Sin embargo, el recorrido incluyó 3 idiomas diferentes y la información proporcionada simplemente no fue nada entusiasta ni atractiva. Simplemente hablaba a través de un micrófono.

No hubo nada especial en este viaje. No puedo llevarme nada más que algunas fotos que logramos tomar en alguna ocasión en que nuestro desafortunado día sin sol estuvo ausente.

Yo recomendaría simplemente visitar el volcán, alquilar un coche y conducir para verlo. Quizás incluso hacer senderismo. Los otros complementos del paquete realmente no son nada interesantes.

Reservado Gran Tour con Excursiones Lanzarote (Travelon World) para hoy, 9 de marzo. Esta fecha figuraba en la confirmación de la reserva y en el billete electrónico. Llegué al punto de recogida media hora antes, pero el entrenador nunca llegó. Me puse en contacto con el operador turístico (First Minute) quien nos informó que Excursions Lanzarote había reservado el 9 de mayo. Intenté llamar a Travelon World (el sitio web dice que funciona los 7 días de la semana; en realidad, solo de lunes a viernes). Probé el chat (terriblemente lento). Servicio al cliente absolutamente basura. Reserve con ellos bajo su responsabilidad.

Reservamos para realizar el crucero exclusivo en catamarán. Nos encanta un viaje en barco durante nuestras vacaciones. No valió la pena el dinero que pagamos. El barco zarpó del puerto hasta el siguiente puerto, Puerto del Carmen, ancló y ahí es donde nos quedamos. La comida caliente era una broma, patatas fritas, jamón, palitos de pan y la comida caliente era una pequeña faita de patatas para 12 personas, sin interacción con el personal, lo único destacado fue el banana boat, además nos llevaron de regreso 31 minutos antes. muy decepcionado , regalo de cumpleaños número 60 de mi pareja, no vale la pena el dinero

Reservamos el Grant Tour y quedamos muy satisfechos. Nos recogieron temprano en la mañana en el hotel e hicimos un agradable viaje de un día por toda la isla. El guía Antonio también fue muy informativo y divertido al respecto. Después de un agradable recorrido, nos llevaron de regreso al hotel por la noche.
La única queja menor aquí es que se permite más tiempo en El Golfo y menos en la pausa para el almuerzo o en los paseos en camello.

Todo bien, reservamos 2 viajes con ellos y disfrutamos de ambos en Lanzarote.
Recomendado.

Evite a estos estafadores externos; cuando las cosas salen mal, no hay servicio de atención al cliente para obtener ayuda e ignoran los correos electrónicos.

El gran recorrido fue increíble, mi único aspecto negativo fue que los precios del almuerzo en el video decían 8 euros, pero en realidad eran 12 euros, también el paseo en camello cuesta 12 euros cada uno, no 12 euros por camello como se describe en el video, pero todo fue un día increíble, volcanes son una visita obligada, me fascinó todo, bien hecho Viajar por el mundo

Elegí reservar con esta compañía como vimos en los videos de youtube y faxebook que promocionan tales tours y la isla en general.reservado en línea para la gira del sur de lanzarote antes de irnos de vacaciones. El boleto por correo electrónico llegó en minutos con los detalles de la parada de autobús a la vuelta de la esquina del hotel (Floresta los pocillos). El entrenador llegó a tiempo y seguimos recto. El recorrido estuvo a cargo del grupo de autobuses de primer minuto Lanzarote y fue excelente, el conductor y el guía fueron amables e informativos. ¡Imprescindible si vas a Lanzarote!

Mi novio y yo reservamos el crucero con delfines y puesta de sol. Lo reservamos en línea el 15 de julio para el 18, pero el 17 los llamamos para cancelarlo porque surgió algo y no pudimos hacerlo y pedimos un reembolso completo, pero Dijeron que no podían emitir un reembolso completo. Se quedarían con 25 € cuando lo reservamos inicialmente. No vimos que se quedarían con 25 €.

Contratamos una excursión de pesca, que resultó ser un fiasco, algo montado para lucrarse a cuenta de los Turistas, después de estar hora media al curricán con grandes señuelos para atunes (cuando ni estamos en época de atún) seguidamente les llevaron a una boya donde estuvieron pescando a fondo y entraba más q unas capturas pequeñas, no atendieron a sugerencias x parte de los clientes de cambiar la zona excusándose que debido al tiempo sería igual en otra zona, conclusión perdur95€ por dar una vuelta en un barco, infórmense bien antes de contratar a lo loco

Great trip, its around 8 hours long. Staff were excellent getting us there and looking after everyone on the boat.

Wasn't what we were expecting and feel like I've wasted €100 but it's ok, I know not to book it again now.
The boat ride was ok but really you only go to see the mammals.
Didn't see any dolphins or whale's, spoke to four other trips throughout the week and they didn't either so I think it's just this time of year (March) so probably don't book for that time of year.
The Sunset was again, ok but rushed along with a paper cup with a small amount of sparkling wine and a tiny piece of cake.

Really great tour, very interesting information told during the trip and inclusive for all languages, perfect amount of time at each stop to get pictures. Would definitely recommend and do again

We went on the sunset cruise yesterday. From start to finish it was honestly amazing. We were originally booked for the Thursday but due to rain it was cancelled. They could not have been more helpful with the rebooking and we got a stunning sunset on our cruise. The staff were absolutely lovely and made sure we got some amazing views of dolphins, at one point they were even jumping alongside the boat! I could not recommend this experience enough.

Went to Excursions Lanzarote to book one of their tours. The guy in there was very helpful booking our trip and giving us information about the local area, buses etc. Hopefully the trip itself will be good.

A very fun and well organised day out. We went on the Manrique tour. Bus collected us on time and then we asked to swap to the Spanish language version of the trip and they were more than happy to help out. We had a very funny and well informed tourist guide Antonio and very good driver Oscar. Was a bit expensive but well worth it, saw a lot of Lanzarote and it's history and culture in one day.

Okay experience (Lanzarote Highlights Tour)
+ You got to skip cues for attractions.
+ The sights in themself were amazing.
+ Guide was very knowledgeable and funny.
+ Great buss driver.

- Bilingual tour. They do not inform you of this. It’s quite draining as you have to listen all the time, since you don’t know when they will speak English again.
- Too long lunch break. People were done quickly and we spent 30 min doing nothing.
- The tour did not include the Mirrador Stop. Which the website clearly informed. However, the website says it was closed. That is incorrect, they just removed it from the tour. Which is fine, but it would be better to erase it from the itinerary instead of giving the wrong info. And the tour should be made cheaper if it’s one stop less, which it isn’t.
- The ‘immediate response’ takes an hour. They could strike that from the website, since you get worried that there was a problem with the transaction as it is not ‘immediate’ as indicated.
- Slow customer service. And Phone number goes to someone in the UK (not the country of the tour).
- The lunch is 10€ (not 8€ as on the website). It’s fine, but they should update the info and tell you to bring cash as the tickets for lunch are sold in the buss.

Eine sehr schöne Tour nach La Graciosa inkl. Schnorcheln. Wir haben die Tour über TripAdvisor gebucht. Leider hatten wir an unserem Tag schlechtes Wetter, was das Schnorcheln etwas weniger schön gemacht hat. Trotzdem hat es sich gelohnt. Die Schnorchelausrüstung muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Der Service, die Getränke sowie das Essen auf dem Katamaran war sehr gut.

Außer das Wetter haben wir nichts zu bemängeln, aber dafür kann das Katamaranteam natürlich nichts, deswegen 5 Punkte!

We had a great time driving the buggies on the 3hr tour got to see a lot of the island you would usually see on your regular holiday.

Our tour guide was very good. Unfortunately, i am not too good with names- so i forgot hers. She's originally from Italy.

I booked to go sea fishing online, it was very easy to use the website and pay the deposit. I received a confirmation email from Excursions Lanzarote stating I'd paid, they had received my booking and to expect an email with details in due course.

Then the Travelon World Sales Team email me to say Thursday was full and asked if I could do Friday. I replied saying Friday was fine to be sent a reply saying Friday was now full and requesting that I go Saturday. I was fretting because of the cross wires and miscommunications. I explained to them that I was worried this trip would not be able to go ahead because they kept putting it back and I fly home Sunday. I made it very clear that the latest day I could go was Saturday.

I called the Travelon World Sales Team to tell them I had not received any missed calls and to confirm which day as I kept getting emails stating different days. They confirmed it would be Saturday on the telephone.

I received my eticket from Low Cost Tours Europe and Travelon as a reply to an email requesting confirmation of my saturday booking so I thought no more of it and was really looking forward to the trip, I was super excited.

I went to bed early Friday night, woke up early Saturday to wait at the meeting point at the designated time to not be picked up at 8am
So, I called the number on the ticket to be put through to Low Cost Tours. They inform me that the ticket was in fact for Friday so I had missed my trip. The next available date was Monday. I told them it was confirmed for Saturday and that we go home tomorrow (Sunday). They said to contact Excursions Lanzarote!

Excursions Lanzarote said it was the suppliers fault.

At the end of the day I am bitterly disappointed because the refund of the deposit does not make up for missing out on this experience I was very much looking forward to.

Der Nationalpark ist (meiner Meinung nach) eh ein Muss und absolutes Highlight auf der Insel und in diesem kleinen luftigen Twizy durch die Vulkan-Landschaft zu fahren, wertet den Ausflug nochmal auf! Grandios auch der Guide Dietmar, der mit seiner lockeren Art noch ordentlich Spaß in den Tag gebracht hat! Für mich aktuell auf Lanzarote der tollste Ausflug und wahrhaftig jeden Cent wert!

Booked a grand tour of Lanzarote with these guys. It was a very exciting tour as we were told the history Lanzarote making sense of the landscapes. Really easy to follow.got to ride a camel and see small albino crabs! It was a great experience enhanced with Michael and Marcial's humour as they threw loads of jokes and made us laugh throughout the journey. Finally the €8 buffet was really good! I ate three times: ')

Booked with these guys for Submarine Safaris, booked last year too and both times a great service really easy to book and got tickets. Submarine was amazing
