Fairways Club

411 Fairways was an excellent choice. John and Rose are fantastic hosts. Meet us at reception and showed us apartment. Welcome pack had everything we needed to set us up. They explained how things worked and then left us to enjoy our stay but we're available if we required anything. We had a late checkout and they allowed us to stay later in the day. This was definitely a good base for us to explore tenerife and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you John and Rose.

Wonderful place, but remote, you need a hire car. Remember all private lets vary greatly so do your research. Complex own rentals mostly nice large ground floor studios. On site bar restaurants excellent. Fabulous warm swimming pool.

Very cool place, excellent service and very clean. And breathtaking views. I will visit it again on sure.

Zum guten Essen muss man so
ca. 1-1,5 Km. Zu Fuß gehen aber kein Problem. Frühstücken geht auch ca. 1 Km zu Fuß St. Andrews Bar-Cafe!

Stayed here for a week playing golf, clean and spacious apartments great pool area and bar serving nice food and plenty of beer

Well run resort close to the South airport. Plenty of golf close by. Good place to relax or as a base to explore the island.

Super appartement qui est privé contrairement aux autres qui font partie des appt hôtel mais au top l'environnement est reposant même les avions qui passent à longueur de journée ne sont pas gênant

Good value for money.we stayed in room 724 in December.

What we like:
Spacious.
Nice welcome basket.
Pool towels available.
Nice pool.
Close to golf course.
Bare-bones supermarket across the street.
Nice restaurant close by.
Nice restaurant next to the pool.
Relatively inexpensive eating all around.

What we like less:
The good spots at the pool have been reserved by the locals well before sunrise.
Smelly toilets that made the bedroom smelly.
Bad pillows.
Warm water only lasts for two minutes.

Firstly we were greatful that our apartment was ready despite our flight landing so early. Their check in time is 5pm.
The reception lady tried her best to explain to us where our apartment was however it wasn't so clear and having been so tired from having a very early flight we struggled to find it.

Eventually we found our two bedroom apartment which also had two bathrooms. Generally the apartment was old fashioned however the kitchen was modern. The kitchen had everything you needed, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, cutlery etc. The whole apartment was very clean upon arrival and once we settled in it felt very homely. Lighting however was poor in the apartment so that is something they could improve on.
You pay a service charge of 35 euros for the week when you check in yet you still have to pay separately for the WiFi and to rent the safe, I think they should include this in the price, at very least the WiFi. We didn't want to pay for the WiFi so we used the data on our phones which was okay but the 4G reception is poor in some areas. There isn't a phone provided in the apartment so whenever we needed to contact the reception we rang them directly from our mobile phone. The apartment walls seemed to be really thin as our neighbour had their TV volume really loud during the first night, I asked them to politely turn it down which they nicely did but we could still hear it a bit after they turned it down.

The pool is advertised as being heated but it didn't come across heated. The bar within the pool area is really good! Great service provided by them along with lovely drinks and nice food.
There is a pool table which you can pay to play but as it's in the outdoor area it's hard to play as the wind moves the balls around so maybe they could move that into the table tennis area. We only had just found the table tennis area on the last day as there's no signs to tell you that there was one. There's a sign in that area that says you can pay a 10 euro deposit to get bats and a ball however when we went to the reception they said we had to buy our own bat and ball for 7 euros outright but it wasn't a proper bat and ball, it was a child's toy one. I would have happily paid a 10 euro deposit to rent a proper bat and ball.

When it comes to location there is not much nearby, there is a great hair and beauty parlour on site and a nice supermarket opposite however when it comes to the closest restaurants and shops you have to walk around 30 minutes to the San Blas / Golf Del Sur area or take a 5 minute taxi there.

Overall it was a nice stay, and despite it being a half term week it wasn't busy so we could always get a sunbed and relax by the pool at anytime in the day.

If you want somewhere to relax and not do much or you want to play golf this is a great place for you, however if you want to go out to the beach, restaurant, nightlife etc.then I recommend you stay somewhere in a better location such as the Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje area.

Veramente un bel residence tranquillo, piacevole e pulito, le piscine sono riscaldate ed il personale molto cordiale. Si trova in un paesino vicino all'aeroporto e Los cristianos. Consiglio di noleggiare un auto (io mi sono trovato molto bene con Goldcar). Consigliato per chi piace spostarsi e al ritorno trovare pace e tranquillità.

Unser Appartement war sehr schön und großzügig, die Anlage als solches ist auch sehr schön, die Lage des Clubs ist leider nicht so optimal, zum Strand braucht auf alle Fälle ein Auto und zu unserer Zeit musste man zur Essensfindung ein wenig laufen (ca. 15- 20 Minuten)

Stayed for 1 week. The room was amazing. Everything was present including an iron, washing machine, dish washer and freezer. Would absolutely recommend for the room alone. Downside cleaners only came twice in the week I was there with no way to ask them to come more frequently. There's only one small shop less than 20-25 minutes walk away and very limited restaurants closer than 20-25 minutes walk. The nearest bus stop is about 30 minutes walk away from the hotel and not directly connected to the other large places in Tenerife such as Los Cristianos and Santa Cruz. If you want to go places and don't have a car it is quite a walk to get anywhere. But if you just want a relaxing holiday it is ideal!

To start off this property has very nice staff and they are pleasant to work with. Now on to the issues, in chronological order as they arose during our stay
1) Being charged a "service charge" on top of our already paid reservation upon checkin. Just include it in the reservation!
2) Wifi is NOT included. It's 2022, for heavens sake! Not only do they charge €3/day or €15/week, that is for a single device. If you have a family of 4 and want internet connectivity for you all, that's a significant cost. Also, if you have trouble with your service over the weekend, they can't help resolve the issue until Monday.
3) There's no hot tub and the children's play area consists of 2 swings and that's all.
4) The front desk has 1 employee who worked a 5 hour shift. It was difficult to ever find someone in the office.
5) The rooms were poorly equipped with utensils. We had a rotisserie skewer and miniature tongs, but no spatula for flipping pancakes.
6) The room service didn't come as often as needed. If you had a special request you had to speak with the front desk. Unfortunately they were rarely there to address your concerns.
7) Water heaters in the rooms were tiny. 1-2 showers would deplete the hot water leaving the rest of us with cold showers and that's in a 6 occupancy room.
8) It is not a family friendly location. The average age of the occupants was probably 65+. My children were regularly looked at with contempt by some of the other guests because they were acting as children do, laughing, playing and making noise (all during the day and outside).
9) There are no phones in the rooms to call to local food establishments. How is that even possible? ! What about an emergency? I hope you have an international phone or party for their data so you can communicate with the outside world.
10) The televisions are small and old. Not smart enabled and poor quality programming.
11) Rooms were outdated and furniture was dilapidated.
12) one of our toilets could only be flushed once every 10 minutes due to poor pressure refilling the tank. I addressed the issue with the office. It was not resolved within the week of our stay.
13) The location is removed from desired shops and/or restaurants. So a drive or long walk is necessary to get food. There's a small convenience store with a small selection and higher prices across the street for urgent needs/desires.
That's it. The stay was pleasant but definitely not convenient or accommodating.

Un endroit charmant, calme et agréable pour passer des vacances en famille. La piscine et chauffée et les espaces verts sont splendides.

Los apartamentos tienen un mobiliario muy muy anticuado y bastante mejorable. Muy regular no repetiria. Hay sitios mucho mejores. No corresponde con lo que ofrecen.

We're in a studio but it still has everything we need and it's clean with a lovely outlook. Pool is very nice too

Been coming for years, in need of updating and new furnishings, staff are always helpful. New rule, no lido, rings, or noodles in the pool for kids or adults! No-where close for a choice of menu or shops, cafes etc. Bus stop 10+ minute walk, no good if you have a mobility problem. Not been a good holiday this time round.

Great place to stay and very safe. Good for families and lots going on around now do lots of activities starting up again.

Muy tranquilo y familiar, limpio y lo mejor, el trato recibido, desde la recepción hasta el camarero del bar o el vigilante de la piscina, con toda seguridad nos volverán a tener como clientes.

Impresionante la implicación de las personas que trabajan en este complejo, desde la recepcionista que nos atendió exquisitamente pasando por el camarero del bar isla siguiendo por el socorrista continuando por el resto de personal. Agradecemos muchísimo el esfuerzo por qué lo padasemos muy bien en nuestros cuatro días de descanso, a pesar de la situación por la que estamos pasando, muchas gracias a todos ellos, nos volveremos a ver muy pronto

Fairways is clean and well maintained. In normal times it is an attractive destination but now most of the bars and restaurants are closed around it. Hopefully it will liven up in 2021.

Proprio come il nome della Costa, silente luogo da dove ammirare il Teide presto al mattino dalla tua stanza, punterei più sulla accoglienza e informazione che è stat un po’ scarsa. La stanza ed il luogo hanno una pulizia impeccabile. Riposo assoluto, la cosa più intelligente da fare è affittare una macchina subito all’aeroporto, seno Qui troverai l'ufficio per noleggiare un'auto in base al tuo budget.

Just like the name of the Costa, silent place from which to admire Teide early in the morning from your room, I would focus more on the reception and information that was a bit scarce. The room and place have impeccable cleanliness. Absolute rest, the smartest thing to do is to rent a car immediately at the airport, if no Here you will find the office to rent a car according to your budget.

Tout comme le nom de la Costa, endroit silencieux pour admirer le Teide tôt le matin depuis votre chambre, je me concentrerais davantage sur l'accueil et les informations un peu rares. La chambre et le lieu sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Repos absolu, la chose la plus intelligente à faire est de louer une voiture immédiatement à l'aéroport. Vous trouverez ici le bureau pour louer une voiture en fonction de votre budget.

Excellent bureau here, nice and clean, quite, and excellent staff. Island bar and La Mesa good places for food. Excellent pool.

Clean and tidy but the room we had was old fashioned.
Close to the airport so some aircraft noise during the day.

Quiet location but everything you need on site. You may however be subjected to a hard sell on apartments which is essentially a form of time share.

I enjoyed my stay but. The rooms were really old, and the beds only had thin thin blankets and I almost had to buy my own blanket at ikea. The staff was good and the food and drinks were really good. But as I said the rooms were really old, could use a renovation. And they didn't clean at all during the week we stayed, only made the beds. There were also no wardrobes to put your stuff in.

Pasamos aquí unos dias muy agradables con buen confort en una unidad de 2 habitaciones, su personal es muy amable y muy colaborador, especialmente Esther.

Queda bastante alejado de todo y la playa cercana no es playa, es un monton de piedras y tienes que estar en muy buena forma y gustoso de tomar riesgos para lograr lanzarte al mar.

El Resort tiene restaurante, Rent a Car, piscina, ping pong y ciertas actividades dirigidas pero si esperas encontrar un Gold Crown como en USA, quedaras frustado. Tienes algunos Restaurantes alternativos al cruzar la calle y un pequeño Market sin mucha variedad salvo lo esencial.

La mayoria de todo lo accesible es atendido por Britanicos y la mayoria de los huespedes tambien lo son. Si deseas probar otras alternativas de Restaurantes deberas caminar bastante y pasar por diversos caminos de tierra o por una larga avenida y al final por una incómoda “calle” con muchas piedras y casi sin iluminacion y si llegas en auto, igual deberas dejarlo bien arriba y caminar.

El Queen Mary es uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona y se llena en la noche.

Si no alquilas auto tendras que caminar bastante para todo y para tomar el bus que te llevara mas al Sur donde si encontraras una zona turistica muy amplia llamada Paseo Los Cristianos, con playas hechas con arenas traidas de las otras islas y un gran malecon de mas de 4. Km, con inmensidad de alternativas gourmet y de vida nocturna, mayormente regentadas por Británicos.

Ha sido toda una interesante experiencia, pero yo no repetiria en esta zona donde esta el Resort, ni con auto.

Honestly this place was really nice. The staff were lovely and the accommodation was decent. We hired a car for the week we were there so it was basically just a bed and a TV at night for us. If you enjoy a busier holiday I suggest going into one of the cities. If you're happy enough with a decent pool, a couple of restaurants and nice staff this place will suit.

La atención del personal muy buena, piscina etc. Pero no puedo decir lo mismo de la limpieza ya que aparentemente parecía limpio pero habían telas de arañas y arañas por todo el apartamento, por este motivo no volveré.

Es un complejo que imita a clásicos barrios andaluces lleno de guiris. Esta hecho en plan familiar para que no haga falta salir del complejo. Una piscina enorme, zona de juegos (pin pon, billar, zona wifi) restaurante, bar en una isla en el interior de la piscina, tumbonas para parar un tren.

El interior del apartamento es algo antiguo pero muy completo en cuanto cocina. Lo limpian una vez a la semana.

El personal amable aunque tuvimos que ir a quejarnos a recepción por que Kelly, una animadora, nos llamó a la puerta dos días seguidos a las 8: 45h de la mañana para dejarnos una nota por debajo de la puerta de invitación a un evento.

Está cerca del aeropuerto del sur por lo que a menudo se ven aviones que han empezado la maniobra de aterrizaje, no molestan.

Está muy lejos de cualquier playa o zona de servicios.

The hospitality staff are great. The bar and La Mesa staff in particular were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.
However, if you've gotten your stay from Peter Vardy or won it then watch out.the RCI staff will set you up an appointment to "talk about offers and give feedback". This is a ruse to get you to buy a package (£67 a month for 120 months) and they'll give you a hard sell. If you're not interested, avoid this appointment like the plague!

Very quiet and relaxing place suits for couples with kids or without. The bar and restaurant have good stuff and the pool is clean and not deep.

I won this trip on a scratch card. It's a time share resort so beware of those on site who will try to persuade you to sign up. The accommodation is good and the swimming pool is excellent. If you are going here you need to hire a car. There is a good car rental office on site and a good restaurant nearby. The development is a well looked after, but it's self catering. Never been to Tenerife before but having seen quite a bit of the Island my wife and I would not revisit.

Resort was great overall. Location not great as need to walk a bit to nearest bars but short taxi ride to San Blas square saved the holiday. My only negative comment would be that there was a service charge of €70 and our towels were only changed twice in two weeks! Pool towels are €2 each but you have to pay each time you want to change them. I complained about that and got them free, which was nice. Lovely resort, very well kept and staff very nice.

It is a nice place. But there are topics that should be impoved in the future. Sorry; but to pay for family wifi 35 € a week is too much. In my country the wifi is everywhere for free. This is only the negative point of this nice place.
